I was trying to get a ride for an elderly customer...They were not very helpful and didnt really want to be bothered because the elderly gentlemen didnt have a cell phone!!! Dont waste your time calling them !!

I use A Plus twice a month to and from the airport. Saleem is always available and on time even when my schedule changes at the last minute. I would highly recommend their services.

I have used this taxi for years and am very pleased with the results. The driver often meets me at the airport when I return from a trip.This is my go to taxi in Fresno. I highly recommend it.

Less than optimal service. I reserved my taxi well in advance and specifically requested a child seat be provided, as I was travelling with my young child. I had some difficulty making myself understood by the driver. He arrived on time to pick up, but without the requested child seat, which created a stressful situation. The ride was fine. More expensive than I expected, but I did arrive on time to my destination. I will try a different taxi provider in future.

No show! I called the day before for an early ride to the airport. He didnt show up and I waited 15 minutes before I had to drive myself and pay for airport parking. Ill never call again.

Cant even understand what the dispatcher is saying, called 2 hours prior still was not in front of the address, Extremely unprofessional when I asked for the supervisor the man gave a random number NEVER CALL THIS COMPANY its not even a company just some Arabian man pretending to be a taxi driver.

Awful people. I work at a doctors office and noticed 2 elderly patients outside crying because their ride never came for them. I called this company and he flat out refused because he had a bad experience in his words “from some woman in this area before who gave him a hard time “ he then hangs up. No compassion, no humanity, no respect.

I called to get a cab for me and my son to the grocery store a mile away from my home and the person who answered the phone said Im all the way down town Im sorry Im sorry ( not sounding very sorry) and hung up on me.
