After using Servepro Plano for water mitigation services, one of my GFCI outlets would not reset. I called their office and Pam scheduled a same day appointment. Very poor service, extremely unprofessional. I manage several retail centers in the DFW area. Had a water intrusion, they quickly responded and opened up the affected walls to remediate, then left me hanging. Made multiple attempts to have them go reconstruct the wall, they simply told me they were busy and to call another contractor. Never using them again.

My dishwasher filled my house for 8+ hours of water overnight and Servpro came to the Rescue!!!! 33 fans, 3 dehumidifiers and drying time, I was able to get my house put back together! My home flooded due to an incompetant plumber. Once I discovered the problem, the ServPro guys were quick to arrive and find the problem. The next few days of drying and clean up were difficult but if it had not been for the guys at ServPro, they would have been an absoulte nightmare.
