Robert came out on an emergency call to check our AC system as our unit wasnt cooling our house in August. Was very friendly and professional through the entire process giving us all the information we needed and choices we had to address our issue. He was able to determine that the compressor on the exterior unit had stopped working and while discussing the previous issues weve had to fix in previous years we decided to replace the entire external unit. Robert and Matt were able to come the next day and install the new unit and house feels great. Could not recommend a friendlier, more helpful group of professionals.

Weve been satisfied customers of Air Systems for some time now. Our first experience 16 years ago was positive, when they fixed a problem with our system for under $100, when the home warranty provided company wanted to replace the whole unit (with a deductible, of course).Since that time, we have consistently received cost-effective and quality recommendations from them. We know that they only tell us when expensive services / replacements are necessary. Two years ago, they let us know we should plan to replace our downstairs system, much of which was original to our 20 year old home. A few months ago, they let us know that there were large price increases coming from their supplying manufacturer, and to look at scheduling soon to save money.A week ago, they did replace our downstairs complete system for us, and I am very happy with the resulting unit. Their service was good as well, they were on time and their team did a nice job of keeping our home clean. You can trust that they will do what they say. Additionally, I expect that I saved about $1200 based on their advice to avoid the price increases.I consistently recommend Air Systems to anyone looking for a reliable, professional company with integrity.

They came highly recommended, and after dealing with Matt I can understand why. First, they were incredibly responsive. Then when he didnt fix the issue on the initial visit, he came back the next day and got it done for no additional cost. They were quick, nice, informative, honest, and professional. I hadnt seen other reviews until I made my own, but I cant imagine calling anyone else.

Matt showed up just 3 hours after they opened, on a Saturday, and had my a/c back up and running in just a few minutes. He knew what the problem was as soon as he looked inside my a/c. He had the needed part on his truck. Quickly replaced it and was done. I’m so grateful for the quick response time and how quickly he was able to get it back up and running. It is blistering hot today, but he got it fixed before the house got intolerably hot. I’m happy to have found a new a/c company that I feel comfortable will not screw me over.

Air Systems gave me a second opinion on having a drier filter installed. A another company was going to install a filter for more than $800, The drier was not defective and the problem was probably solved when the original technician cleaned the clogged drain. Even better, they did not recommend any additional, unnecessary services to boost their profit margins. We have used Air Systems for several years (8?) because they are honest, reasonable, and responsive. They replaced my whole system in 2016 so we havent had to call on them since. Last night when we finally got power restored, our heat never came back on and we froze all night. First thing this a.m. left a voicemail with Air Systems and was called within30 minutes and told how to hard reset the system which has worked for others and would avoid the service fee if that was all that needed. How great to walk a customer through NOT needing to get billed! Unfornately it didnt work for me so I got called back and was told theyd call when they were on their way. Once here, they checked things out, got me up and running, and only charged for the service fee, no additional costs. Very nice people! Air Systems is beyond wonderful. My A/C broke last night at 8pm. I called them then and left a voicemail, Kenny called right back to say theyd call me this morning to put me on the schedule. Annual maintenance on both my a/c units. Air Systems is very responsive in setting up appts and they are always on time. Whenever I make my appt they always let me know there may be a chance the technician can come earlier if I am available. Today, Kenny came by to check the units and took the time to go over a few questions I had. I appreciate that they are always very thorough and honest and I can count on what they are saying to be true. I don’t trust anyone else with our units because we have always received the absolute best service. For those that are concerned with COVID precautions, our technician was wearing a mask.

Texted them on Sunday about a central heating problem and they came out first thing Monday morning to check out the furnace that had not been working. They arrived on time, found the issue within 15 minutes, made necessary adjustments, now furnace works correctly. All of this for the cost of only a service charge! How awesome is that? Other repairmen with other companies have tried to tell me that furnace needed replacing or that they would replace a circuit board on the furnace for $700 that only cost $150, but Air Systems is not like them. This is the second time that I have used Air Systems and they have been honest with me BOTH times. I HIGHLY recommend them,5/11/2021 AC overflow was dripping water. They found the issue and fixed it promptly. Excellent Service Company.

This company is amazing!!!! I called them after having a terrible experience with another company that was sent out by our home warranty. We were told that our coil needed to be replaced, left to suffer without AC for a week, and told that it would be another 3 to 5 days before any repairs could even be scheduled. I almost don’t want to give five stars, because I usually think five stars are suspect. But these guys really deserve five stars. I’ve been dealing with air systems for many years now. I started using them when others had diagnosed the need to replace a big dollar Evaporator in the attic, and these guys came out and showed me the leak at the condenser outside in the yard. they were too much of a gentleman to comment on the diagnosis given by their competitors. but it was obvious that the evaporator wasn’t the problem. and instead of selling me a new condenser off the bat, they were willing to try to just replace only the corroded fitting first. No guarantee if going this route would work, but it was worth a shot. That’s what we did and that cost me $153. Way less than 10% of the cost for their competitors’ bogus diagnosis. And I remember that they didn’t Jack up their Freon prices like everybody else seems to. That fix lasted 4 1/2 years, so it was worth it to me. These guys are straight shooters, and I recommend them to friends and family. Need more honest people like this.

