My teenager has an old iPhone 6. It needed a screen and battery replacement. I got a quote from The Fix and they wanted to charge me $150. Thats more than a used iPhone 6. I went near the food court phone kiosk repair and they charged only $85 and went with them. They were much nicer. The Fix were rude and wanted to overcharge. Beware.

My boyfriend brought his phone in to get fixed over by the food court and the young lady quoted us higher for what we were told over the phone, then after she replaced the screen and he noticed it was still popping out and not secure, she continue to tell us that his phone would not be the same as it was before and was going to let us walk away with a bad phone screen. We went to another place and they fixed it cheaper and it was properly placed and not popping out. Will NEVER go back.

Amazing services. I dropped my phone, and the screen got shattered entirely. I was running out of the warranty and was worried about the prices of the screen replacement. THE FIX was one of the best and most affordable phone repair centers where I got a new screen for my phone at a meager price, which I was expecting. The quality of the new screen is also outstanding. Interesting comment below regarding them requesting passcode to unlock so they could test camera when done. They told us the same thing, but we opted out. (This should seriously be looked into) Our experience was poor either way. They didn’t hit the time to complete the work that they said. The new screen doesn’t tap correctly, it lags and the phone is making random calls to contacts without touching it. Just discovered a screw coming out of the bottom of it today, and the matching screw on the other side is missing. (It’s been 7 days since we had the repair done.) I was watching a video they play in the store of a technician taking 12 steps to swap a screen. It was really well done including wearing gloves and using a template to place all the small parts on that they have to remove to to replace a screen. None of that was happening by the actual technician in the store though. I’d recommend going to your phone’s manufacturer for repairs.

I had an appointment at Apple took my phone in and they were going to charge me $169 but insisted on me just getting a new phone saying that it was too risky for them to try to replace the front glass on my 8+ I’m so glad I went down to this place he quoted me 80$ and fixed it right in front of me in a matter of 10 minutes everything works great and is backed by a 90 day warranty this place was great and I highly recommend you stop by before you make any decisions especially with apple products 10/10

I needed some work to be done on my phone as it was not working correctly. I was surprised by the services of THE FIX, and they repaired my phone in less than 2 hours. The stores were clean, and everyone was wearing a mask and were taking the proper precautions. I was impressed by the services and will recommend THE FIX to all my friends and family.

They were able to repair my screen in 20 minutes for $60 and replace my battery in 10 minutes for $40. Great service, friendly attendant. Phone is working tremendously.

I paid a $100.00 deposit towards to getting my macbook screen fix and zack refused to buy the part for the computer like he said he would. Then when I complained, he refused to fix my computer and then offered to give me my money back.

They said they could repair my phone which got ran over. They proceeded to fix it, but change the color of the back of my phone. After one day, my phone stopped working and they blamed me and said i dropped it (which I didn’t), so I had to pay another 100$.A year later i cracked my phone and went to go fix it somewhere else, but the screen started glitching out. Turns out, “The FIX” uses non-Apple products and cheap products. They programmed my screen differently so now my screen is really glitchy and it can’t be fixed.Overall, they messed up my phone and made me pay extra for something I didn’t do. Also, the man that is usually at the register always seems to be in a grumpy mood.

Would not recommend going to the one in front of the food court.. bad service and phone wasnt working properly after getting screen replaced.. we tried going back and she said she couldnt do nothing to help us.. bad service

We took my sons iPhone here to get the screen fixed, worked for about a day and cracked just sitting on the table, took it back they said it wasn’t their fault! Charged us again to fix it, screen went black after about two weeks. Again took it back and they said not their fault! Wouldn’t look to see if the screen they put in was faulty. These guys are crooks and I wouldn’t recommend letting them near your tech!!

This place is a complete wreck. My wife recently got her screen replaced here for 73$ and half of the screen didnt work the next day. I took it to another place and found out I was missing screws and had been givin a cheap paper thin screen. I would recommend a place on 528 called Edge Repair & Protection. Theyre super fast, replaced my wifes screen for 55 in under 20 minutes

I got my phone fixed at this place and if have any advice, it’s go somewhere else. The man who worked there asked me give him my password and I obliged because he said he needed to make sure my camera worked when he applied the new screen. When I got my phone back I went google a little bit later and it was on this page and it had said I left a 5 star review with the comment “cheap fast and clean. I recommend this place” or something of the sort. If it’s happened to me it’s probably happened to many others and I have no doubts that all the five star reviews are fake. Go somewhere else if you respect your own Privacy.

I shattered my screen, but everything else still worked. I brought my phone in to have the screen replaced and he said itll be $65 and to come back in 20 minutes. I came back in 20 minutes and he said he needed more time. This happened about 4 or 5 times for a total of about 2.5 hours and finally he told me he broke my home button while replacing the screen and they did not have the equipment to replace it in store so Id have to leave my phone and come back 3 days later and he would fix it then at no charge. I told him that that was unacceptable and that would rather him take my screen back and give me money back so that I could go to someone else, but he would not.Not to mention the screen itself had horrible color and would not respond to touch.I ended up just needing to get a new phone.

