Ive been using the Baybrook location several times for various issues with my phone. Each time I have been completely satisfied with the outcome. Dina is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain in detail what needs to be done. Their prices are the best in the Bay Area. I love the screen protectors but Im sick and tired of the lack of customer service. The last time I was here the tablet was dead. And today, I spent 10 minutes looking for whoever was supposed to be working the kiosk. When she finally showed up, she asked me to come back later because, you guessed it, the tablet was dead. Maybe if you were actually at your station paying attention to these things, it wouldnt constantly be dead.

You will be way over charged for the original screen and should it break you will be charged an additional $10 to have the protector replaced. This is a scam you can do better at other providers. I hope you dont make the mistake I did.

I have tried several screen protectors on my iPhone. Several friends recommended visiting the Zagg InvisibleShield Kiosk at Baybrook Mall, across from the Apple Store.
