I don’t know about their drivers, but I had called twice, the first time the person who answered was quick to give me a fare rate. The second time I called, the person didn’t know what the heck they were doing. It took her 8 mins just to give me a fare rate, and then she said, it’s be $45 to go 4 miles. I ended up using Uber for only $10.

Aside from the taxi not being exactly the cleanest vehicle Ive ever got into, Id have to say the driver was prob the coolest Ive ever encountered. Especially when it came time to pay and I had a prob with my bank account and couldnt pay, he was very understanding and patient and was willing to work with me but luckily my friend had shown up and the driver was even willing to accept cash app payment. Despite a bad experience on my part, overall in the end it turned out to be a good experience. Oh yeah, did I mention the promptness in picking me up? I was quoted 15 min and to my surprise he showed up in less than 5. Ill def be calling again when I need a ride as well as recommending them to any of my friends. Get that cleanliness handled and Ill shoot that fifth star lol

I had 4 Uber drivers cancel on me because I have dogs. I drive a semi truck. I was checking out of a motel and needed a ride back to the Volvo dealer to pick up my truck from the shop. It was literally just a 4 mile drive, 7 minutes..and I even had a thick blanket to cover the seat. But still no Uber driver would pick me up (the Volvo dealer booked Uber for me.) Scrip Taxi to the rescue. Not only did they send a driver promptly, I couldnt find the manager and he patiently waited for me to finish checking out. I gave him a $20 tip for being so patient and accommodating. 5 stars, very prompt and friendly service from this taxi cab company.

Lyft never came. I was walking home at 330 in the morning, when I seen a scrip taxi at the light, on his way to another call. He let me in the taxi and gave me a ride. Thank u script taxi!!

Picked me up from home within 10 minutes. When I called for a ride home I waited for 3 hours and 10 minutes. The people are very nice. I guess just a mix up. I will use them again.

I got ripped off by the driver. He used google maps to determine my charge. When I told him where I was going, his cell phone said that it was 12 miles. He told me it was 18 and charged me 45 dollars. When I got home i checked with google maps. My computer said it was 12.5 miles. In addition he wasnt even in a cab. He was driving a car that had no cab markings on it. He could also barely speak English. Dont use these people. they are unprofessional.

No stars because I acidently gave the driver my laundry money WITCH was twenty dollars I call the company and they said that the driver wouldnt be able to bring it back to me for two hours this was on July 1st I called twice that day and two more times the next day been calling every day. To get my money today an old lady who answered told me she couldnt do anything and hung up on me I called back she said she was way to busy. Im thinking they are giving me the runaround and not wanting to give my 20 dollars back . I wasnt going to give a 20 tip for a 13 dollar taxi ride home Im on a fixed income and needed the money to do laundry THEY DONT HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY REALLY SUCK . I WOULDNT RECOMMEND USING THEM

Taxi driver took down my credit card information for payment because I thought I didnt have enough money to pay him. I ended up having enough. I paid him in cash: $80. He said he would dispose of my credit card information. I trusted him. The following day I had an $83 charge on my credit card from the taxi company. I called, a rude lady answered, I explained to her what happened, and she said she couldnt do anything and hung up on me. Im still trying to get my money back but no one returns my call and they dont answer anymore. My bank fraud department is now working with me.

Best taxi service in Fresno. I use their service all the time. Driver #19 and #11 are the best very courteous and friendly. I would recommend to ask for them if they are available. Fast and always takes the less expensive routes

DONT USE THEIR SERVICE ITS BS! we asked our taxi driver to take us to the bank and then we got to the bank we told him if he could wait cuz we would like to get a ride back home and and then he called saying that we werent at the bank anymore even though we were, that theres at of people in there and then he took off and we didnt pay yet and said he was looking for us but he wasnt I went out the bank and he was gone along time ago. He told us he we going to call the cops. So I called them taxi place and they said theyd send him back. So we can pay him . They said it would be 45 cents for the Xtra minutes he waited. We said thats fine. And he never came. All they care for is money! So we called yellow cab !

I definitely recommend this cab service! I was traveling by myself (female) and was very nervous about getting a cab. I was picked up from the airport in no time and the cab driver was awesome and made me 150% comfortable. My tab was a little over $200 and he cut it down to $150 for me without me even asking. Ask for David, he’s awesome!

Requested a ride, informed 15-20 min wait and price $15. Driver arrives in 30-40 min. No greeting, bust asks for money up front when just first entered the vehicle. When asked for change he acknowledged he understood, and I assumed he would give change once arrived at the destination. Sat in the front passenger seat, for safety purpose, but front passenger seat had no working seat belt. Driving to destination driver ran a red light as he was not paying attention. Once arrived at the destination, I ask the driver for my change $5, he indicated that ride cost $22-23 and not $15 as informed. I let the driver leave, called the company, the first call kept ringing, hung up and called again, rang for at least 7 or so rings, an operator picks up. Asked the operator to transfer my call to a supervisor, she said no supervisor available. Informed her regarding price issue and no proper seat belt. Operator apologizes that she did not inform driver regarding my informed price. The operator places me on hold for 5-10 min hold. I hung up...The vehicle was also very dirty. Lets just say I would not use again, and would not recommend. Felt unsafe, very unhelpful, and not curtsy.

I am very pleased with this taxi service. The driver was very courteous, he arrived very quickly, and did not try an out of the way route to bump up my bill. One of my best taxi experiences in Fresno, which is not known for great taxi service! I will definately be using this taxi service again!

Ive been using this company for the past month just yesterday my sons phone went missing I text it saying Ill give $100 reward for the phone someone text me today saying a cab driver sold it to her 160 with service Im very upset about this Everytime I tip them 5 to 6 dollars and for them to turn around and sell my sons phone shame on them

My favorite cab company to use until cab 23 Jeremiah picked me up he was rude yelling and stressed out. He asked for trade sex for the ride I complained to the dispatch how inappropriate he was. If you use this company they are the best just make sure cab 23 doesnt pick you up he should be fired!

Using service for a few months. .. as time went on I realized the more I used their services the more dissatisfied I bacame of their arrival time. Person over the phone would say 15-20 minutes but more than once they would come 40-45 minutes later. NOT FAST AT ALL. I will not be using their taxi services any longer.

The driver lied where he was at was hella late to pick up and now late for work. Never had a problem with this cab company till today. I just dont understand how the taxi driver could lie where he was at and then say hes 7 minutes away. That really makes this company look bad when u have drivers like that. They said it was a 20 minute wait i waited almost 40 minutes not ok. Really need some new drivers!!

I wouldnt recommend this service to anyone. The guy who picked up my friend and I tried to kidnap us and refused to let us go. I had to call 911 for us to be released. God was definitely looking out for us.
