We recently had a vehicle towed by One Way. In the beginning, they act very helpful, but in the end very unprofessional. Would not take common forms of payment, like credit or debit cards. When they agreed to take an in-state check and we arrived to pay with it, they said they would only accept cash. I would not recommend this company and would push my car first.

These people trying to give me the Run around still after they told me they will call me back it’s been about a month and hear nothing from them no call no email they make me pay around 300 dollars to get all my personal belongings that were in my car Stole 3 pairs of my Oakley Glasses I use for work and act like everything that’s was in my car I clearly no what I had in my car after contacting them today she tells me the same thing I will have the owner contact you yea I heard that before and the. Still tries to tell me I said I only had 2 pairs in there no lady I had 3 pairs of my glasses in there looks like after reading these reviews I ain’t the only one who’s gotten robbed by OneWay Tow!!!!

I was not able to get my belongings from my car after it was towed. I was charged an outrageous fee they said it was by law that I pay the storage fee even though my car was at Manheim car auction a different location. My cross shield and dog tag had senemental value but I just dont have the extra cash

Those rude fat heffer ladies at the front desk are extremely unprofessional and uneducated! I would not recommend this business to anyone they steal your things then put it off on owner that he will call you back they are nasty criminals with a title of a business to protect them.

After reading others reviews, I was pretty nervous to talk to them. To my surprise they were very friendly and courteous.I was told I need an appointment to go back and gather my personal belongings, but after talking with the front office lady, I was allowed back to clean it out. It took me a little while to gather it all up and say goodbye to my dream car. Not once was i rushed or treated anything but kindly.Thank you to the people who were there and helped me, your kindness and trust made my rough task that much easier.Minus 1 star.......because........well...............after all....they did take my car😢

This place repossesed my car when I got behind on my payments. The lady I dealt with in the office was very nice. She let me get my personal belongings out my car after I paid them $60.00 for inventory. The next day my car was delivered to my finance company. When I got my car back the next day from the finance company my back driver side hub cap was missing. The hub caps on my car are on pretty tight with the lug nuts. There is no way it fell off. When I called them to inquire about the missing hub cap I was told they had no idea what happened to it. I informed them that it was there the day before when I got my personal belongings. I was told they would have the driver call me but I never got a call. I would not recommend these people as trustworthy. They seem nice on the outside but my hub cap vanished in their care and they dont seem to care about it. They act like it is not there problem.

They seem to do business just fine. I’m assuring that the low ratings are people who got their vehicle repossessed. I was able to grab my stuff that was inside my vehicle.

I do not understand why they have such a low rating. They repod my car because my finance company TOLD THEM TO, but were SUPER FRIENDLY, informative, & helpful. Even some features were not working that had prior & Megan had the gentleman take a look at it & assist with it accordingly. They didnt have to, but they did. And said if I had any problems, as far as the towing concerns are, to give them a call. Thank you guys, much 💜 & respect. God bless🙏

I was there a total of twenty minutes, the first 18 minutes was a back and forth argument of them trying to convince me to sign the release of my belongings. My only request was that I see the vehicle and get my belongings. After I was pressured into signing, they bring in a man from out back to hand me a plastic bag already in their office full of my stuff. After asking him to take me to see the car,he just hands me the bag and mutters,well if its not your car then why do you need to see it? This company is garbage, and they treat everyone as such. Do not go.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. My car was towed to their lot. Upon receiving my vehicle, there was scratches and dents on my vehicle. This company charged me storage fees on my auto insurance, car registration, and my check stubs that were in my glove box. The staff lost my items. Did they refund storage fees? No. Is there anything I can do? Probably not. Lobel Financial needs to contract another towing/repo company. This towing company is unorganized, unprofessional and since they hold all the cards, theres absolutely nothing costumers can do, we are at their mercy. God have mercy on those unjust staff.

I had to call the company many times and each time I was greeted with respect. They are honest and very professional and obey the rules. Highly recommend if ever needing tow service.

Was worried because of recent reviews but experience was wonderful. Polite and easy to talk to! Picked my car up with little hassle.

They are a REPO company. All the bad reviews are from people that didnt make their car payment. The only person they have to be mad at is themselves for trying to fraud the finance company. If you just need a tow, they are a GREAT CHOICE!!

Very fast and friendly. They where there about 10 minutes after I called and it was after business hours. Unlocked my car in about a minute, talk about efficiency. Definitely recommend.

Thieves, very mean, abusive, racist, unprofessional and very rude. They ( Matt) claim my car was clean with nothing in it but little do they know I have a comprehensive surveillance video of my car being towed by them showing my property in the car. They are very rude, racist and outrageously mean to me. I am emotionally tortured. I completed a police report Friday and I am taking this another step higher. I have to reclaim my things. they are thieves and bigots

This company’s greed does not have any limits. They don’t take into consideration that there is a pandemic going on during which people help each other out. If you call them to pick up a car, and you come in the next day, they charge you $65 for a no show fee cash only. Only cash

Definitely the worst customer service I’ve ever seen at a business. They answer the phone like they hate their jobs. Every person I’ve spoken to sounds miserable. They will force you to make an appointment to pick up your car from them and still won’t be around at the appointment time. They also charge for storage of property that doesn’t exist.

This towing company has employees who have sticky fingers. $40 was stolen out my purse along with all my and my kids phone cords and chargers, my scooby do floor mats, brand new jumper cables and my remote to my garage door, my Steelers frog that sat on the dash and all my bingo dobbers. I called to speak to the owner and of course he has not returned my call as of today. What a pathetic company.

THIEVES....had every right to take the car but did not have the right to steal my $150 sunglasses phone charger and Walmart bag that was in the trunk...filed police report against Matt who supposedly is the owner and the person who cleaned out the car...oh but he would never do something like that I was told...lmfao...stupid ass people

This place is partnered with Beneficial Bank, I don’t recommend them at all. They don’t tell you all of the hidden details needed for the vehicle being at their company and or the payments

ONE WAY TOW are thieves. My car was towed by One Way Tow and when I retrieved it it was completely cleaned out.. All that was left in my car was the owners manual. When I called them to question where my personal property was the lady who answered knew exactly who I was and what car I owned, she sounded surprised that I had the car back in my possession and said she would call me back which she never did. Two days later I contacted One Way Tow again and Matt said my car had no personal belongings in it. He proceeded to tell me that his big burly driver would have no use for my Versace perfume or my Coach glasses. I will be filing a police report in the morning as soon as I talk to the finance company to get the additional information that I need. Among some of my belongings was my checkbook, my daughters carseat, my Versace perfume, Coach sunglasses, and a pair of shoes. I have already contacted Fresno PD and they have urged me to file a formal complaint for vehicle burglary.

They are very very rude today in the morning at 6:00 am on December 5th they came into my yard well my gate was locked I had my babys car seat and everything in there and not only that my sister tryed to get all of my daughter belongings he kept cussing my sister out and he had made my sister fall well she had the door open and he was still driving off

They looked threw all my stuff and took all my money from in my car and act like they dont know anything...they were the last ones in there i should file a report and see if they can get fingerprints since they went threw everthing i mean everthing..

This place is a joke. First off, we were late in payments to our finance company(this is on us) The saddest part though is that these guys took our truck and now they are holding our property for ransom. THEY GOT THE TRUCK!!!! GIVE US OUR PERSONAL PROPERTY!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES!!
