I had a bathroom sink overflow on a Saturday and was able to reach the owner Jim. He was very helpful and after asking for additional information, he suggested to wait till Monday as the source of the overflow was already contained, paying a weekend extra charge was unnecessary.Nick was able to come over and assess the damage and provided the most reasonable quote with couple of options.Nick was very professional and exhibits all the qualities you expect from a professional. Very respectful, he listens, explains and flexible.I would give them 15 out of 10 (not typo..I mean extra.points) on mitigation side, I really wish they have the rebuild side of the business at the same level and be able to give a combined estimate.I will definitely use them again (even though hoping no more water issues)

Nick was super fast to arrive and very thorough once he got to work. He explained everything to me and never made me feel like I was being annoying with my million questions.

Worked with Paul, Justin and Ryan. All were very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Part of the job was an insurance claim, and worked very diligently to help us, even when the insurance did not want to pay the full claim. The part of the job that was not covered, they completed in a very timely manner. All in all, I would definitely use Puroclean again, and recommend them to anyone I could.

When I had water damage, PuroClean were quick to respond and remediate the damage. I couldn’t have been happier. They really dropped the ball on scoping out the rebuild. The owner and reconstruction-director showed very little interest in making things right. It’s a shame whatever goodwill and trust the water damage and remediation team earned was destroyed by the owner and reconstruction director. Billing was also painful as they were not a preferred contractor with my insurance and therefore, I was responsible for paying the difference. A little honesty would have been nice.

We called PuroClean to inspect and potentially treat a leak in our laundry room, they sent Nick, one of the best service professionals weve ever encountered. Nick was professional of course, on top of that, he was patient, honest, and compassionate. He answered all of our questions, took his time to inspect to make sure hes not missing any details. At the end he determined that our case was so minor that we dont need service from him at this time. But he gave us a thorough explanation of what to do about our situation, including a list of recommended providers. We are impressed by how much time and efforts he has devoted. Incredibly unprofessional. Took weeks to finish a sewage mitigation process that should have taken days. Pressured me to give a positive review/survey despite my desire. Nick specifically asked me multiple times to change my written review. Nick has 2 teenagers on his crew that were incompetent. Then what industry norm should have run around 7-10k, they charged 18k....after insurance company let them now how absurd their invoice was they slapped me with the 18k bill and sent to collections. Awful experience and disgusted with both the integrity of the individuals I dealt with as well as competency of them.

It’s inevitable, you’re having a great day and then all the sudden water is dripping from you ceiling on your head!!Our HVAC system drain got clogged and the over flow detector failed to shut down the system. Water eventually overflowed from the drip pan, found a hole to leak through to the ceiling below.Then the call to PuroClean in Frisco Texas, our angels to the rescue.PuroClean was prompt in arriving at our office and very professional. They used a radar type detector to immediately determine if the water migrated further from the ceiling and down the walls. We where fortunate the water damage was isolated to a small 4x4 area. PuroClean then laid out protective material on the floor and proceeded to open the ceiling where the wet insulation was removed, and fans installed to start the drying process. I came home to find my hot water heater ruptured on a Saturday morning. I called puroclean and had a technician respond within 30 minutes! I was very impressed. They immediately went to work removing my furniture and then water that was flooding into my bedroom and closet. The technician was very professional and courteous, knowing that I was under stress. He told me everything will be fine, not to worry, and hell have my house on its way to being dry again in no time! Sure enough in a couple of hours he had removed the water and had lots of equipment set up to start the drying process! 4 days of drying and the house was done! I was so happy I made that call. Jim called me and got a lot of information about damaged and situation. his advice was honest. I felt he is truly wants to help rather than taking advantage of my situation and make money.

I’ve had several months to reflect on what I would have done different now that I know what I know. When your home is flooded and everything you have is destroyed and life doesn’t slow down so you can take a breath....don’t allow decisions to be made for you. I originally left a negative review because I was very unhappy at my experience during this loss. I felt like I could not be more clear on my concerns and what I expected. My issue was with the insurance company and that’s where I place the blame. I was covered beyond what I needed so everyone was fast to jump to action but those concerns feel on def ears. To be fair now that I am finally getting my life and home back after 10 months I will change my post and review. Puro Clean was fast to take care of the damage and they could not have been nicer or more understanding. If you are looking for trustworthy and helpful look no further. I do wish they (this is directed to all restoration companies) explained better the services they provide. They mentioned they can rebuild but I feel never invested in providing me options and reasons why you would want them to. My house was gutted and insurance jumps right in. I explained what I wanted but did not realize until it was too late. I had a terrible experience with contractors and unfortunately (Or fortunately for me) my insurance paid dearly for their mistakes with handling my rebuild. If you hire them (or anyone to clean up the damage) make sure before they start you have them explain the rebuild services and you get that in place. There is a huge benefit to have PuroClean do the tear down and build back. You won’t be sorry like I was. Lucky for me my Ins covered 100%! If I could do it over.... while they were tearing down my walls, chimneys and floors I would have been working with them on rebuilding my walls, chimneys and floors. You want only 1 company!! Trust me!!!Puroclean..... please put more effort in explaining this to your customer. Have someone come to the home and show these options, invite them to the store to look at floors and cabinets. It’s a service customers don’t know to ask and insurance companies don’t explain. Ps. I did not call back after my last review because I could not stand talking about all the disservices I received from contractors and insurance. I was very upset and disappointed with you guys for knowing I wanted you to do work to rebuild and never having someone reach out, stop by or start the process. I heard some talk from Ryan and kept saying ok but nothing. Over $100,000 into fixing my house.... Please do a better job explaining as you start the restoration. That’s my only issue...

I hired this company after a sink overflowed and caused significant water damage to my house. I called them early in the morning and they were at my house within 2 hours. They did a good job removing all of the damaged materials and drying out the house.Unfortunately the repair side of the business is terrible. I waited days for them to come to my house to do the estimate and then spent more days waiting for them to send the estimate. There was a significant difference between their estimate and what my insurance paid. I sent them a copy of the insurance adjusters report and asked them to work with the insurance company to get it resolved.After not hearing back for several days, I called them and left a message. Called the next day and left another message. Called again and told them that if I didnt hear back from them by end of day on the next day, I would go with someone else. The next day came and went and I still have not heard back from them.Keep in mind that my house had significant damage - 1 room totally destroyed, 2 rooms partially destroyed, and 2 hallways partially destroyed. My family and small children are living in this house while PuroClean doesnt answer their phones or return my messages. I guess they dont want my business
