Last year we purchased a new HAVC system and I’ve been very happy with the new unit and the install. This was a one year check up to make sure everything is in order and our service man Luis was awesome. He was on time professional and courteous. We plan on using legend her for all of her heating and cooling needs.

Legend Air techs are professional. They show up when they say they are going to. We have them check our system so that we are not having an emergency in the middle of the system...which they do well.They have suggested also improvements to our system, but left the decision up to us. The improvements that we have had them make have all been done well and worth the effort and expense. Id recommend Legend Air to anyone with HVAC needs

I had a severely clogged drain line frommy attic AC unit. Jason came out quickly and fixed the issue within 20 minutes. I highly recommend Jason and Legend Air in general. They do great work at a very fair price.

Luis was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable of the problem, and was able to remedy it as well as identify some future concerns and made recommendations to address them. I have a American Home Shield as my home warranty company and there were not able to solve my A/C problem and they authorized me to get outside help. I called Legend Air and it was a very positive experience. Every one including the person who set up the appointment was very nice and courteous. OMG! Jason, saved my tail!! Its Saturday, and its after hours. I called in and left a message. He literally called immediately. I explained to him what was going on, and I was requesting him to come out to my home to fix the issue. I was willing to pay whatever. He literally walked me through a few maintenance steps over the phone, and just like that my AC kicked back on! He was more concerned about solving my problem, and getting my family cool on a weekend rather than trying to take advantage of me. He listened carefully, and gave excellent instruction. After getting great service for my A/C this summer I called them for repairs to my heater. I can never say enough good things. Punctual with an alert when they are close. Very professional! I chose to do a couple things myself instead of spending the money and they even gave great tips for getting it done! Luis came out to see what could be done about reducing the noise out of one of our return air vents and as we suspected, assessed that the noise was due to the placement of the furnace and it being built directly over this particular vent. He explained the options we had, considering that there was actually nothing malfunctioning and let us decide what was best. I appreciated his honest feedback and taking the time to offer solutions if we did decide that the noise was just unbearable. While we didn’t move forward with the options given (replace furnace or add new return air in another location) because the costs of replacing something not broken didn’t seem valid, I’d recommend Legend Air for those looking for a free, quick, but thorough and honest maintenance call. The appointment staff also made it really easy to schedule an appointment. Much appreciated, Legend Air team.

Let me set the scene for my recent issue...its 30° my heat stops working and the up coming weather is projected to be a high of 20° and a low of 1°. I went to Walmart and they are completely sold out of space heaters so I cant even rough it. Legend Air is an honest company that truly cares about their customers. Instead of selling us on a cleaning of our compressor, Luis told us how to do it ourselves so we could save 75 dollars! They always waive the diagnostic/service fee while other companies charge 100 or more just to show up. We used to get ripped off so badly by our old company so im really happy that we found one that is honest!!!!

I scheduled service between 6 & 9 pm. Jason called me at work at 4pm and said he was on the way. I told him I couldnt meet him until our scheduled time. He asked me to hurry home. I did and he didnt arrive until 6:30. I left work early for nothing. When he examined my AC unit he showed me that he tested my heating wires and said my heater was broken. He did not offer to help me fix my AC problem or to come back and help me. All he wanted to do was take advantage of me and try to sell me another AC unit. I had another company come out the next morning and they fixed my AC unit in a matter of minutes. My heater was not broken at all. He lied to me and only tried to make money off of my misfortune and let me and my family without AC service when it was over 100 degrees. BUYER BEWARE!!! Scam artist only interested in making money.

Jason is by far one of the most honest individuals Ive done business with. He replaced my drain pan 3 years ago. Of the 4 A/C companies I called, he was the ONLY one that showed up (AFTER HOURS) when he said he would. The cost of the labor/materials was reasonable and he made sure to educate me in the state of my indoor/outdoor unit. I recently had thermostat issues.
