Excellent service from Adrian and Logan!! Very thorough in checking for water damage. Removed all water and sewage in hallway and even cleaned and sprayed my showers bathtub and toilets with sanitizing disinfectants which were safe for humans and dogs to breathe. They even came over on a Saturday evening! So thankful for their kindness and professionalism. Very detailed and explained each procedure. Outstanding!! Thank you Adrian and Logan. Highly recommend D&W Restoration! We used D&W to mitigate water damage after our water heater failed. They did a great job. Our wood floors were damaged and we decided to go with D&W to replace our floors as well. Our project manager, Grant Tabscott, has been fantastic throughout the entire project. We had the highest confidence in him. We ended up doing the rest of the house as well.We love our new floors! They look wonderful, just what we wanted. We couldn’t be happier.

After the recent winter weather storm, I had a pipe burst under the kitchen sink. 3/4s of the first floor was flooded. I hired D&W to mitigate the water damage. They did not remove the carpet, damaged baseboards, the kitchen cabinets where the water poured through or any drywall. I’m certain mold is growing under the cabinets that were not pulled out. They continue to tell me that they’ll return to complete the work but it’s now been approximately 3 weeks & they have yet to return. Communication is almost nonexistent. My neighbors suffered similar damage & their restoration company has been great. I wish I would have used them but D&W was recommended by a trusted source. I’ve let the source know to remove D&W from their recommendation list.

I had to use D and W in 2020 for a water heater that broken and flooded the hallway. They came right over and began drying under the house and inside. They came every other day to check the progress on the drying. It took a week to dry. They stayed in constant contact. Unfortunately, I had to use their business again this week for a broken pipe that flooded under my house. They came over that day and began the drying process once more. They always call before coming and give an estimated arrival time. They lay plastic down to minimize any debris from getting on the floors. They also wear their masks for the homeowners protection. I hope I never have to use them again, but I have twice and I will again if the need arises.

I had a leak in a pipe in a wall shared by my house/garage. D&W was called in after the plumber had found/fixed the leak. D&W came quickly, was very professional, had great communication, and completed the isolation and drying out of the wet areas promptly... including through a weekend. I was very impressed by the personnel and their follow-up. I will use them again if the need arises. I recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.

Timely, efficient and thorough mitigation services. Kept me informed of all processes during each phase of the clean out, dry out, mold reduction and clean up. Worked seamlessly with the insurance company and addressed all of my concerns.

Awesome response time, professional, and great to work with! D&W worked with my mother-in-law to get her through a messy situation. They sat down with us and explained the whole process from start to finish.We really would like to give a special THANK YOU to all the crew members who helped clean up and put things back together. WARNING - SUBCONTRACTOR CAN FILE LIENS ON YOUR PROPERTY FOR WORK THAT HAS BEEN PERFORMED WHEN PAYMENT FOR SERVICES HAVE NOT BEEN MADE.I worked as a subcontractor for Doug and D and W Restoration and have not been paid for my services. It is over 30 days and all communication from him has been that he will pay and never does. I will be referring this over to my attorney and filing a court lawsuit. However I just wanted other subcontractors as well as customers to be aware that he is not paying for work which will put you in the middle and open you up to liens on your home.

I paid this company to start water damage repair. They did not finish the job and I was given the run around for months until I had to get someone else to finish the job. If that wasnt enough D&W Restoration had the audacity to file a lien against our property for a balance due. I have no words!
