A bit of a wait but going in and taking care of your business is always best. The workers are fast and good at there work. Best when you in after lunch.

Ok so lets be candid for a minute........ social services means we fell on hard times....... Anthony V. is an amazing caring man! Remember people that these men and women chose this career cause they care for people!

This is by far the worst office to try to get anything done in. Wait times are extremely long even when they are not busy because the workers are too busy socializing amongst themselves to do their actual job and call numbers or help people. They have no parking, the only person who is helpful and does their job is the lady at the door.

Thanks for all the hard work these people are awesome. Thank god for the benefits that he has given us in the time of need.

When I need to go get my services done in a timely matter

It was terrible. If you have to go here be prepared to wait for an hour and a half at least. I recommend making an appointment if you can.

The only decent workers are the ones behind the windows. The ones that take you in the back are the ones I can deal without, theyre mean.

Still a super busy place. Slow at times. Some days there faster then the next. Dont think this place will ever be able to keep up

A little diffrent now still gets packed but love to see diffrent people an there families its a struggle but there tryn.

Cant stand this place at all everyone who works here is so wrong its not rite i wish we could really do something about all who work here there not rite at all none of them

They need to get a life and stop trying to take kids that are not needed to go no where yeah its great to have kids safe!! But you CPS people sometimes just go over board!!!!!!

Got right to the point and were very understanding of parents with little kids ..the ladies have my kids stickers very friendly

Requested a transfer of benefits back to my hometown, not only did they not file the transfer they hadnt replied to the Department of where i live. Call to clear things up, and am put on hold for 36 minutes, why not just pick up and allow me to make an appointment. This system is based on aiding the unable! Terrible ethic

Always full with rude people even some wockers .... and the social workers perfer to gossip instead of working while in front of you or to call you up to the window

My warning is dont hurt yourself and need aid. This place is festering with sickness

They make u wait for 2hours just to make copies plus always messing up paper work and I am the one who has to deal with their errors and wait about 2months until corrected.