Very poor quality workmanship!After the first phone repair, the screen wouldnt acknowledge a touch and/or apply the number/letter next to intended button.I returned for the warranty repair. They said they would call after about a week. After a week and a half, I still received no calls. I went by to check and I was told the wrong part was delivered, meaning it would be another week.Reading the fine print, after 30 days of not coming for your device you relinquish rights to the device.A few days before the 30 day mark, I go by AGAIN to check on the status. This time the device is ready and they did NOT call to tell me.The device was not charged so I had no way of checking prior to leaving if the problem was corrected. The screen edges had sand/crumbs in it and the speaker screen was installed crooked.To make matters worse, he REFUSED to give me MY yellow copy back showing I had a warranty repair done. So, if the phone isnt fixed [still waiting for the charge to be complete], I have nothing to show the repairs were done on warranty and were well outside the 15 day warranty timeframe at this point.This place is a RIP off! DO NOT USE THEM!

At first I didnt think me screen repair was done correctly, so I brought my phone back and they gladly re did my screen free of charge. Compared to other iPhone repair places around the mall, this place by far is the cheapest and best quality. I have broken my phone many times and I always bring my phone back to this place. The total price for my iPhone 6s was about 100$ and it only took 30min-1hour! Great deal!!

I had awesome experience with the FIX - Phone Repair Store. One of my friends told me about this place. Isa was very helpful and was nice very welcoming. They had a lot of iphone case options to choose from and they told me more cases are coming soon. Full of energy def coming back.:)

Absolute trash of a company. Lied about prices. One guy says one price and one guy says a higher one when you check out. On top of all of that, getting my phone fixed JUST yesterday, it doesn’t work. Was rubber hanging out from the screen when we got it back an he said it’s normal an ripped it off. Should’ve known right then. Music stays on the screen and turns itself off every time you move your hand over the phone. Also while using Face ID to unlock it, the phone decided to glitch and use emergency call on its own an called 911 and wouldn’t let you use the screen to hang up, because it only works about half the time to begin with from the second we got it back. Absolute garbage I’ll never recommend this place to anyone, just going to have to get a new phone now.

Absolutely recommending this location, btw there are two in the mall, one is a bit larger and the other one is also very close at food corner, perfect location. Very rude i asked a question and both employees acted like they had better things to do they even laughed at each other when I asked about a repair. They might fix tech gear but they need help fixing their own staff. I wish I could give negative stars I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. I get called a liar for your incompetents well I see that the other comments about management here are dead on, shady and blame the customer for everything, you are there to serve yourself it seems not the customer. Call me what you want I will continue to recommend other places and warn of this place.

I fixed my screen here because like many of us, I wanted a fast and cheap fix. However, it was a TERRIBLE experience. The newly replaced screen was a weird color (yellowish) so the images on my phone appeared odd. When I went to ask the store clerk about it he said it was because they use a different brand of screens. I understood that concept because that’s the only way they make profit but I don’t understand why they do not disclose that the screen is an off color BEFORE replacing it at their facility. He said he could replace it with an Apple screen for me but I had to pay an additional $80 and he was willing to give me a discount for it. I did not want to put anymore money in this place so I left and now I’m stuck with this off-color screen. They need to do a better job at disclosing these things to customers because this is seriously bad business practice.

All the workers are great here! Riviera is one of my favorites. She always makes sure i’m pleased before i walk out the door! If you need your phone fixed or even a case go see Riviera.

Very nice but paid for a screen protector on galaxy s8+ and it does not lay flat on beveled edge and gets hair and dust under screen protector . I gave it a couple of days thinking it needed to settle or go away and drove back up to the mall and the manager said nothing he can do. No refund or anything . My loss he says .

So when I picked up my phone they tried to tell me it would be laggy because I needed to update it. I brushed it off because I had my 5 year old and 11 month old with me. When I got home i updated my iPhone and boom. My keyboard is damn near unusable. It lags, takes forever to type a damn text, comment, email, etc. awesome. As I’m putting it back in the case the screen barely raises up so a friends husband pushes it back in and it cracks again. But of course when I take it back the want another $80 to “fix all the problems” after already charging me $102🙄 so unfortunate I had to even give one star when they don’t deserve that.As of today i was told to come in to have the phone fixed under warranty! Thank you !

I had my screen replaced, the screen still freezes from time to time. When you touch the screen it doesn’t move or do anything. I took it back to the shop, the guy tried it and I explained to him that it only happenes some time. He told me to record it and that is the only way he would replace it. Mind you I took it twice during the warranty period. Now the camera doesn’t work. The business is very unprofessional and they do not honor their warranty!

I took my phone to get fixed and now I am having issues with that it keeps turning off on me. I called them to tell them that I just left the facility and my phone keeps doing that and someone just replied I don’t know call back in 10 minutes ! After trying find other places to fix my phone, i tried the fix,not having much hope for my phone, and to my surprise i was amazed how new my phone looked after i repaired it there. I would recommend this to any one whos phone is damaged in any way.

This guy said hed fix the screen on my iphone x. He replaced it and gave us a warranty but then in 2 days when it stopped working he tried to charge us for the malfunctioning screen he replaced. I told him about the warranty and he said that since apple wouldnt warranty the non-oem part he replaced it with then he couldnt either. This guy is a scam artist and I would NOT ever recommend him to anyone else.

Got my screen fixed here, I wasn’t given much information just how much it would cost. After the screen was replaced my phones screen was off color and unresponsive. It literally lasted 3 weeks before the screen cracked again. Moral of the story do not have any repairs done here if you want quality parts and second of all DO NOT BELIEVE ALL THESE REVIEWS MOST OF THEM ARE MADE UP!
