Absolutely horrible. DO NOT GO HERE. I went here, had them replace my iPhone SE 2 screen. I had to go back to them because there were white spots on the screen so I go back and they do whatever and it still has the same issue. Then I realize whatever they did also caused my camera to break, my camera is all shaky. They messed something up internally. So I go back to ask what’s up, they won’t do anything because my screen has very minor damage on it. My camera was messed up before my screen got damaged. And on top of that they use rinky dink screens.I had my phone in my hand and dropped it on to a FOAM padded floor and the screen completely shattered. HORRIBLE PLACE don’t go here. Save yourself the time.

So I drop off my phone here the man name is Mike ( Im not sure if thats his real name since they lie about everything ) said that he would give me a diagnostic the following day. I had taken that phone to surprise my husband since he was his birthday I knew it was a battery issue because the battery had been acting up it wouldnt charge a hundred percent and it finally died. The following day I was supposed to get a phone call back with an answer which I didnt get.The person that answered the phone told me that the phone was taking apart and he didnt know how to put it back together so he had to wait on his manager to do so (Mike) . I was not aware that my phone have been thinking I lab outside the store since Mike told me that he would fix himself. So I finally picked it up ...where my sim card was missing which I did tell Mike and he couldnt find it I found it MYSELF on his desk. Seeing how careless they were I went and inspected my phone as best as I could unfortunately I did not realize that the speaker was missing theres a big hole on there where the speaker goes. On top of that says my screen protector was all messed up I didnt realize that my screen was damaged now and I know for a fact that when I dropped it off it wasnt like that since I had already taken this screen protector off and I had put it back on there so it wouldnt get scratched. The damage is from the inside. Mike said I dropped off like that after going back and forth he said he changed out to see if that was the issue ⁉️⁉️ it now looks like a ink is still all over it you can really tell at first due to my phone being off. . I went back to the store asking them to do the right thing and just give me the part back to have it fix somewhere else. the phone I also noticed A year before my battery replace in front of me and I didnt have any issues for a whole year the thing is that the battery was an off brand. Now theyre trying to blame the first person when I hes telling me that how would I know that it was battery issues.... Okay lets say you wasnt a battery issue why is my screen all messed up why are screws missing and first of all why is my speaker missing. No wonder he rushed me to sign the paperwork. This people are crooked and are now saying they checked at the lab and theres nothing there not taking responsibility for their actions or giving me the parts back. I didnt drop my phone off at a lab I dropped off at your store .

They fixed my iphone8 it was messed up pretty bad and they did it professionally for a fraction of an amount of what other people were asking for it definitely will be back anytime i need anything for the phone.

I took my IPhone here to repair the screen. The first day after viewing my phone I started seeing a bright light then got a really bad migraine so weird never happened before, then my charger had gotten burned there was a scorch mark on it I took it here he claims I would have to pay to fix the charging port when I never had issues before. Now I went to take a picture and it’s squiggly the picture is blurred and it makes a buzzing sound, I have to go back but I know they will deny it. I never had these issues before and now my phone is ruined. I’m really sad. I don’t have the money to buy another phone in cash that’s why I was fixing this one, when trying to save money ends up costing more.

I got my phone fixed yesterday and I’m looking at it today and the screen wasn’t placed correctly down on the phone. And I wish I could get a refund and go somewhere way cheaper! $200 wasted! I would high recommend going somewhere else!

This place sucks I went here to put a batter in my phone they was going to charge me $60 for a new batter but I declined they still popped open my phone to look at it they dented my screen and left my screws loose and they wouldn’t repair my phone and give me a new screen or anything all they did was deny the whole thing I ended up going to “The Fix” right around the corner where I was offered $30 for a new batter plus and additional 60 days money back guarantee if the batter started Messing up and they fixed the dent in my phone and let me pick out any iPhone case I wanted for $10 and yes I did buy 2 cases. I highly recommend “The Fix” those guys have the best customer service.

I had been putting off getting my iPhone screen fixed for fear that it would be too expensive and time consuming, but I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the service that I received at Cellairis. I hope I won’t have to get my screen fixed ever again but if the need arises I will definitely go back to Cellairis. I highly recommend them!

If i could give them no stars I would. They lie about being able to replace screens. I would have done a better job replacing my own. DO NOT BRING A PHONE TO THEM!!!! This location amazing !! Apple store try to charge me double price. I found this guys in the mall. Service was great ! They fixed my iPhone literally under 20 min. They also give me screen protector. Hopefully I never drop my iPhone again but I know exactly where I have to bring it :)

Friendly staff & service!!! The stores can be located near the Dillards entrance to Baybrook Mall. The sales persons and the sales manager in the store went out of their way to find me the correct and exact cover for my phone. Theyre willing to work with you to try to make you have a good fit for the cover for your phone.

