The service man arrived as scheduled, he actually performed the service beyond my expectations, the cost of the service was totally acceptable. I moved to Pearland close to 4 years ago, and was looking for a service company that I could rely on for my heating and A/C work. Captain’s Cooling is now that service company. Captain’s Cooling installed 2 A/C units on the roof of my 3 story townhome. They had to use a crane. Also, installed 2 air/heat units inside my house in existing spaces. Randy, the owner had to find one unit which fit my existing space in Arizona and had it overnight freighted so they could meet their commitment to install the units in the promised time. They went above and beyond excellent service. I had been without heat for 1 month during the month of December when another company had un-connected the unit in preparation to install and then found that the unit would not fit the existing space. They failed to hook it back up and failed in finding another unit. Captain’s Cooling arrived at 8:00 in the morning with 6 crew, installer supervisor, Theresa and by afternoon, all units had been installed. Clean-up was excellent both inside and outside. I cannot say enough good things about Captain’s Cooling. Thank you, Randy, Theresa, Richard and all the crew members. I am forever grateful.

The technician came out and looked at stove. He called later saying that the part is not available and there is nothing he can do. I googled the stove and the part is available so I now have to find a repairman that can install is. Save your money before you use this company. $79 down the drain...

Randy from Captains Cooling came out to fix my air conditioner that was not working while it was 94 degrees out. He explained everything to me and very professional. I felt that he was honest with me and wasnt going to sell me something I didnt need. I enjoy doing business with people I can trust.

I purchase an air conditioner with another Friendswood AC company. To my surprise the AC unit was not cooling all like it was supposed to. After 4 service visits to try and fix this issue they told me everything was working properly, but it wasnt. So I give Captains Cooling a call. Randy answered the phone and I explained what had happened. His guys came in and fixed the botched job that the previous AC company did. He was trustworthy and honest through the whole process. After another company wouldnt even return my phone calls, Captains showed up within a couple of hours. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem affordably. They even showed me how I could keep the same problem from occurring again. Im sure I will call them in the future for other HVAC related issues.

My AC crapped out in the middle of the night a couple a days ago. I called Captains Cooling because my neighbor recommend them (after another Friendswood AC company screwed him). So the tech comes out and crawls around in the hot attic. He comes down and says a relay switch is bad. After he fixed the relay he review my system and assured me that everything looked good. I was impressed how he didnt try to sell me a new system but was honest with me. I will definitely us Captains Cooling again.