Robert came out and assisted with preventing a roof leak, we initially thought was an AC leak. Did a great job!

I called on a Monday morning in the July coastal heat thinking that I would have to wait A couple of days to get service and the office manager Amy responded within the hour to help troubleshoot and find the best tech to help me. Matt was at my home before I could even get there and displayed the utmost professionalism. When he gave me the diagnosis, I asked him how soon I could expect the work to be complete. He was ready and willing to take care of it right then and there. It was so nice to come home and it not be 86 degrees in my house. The price was fair and I was able to pay online. I will definitely recommend them.

I finally found a company I can trust with all my AC needs. No more using a friend of a friend to fix our AC needs as that has never proved to save us money in the long run. Robert was quick to diagnose and fix the problem with one of my units. He then went on to remedy another problem we were having with another unit and saved us $700 on that issue.Now I see why they have so many glowing reviews!! They are very reasonable in price and will not take advantage of you. You wont regret using this company!!

Personnel were friendly and my call was handeld immediately. AC tech appeared competent and was here in a timely manner. Theycalled time let me know they were enroute. AC Tech was honest and conducted a complete check of the system. Will definitely call them again for maintenance and/or repair.

Prices are excellent, and in 25 years I have never had such a thorough cleaning and maintenance call. They even wax the outside unit to keep it from rusting! Ken also went above and beyond in responding to some of my questions. One huge ongoing problem is a bedroom that is always much hotter than the rest of the house. The way the house is constructed has a lot to do with it but multiple a/c companies have said they could fix it, but nothing changed. Ken explained the limitations, but also went into the attic and adjusted the flappers (?) in several other rooms, to push more cold air to the hot bedroom. This is the first time any service person has done anything that helped at all. It will never be as cool as the rest of the house, but now when I walk in there, I am not hit by a wall of heat! The temp probably dropped 5 degrees. I recommend Air Systems 150%!Update: 1/2021. Kenny just left, after doing my furnace checkup and sealing my return air duct. My old house did not have a/c and central heat when it was built, so during a remodel sometime prior to my buying the house, a return air was added, but not sealed, so air (and dust) was being pulled into the unit, which was not going through the filter. Not good for the life of the unit. Kenny sealed it, the price was reasonable, and he again did a more thorough job of the seasonal checkup than any I have had in the past. He answers all questions, takes his time, and gives me the confidence I want in my a/c-heating technician and the company he works for. Two thumbs up and 10 stars for Kenny and Air Systems!

Man am I glad I found Robert, Matt and Kenny. Been using them for about seven years now, on our home and on some townhouses we own. They are very reasonable and dont inflate the invoice with additional operating costs. They are always on time, professional and above all they do quality work. I trust them so much that I dont even have to meet them at our rental units; they show up and only do what is needed and its always fixed right. Lastly, their annual Summer/Winter Maintenance program is a no Brainerd for what it costs! I dont know how they make any money on it frankly, unless they find something that is a state of imminent failure. But Im always confident that its legitimate because they have proven themselves many times over. You cant put a price on reputation and integrity and they are truly outstanding. Hope this helps someone else!

I had one of my Trane 3 ton units suddenly go out. Spoke to them at 8:15am, and they said they would send someone out by the afternoon. Matt was there by 10am. He had my AC fixed in 20min for a very reasonable charge - he didnt try to up-sell or alarm me to make me spend more money. Very ethical! Will definitely use them again!

They did some significant work for us earlier this year, and they came out today for an unrelated failure. The fix was just to reset the system, so they didnt even charge me for a service call, and just included it as a follow up from 10 months ago. Great service, and they were prompt and professional.

I cannot rave about Air Systems A/C enough. We have been so fortunate to have been using them for years. They replaced our ENTIRE A/C system, heater and all new duct work about 12 years ago. We got 4 bids in total and to say we were being ripped off by the other big companies, was an understatement, one was by $8K over. I have referred them to 5 friends, including my parents, who all LOVE their new systems. They are honest, on time and if they tell you something is wrong and needs to be replaced, you know it is true. They have always come out for my annual check up and never try to sell anything. I just called on a Tuesday at about 4:30 p.m. with a minor issue that I wanted checked out in case our unit was about to give out. They were at my house at 8 a.m. It was looked at and deemed condensation and he fixed it right up. Was in and out in under 30 minutes. Very honest hard working people.

Excellent company. They responded to us quickly and they are truly knowledgeable about air conditioning systems. Kenny explained the problem with our AC which turned out not to be a major repair. He was able to locate the needed parts and make the repair the following day. Two other companies had missed the actual problem with our AC and had instead insisted we needed an entirely new AC. Needless to say, the minor repair was much less expensive than replacing the entire unit. We highly recommend!

I can’t recommend this place enough! Our A/C broke on the 4th of July and someone was at our house in less than an hour to take a look at it. Even though it was a holiday Matt was very helpful and kind. We ultimately ended up needing to replace our A/C unit (it was old and repairing it didn’t make sense). They helped us secure financing and started installing the new one in less than 48 hours - even though it was a holiday weekend. Everyone we interacted with from beginning to end was wonderful. This is a great company to do business with, they really went above and beyond for us.