Do NOT be fooled!! Only place 5 to insure my review is seen. This place is absolutely horrible, we paid $40 for a light up case & had to return it two days later because it wouldn’t charge at all. They (only then & not when I bought the case originally) informed me that they can not refund. “All sales are final.” They wouldn’t even exchange it for one that works!! Took my phone there to get my screen fixed. They did it fast, but the screen only works some of the time. Overly sensitive, unresponsive on some parts, and the screen has to be completely clean to use it. Do not go here. Just go to the Apple Store that is nearby and get it fixed there.

It was late at night 8.45 pm, although the mall was closing, they have changed the whole interior and exterior screen of Samsung in a very professional way quickly. The 3 Turkish guys are very kind and showing great hospitality to their customers. Prices are also so reasonable . I appreciate their Business

Dont think I have ever been more unsatisfied with a cell-phone repair job in my life. Got my phone back in worse condition than if my 4 year old spent an afternoon with it and then threw it in under a truck. Avoid this place.

Id give it a negative star if I could. The fixed my son screen on his iPhone which besides the small crack it worked great. The day after the fix his phone mother board crashed and now its cost 130. This place is the worst place to leave your phone

Worst customer service, just started putting screen protectors on me and my girlfriends phone without permission. really expensive for no reason. off brand otterbox almost $40, could have gotten one for $5 on amazon. showing me once again why i never shop in person.

This place is trash! Took my phone to fix a small crack in the bezel. I got it back and the screen was randomly doing things on its own then I found out my Touch ID doesn’t work. An employee told me to update my phone so I did (still didn’t work). Went up the next morning to the manager and waited to find out that they “don’t do Touch ID”, but yet it worked perfect before I got it repaired. BEWARE OF THIS SHADY BUSINESS.

Went in to get cracked lense fixed on I-phone well got that fixed but blacked out the screen. Now we have to do insurance claim.

Went in last summer and got my phone screen fixed for $89. Go in today and he tells me $225. I told him I was there before and got it for $89, and he argued with me about it, saying it was never that cheap. Uh, obviously it was. Not going back.

They promised they would have my phone ready next day. (Screen replacement) Technically they did, but without the sim card tray! The phone is useless without it and it took them an additional 2 days to get the sim card tray back to their kiosk for me to pick up! I wonder why they had the sim card tray out of the phone in the first place! They would not inconvenience themselves in the least bit to retrieve it prior to a day that they were already making a run from their workshop. Not only that, but the screen was not attached properly and I can see light coming out from the side of the phone now. They offered me no discount of any kind. In fact, they accused me of taking rubber bands off early, so its my fault the screen didnt stick properly... well....when they gave me back the phone, there were no rubber bands to take off!!! For $140, I expected much better. They really did not care since already had my money. Do yourself a favor and do not do business here!

I was not pleased with my service at all. I dropped off my iPhone 6s and was told it would be 30 mins. I went back 30 mins later and it wasnt ready, and they said another 30 minutes so a total of 1 hr. It wasnt ready then and eventually they gave me the phone back saying they could not fix it. Took it to Apple they said the backlight burned out. They really messed up my phone. Beware they are shady.

This place sucks. They do not communicate when they will do repairs beyond what you asked for. The people in the store do not help. All they do is tell you it is getting fixed and never answera questions. We were told that it would only be 8 hours but now has been two days. They did not call me to let me know that there was more to be fixed. Instead they went on to fix it!!!! You all are the worst and I will NEVER come here again!

Terrible place, never going back again. Went to get my battery replaced on my iPhone JUST the battery, they broke my LCD and refused to give me a new screen, even after it was their fault, wanted to charge me 100 dollars for the whole process. Instead of giving me my new screen, they gave me another broken screen with an okay functional LCD, little to know I recently got my phone fixed with another company, I found out he had gave me a crummy after-market battery that had melted inside my phone. I also found out he had not even placed the new battery properly into my phone, which cause the battery to push against my new screen. Not only that, THEY NEVER POPPED IN MY IPHONE SCREWS! Also screwed over my cousin on his iPhone screen which did not last him 2 months. Worst place ever, customer service terrible, all they do is take short cuts and take your money. Do not visit this place, the kiosk at Baybrook Mall with this specific name will rip you off.
