I want to write a detailed review about this wonderful group. I had the pleasure of working with them in Fresno, CA to lease a building for our west coast distribution facility. My main location is in Charlotte, NC. I called them based off the google reviews and I was greeted promptly on the phone by Tyler Burgess. He asked me a lot of questions pertaining to the criteria and budget that I had. He was very thorough in making sure he had everything covered. I am 2,600 miles away and he went right to work for me. I traveled to CA the next week after talking with him and he had lined up more properties than I could handle. He gave me his opinions and thoughts and I shared with him what I thought as well. He was amazing. I couldnt have asked for a better person to work with. It came time to making an offer. We drafted a LOI (letter of intent) for the lease and we went back and forth with the landlord quite a few times. This group went above and beyond. I had great conference calls with Rob, Tyler and Erin. They treated me like I was royalty and even were working on my lease after hours. I will definitely use them and recommend anyone looking for any size property whether it is 1,500 sqft or 150,000 sq ft. This team will make sure you get what you want and need and they will be honest and go above and beyond to get the job done. It is kind of bittersweet, I am so glad that we got to work with them and we are in our 48,000 sq ft facility but at the same time I hate that I wont be in communication daily with them. I wish I could open more facilities just because how smooth it went. We will 100% use them to represent us in the future and I think everyone looking and reading this review should too.

I would say that we had an overall great experience with everyone at Boese Property Management. Rob Boese personally attended to us which we appreciate greatly. Tiffany, Erin and Property Manager Kristin are very friendly, very helpful and very nice to deal with. We were able to communicate in person and through email. We appreciate the personal attention every step of the way.On a scale of 1-10, I give them all a 20. I would recommend Boese Property Management anytime.

I am changing my review from a 1 star to a 4 star. Since hiring Tyler our property has been cleaned up and repaved. He is a great guy and very personable and really seems to care about the tenants.

Our company works with Boese Property Management on a regular basis as one of their maintenance vendors. The ladies in the office are very professional and always friendly. They pay their vendors in a timely manner and communicate expectations well. Working with them is truly a blessing!

Escrow recently closed on our commercial property and Boese Commercial was our agent. Rob, Erin, and the rest of the Boese crew were outstanding! Although our property presented challenges and difficulties, we never felt neglected or pressured. They were completely available to us during the entire experience and we knew they had our best interest at heart. They are a stellar group and we can’t recommend them highly enough. Rob and his team have always been fast and efficient. Very professional, experienced, and understanding!

Rob and his staff have been nothing but proactive and professional. Although handing over properties that have long been managed by other management companies can be tedious and time consuming, BPM has made the transition go as smoothly as possible. I would certainly recommend their services.

Worst, most unorganized property management company....
