I pulled into the bay and they immediately started checking my air in my tires, filled the washer fluid. Another person told me that my car required full Synthetic oil. I was in shock!! I did not know that. I bought the car in March this year. Anyway, the manager checked my oil and said that other than it being a little bit low, it was clean and that I didnt need to get it changed. Then the other person told me that it would be a lot cheaper for me to go to a dealership to get my oil changed. I was flabbergasted that a place would be so honest!! Its unheard of these days!! So I asked them how much they wanted for the work they had already done. In unison they replied Nothing. Im like are you sure? They said absolutely. And they told me to pull out. I was so impressed with them that when I have enough money, I would go to them to get it done. Well done Jiffy Lube. Well done!!!

DAMAGED MY VEHICLE AND DENIED IT!!!I had my oil changed here and the staff was nice and fast. After I got home I started seeing puddles in my driveway, I checked my oil filter and oil plug to find my plug is finger tight. After spinning the plug and finding the threads in my aluminum oil pan have been pulled out I called .I spoke with the Kristen and she stated tech Ryu is new and may not have known to not overtighten. I offered to have the work done at the dealership I work at for employee pricing due to the fact I live 60 miles from the nearest location. After 2 week of little communication I receive a letter of denial. I have been in the automotive industry for a decade now on the customer service side and have never been part of a company that will not take care of a customer that had their property damaged during service. Apparently the bottom line is the only thing that matters to the district managers at Jiffy Lube.

This was the fastest I have ever gotten an oil change in my life. Its a chore that I am never excited for but they respected my time and also did not try to pressure me into anything I did not want.

This place doesn’t check your headlights, taillights, brakes, blinkers or anything. I was here for maybe 5 minutes for a oil change and I doubt they even did a full oil change. I presented a $15 off coupon for an oil change and the worker said he put it in but gave me a total of $63 and refused to give me a receipt, so I can’t even prove they used my coupon. Very Very unprofessional, doesn’t deserve my money or anyone’s money. Valvolines lines are longer for a reason, don’t be like me giving jiffy lube a try. Stick to Valvoline where they are always professional, quick and hit all there check points on the car besides the oil change. I wouldn’t recommend jiffy lube to anyone!

Jiffy Lube offers free oil checks and top offs when you get your oil changed here. They also check your other fluid levels at no charge. I needed my antifreeze topped off before a cold snap, and they did this for a nominal fee.

They wouldnt check my oil because my oil change wasnt done there

Horrible service, printed a receipt saying they checked everything however they didnt check anything they only put oil in, management had to refund the money for my oil change because of the horrible service which was $63

This place and staff were incredible. We brought in our 07 jeep compass, and had a quick oil change, air filter replacement etc... Spent more than we wanted too, but only because we needed to. Easy access from Hi-way. The employees were so knowledgeable and helpful. What a great experience. We are so happy we stopped. We are forever customers. Thank you for the great service.

Staff here is amazing!!! I’m always greeted with smiles. This is the only place I trust to work on my car. Never need an appointment and they always get me in and out. And their top off policy between oil changes is great.

Service was very fast and friendly but was WAY too expensive. I expected(foolishly I guess) to get a deal going to Jiffy Lube. I guess if you have an extra $100 to spend on an oil change/routine service and you dont want to hassle yourself with it, you can be back on the road in 5 minutes. My guess is for the services I received yesterday I could have done myself for less than half the cost. I am not criticizing the employees or customer service at all, they were wonderful. I just think its a racket that instant oil change places can charge so much when you know they pay pennies on the dollar for their supplies.

Its not often I run into people this nice in any portion of the service industry. This may have been my most positive oil change experience in 15 years. Interacted with Ted (?); vehicle serviced by Paul and someone else, maybe also Ted. Its often stressful choosing a vehicle service location for a zillion reasons.... I will be recommending this location and returning; thank you for kindness on a rough week; and genuinely friendly, caring customer service. Nice service technicians. Went there expecting a long wait being that there was a couple cars ahead of me. It was maybe 10 minutes before they had me in there. With other service stations Ive gone to I would have been lucky if Id gotten in there in 30-40 minutes with that sort of traffic. The staff was phenomenal at their job

My daughter brought her car to the Blaine Jiffy Lube for an oil change. That location closed down a few days later then we realized that her car was leaking oil. We called the Fridley Jiffy Lube and told them what happened and they had us come in right away. The other store had stripped the oil plug they took care of it even though it wasn’t their store that caused the problem. I was so impressed with both the assistant manager and the general manager, we really appreciated your help!

Good oil change but I tried to empty my old oil and gas mixture and they wouldn’t take it? It was only 55 gallons I don’t understand why. Back in the day it was the law I could empty hundreds of gallons of my used oil anywhere that does mechanic work.

Ive been coming here for last couple of years to get oil changes. Every service tech Ive dealt with has been kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. Give them a shot if youre on the edge.

First time I went there I waited for 15 mins to get help. They had one person working there. He checked my tires, performed my oil change and a few fluid checks. I went on my dandy way.A few days later at work, I discovered smoke from my car. My coolant leaked everywhere because the cap wasnt closed. I filled it with some water that I had and drove straight back to them as they were 13 mins away.They had 4 people working, no cars in shop and I waited about 3 to 5 mins before they helped me. My car was overheating!I told them what happened which they instantly smelled the coolant. They werent too thrilled about it, which I understand. They vented the car and refilled the coolant and checked if the car temp was good. After that they thanked me for coming back to them.They never once apologized for this inconvenience this caused and the potential danger I was in. This could be prevented if they staffed appropriately. I do not plan to go here again.If anyone brings their vehicle here, please monitor all actions so you can prevent anything Ive been through or worse!

Although the wait times can be pretty long, it can simply be reduced down to the amount of lanes they have available. The service times once your vehicle is in the shop are quicker than expected and the associates who work here are friendly and pleasant to deal with. Always have a smile and give a very pleasant experience.

Zero stars.This place was a joke. They said they didnt have the wrench needed for a 2005 Mazda 6 oil filter and told me to go to Golden Valley or the Valvoline down the road.

I have been going here for years. I am always happy with the service.

I came in for an oil change and had service within a reasonable amount of time. What upset me is when I got back into the vehicle. Oil stains everywhere on the steering wheel, the center console, the leather trim on the door, the handle inside and outside of the vehicle, the door itself and last but not least the hood had two huge hand prints on it. I would have complained about it then and there but my vehicle had been moved to outside of the shop and the employees had left the building and left for the day while I was getting my daughter into her car seat. So there was no one to complain to. Not only could I have just saved myself the hassle by just changing the oil myself, now I have to wash and detail the inside and outside to get all this oil off. I gave 2 stars only because the employee I did deal with was kind and courteous.Update: I was contacted by email and was told to fill out a report explaining what had happened. After I was sent out a few emails and that was it nothing happened not even a simple apology for what was done to my vehicle. Overpaid for a simple process I can do myself, terrible service and lack of professionalism. What a joke.

Claimed I had a massive oil leak and refused to change my oil. I checked. There aint no oil leak. My car might look and sound like a POS, but it still runs well.

Walked me through all of the pricing and gave me the best deals possible! Super great staff!
