I was relocating from Los Angeles to Fresno and this company and specifically maria really assisted me and made my transition and the move so much easier with her kind and spirited nature. She was eager to help me and make things easier for me and was really knowledgeable on all the questions I had and some I didn’t even think of. If there are more people like her in that company with such a helpful and friendly bubbly personality then I look forward to continuing doing business with this company and I know I’m in great hands.

Whenever I had an issue with something in my place Id call Wendy and shed come through right away and had someone come over and fix whatever needed to be fixed. She was always professional about her job. She always answered whatever questions I asked. Shes amazing!!!!!!

Since my fiancee and I moved in back in 2019, we have been very happy with our residence. Melissa our property manager has been very compassionate and understanding especially when we got hit with COVID-19 back in November of last year. Worst property management ever! I have been trying to get some assistance with my ceiling leaking for 6 months now. It is now leaking on our ceiling light fixture, in multiple bedrooms room, living rooms and bathrooms, which is now creating mold to come throu the ceiling. I put in maintenance ticket after ticket and nobody comes they tell me to sit at home for a 13 hour window for someone to come and nobody shows up! Or ac is not not working properly and one maintenance guy just told me to shut it off tell someone can come. They repeatedly close out maintenance tickets even though nobody has came to fix or even address. I have no clue how to get help anymore!

Gladys Servin was the one that helped me out she is very helpful and very Im professional! I love that she speaks English and Spanish!

I’ve been renting with FMC for a year. My time has ended. I will give them overall 4 stars. The staff is nice for the most part and great communication. However, I did have an issue with maintenance not showing up for a scheduled appt on time. But when he did show up he was apologetic and not a jerk to me and made sure he fixed all my issues so I didn’t have to keep calling. Thanks FMC. It’s been real!

From many experience I continue to have with Fresno Management company pushing off my maintenance Request and then goes off and reschedule my maintenance request farther without giving me any notice! Its completely Unprofessional ! I have had an issue with my bathtub faucet leak since Saturday and it was scheduled for a maintenance to show up on Monday 03/29/2021 between 12pm - 5pm to fix my issue, but there was a no show, so then it was scheduled for maintenance to come over today between the same time. But once again a No show and now Im being pushed off to Thursday Now ! This is unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. They just keep running off through So many excuses not to do their job theyre supposed to.

I currently live in one of the properties were the bathroom ceiling has been leaking on and off for months. I was told it would be taken care of, yet it still has the same problem. When I resubmit a work order it gets cancelled due to the first work order not being complete. I have left messages with the property supervisor and still the issue still remains the same. God knows what is raining down on me when I try to use the toilet. This is unacceptable. I dont usually write reviews but maybe they will better understand the severity of this issue.

This company managed one of my properties. They are highly recommended. The maintenance supervisor Kendra always made sure vendors charged a fair price for any necessary repairs and got them completed in a timely fashion. The building is filled with roaches.. mind you I am a very clean person.. the building is so infested with roaches that you are gonna see them no matter how clean you are. In the kitchen..the cabinets..living room sofa and even in your dresser drawer. Do not get an apartment here unless you wanna be sleeping with roaches.. can’t wait until my lease is up!!

Our family has been with this management for a year and a half and I must say the apartment they rented us is very ran down never maintained, single pained windows, kitchen window wont open, infested with cockroaches, ancient A/C that doesnt work properly our apartment ranges from 86-96 in the summertime that runs our bill up to $800 and something with a 50% medical discount and that was b4 my boyfriends father was put on an oxygen machine 24/7 so Im scared to see what the bill will be like this next summer if we are still in this apartment. Our rent is only $650 PG&E should never be more than your rent. We had them send out A/C repair people multiple times and said its just the old machine it needs to be replaced but that is on the management to make that decision. So since Fresno Management Company doesnt want to replace something we have suffered 2 summers in a row to the point my boyfriends fathers COPD got out of control due to these conditions and ended up in the hospital for a couple weeks. We are now suffering a second Winter not being able to run the Heater due to the ridiculous cost just like in the summertime with the A/C. We had a simple electrical problem due to the previous tenants frying the outlet for the garbage disposal and they sent out some random guy with no kind of proof of working for an electrical company that drove a Toyota to fix the problem. Ever since he did the repairs whenever we turn on a light all the other lights on surge. And we cant have the ceiling light on in the kitchen while using electric stove it will continuously surge.Last December they told us they were fixing the laundry room it took about 8 months for them to put one semi working dryer, the washers still only work on cold, and the 2nd dryers just takes your money and doesnt turn on. We were just notified that they will have to put us out for a couple days due to them renting us an unsafe apartment that has stairs where the wood has been rotten for many years apparently and should have been fixed long ago well before this apartment was ever rented to us. So now we are stressing what we are going to do we take care of my boyfriends father that is very much so disabled and not very mobile and we are supposed to get him up and down these stairs somehow and get him to a motel that might not even accommodate his needs. This place has been nothing but hell and the management doesnt fix anything properly or care to replace old A/C / Heating unit. I feel like for people that pay half the rent early each month and the other half on time each month not a single time late I feel we should be treated much better than we have been. I wouldnt recommend renting from this management to anyone.

I own 150 Units in Fresno. 90 of those units were being managed by another management company. There was a manager change with that company resulting in terrible follow through and creating 17 vacaciences.Paul Gestic a Realtor who I have had many real estate dealings with introduced me to Kristen Bash - Property Manager with Fresno Management Company. Kristen took over managing the 90 units at the end of November, 2019 and by the end of December, 2019, the worst time of the year to rent, had all the units rented with a waiting list.Kristen continues to follow through immediatly with everything even with COVID-19 company required restrictions with shelter in place.Kristen is backed up with over a dozen other personal to handle all property management needs.

With Fresno Management company it was a delight to rent from them. The agents were always friendly and kind. If I had any questions they were prompt in getting back to me with an answer. My time with them would have been longer but the was a passing in my family. Wendy(one of the agents) heard of the news and sent her condolences and a feel better card. They are truely a great company.

You wont get cleanup deposit. You wont get reimbursed for paying for cleanup and repairs. Poor service, I wish I could leave -1 stars. First off, they never answer their phone calls. We rented out a property of ours with them for over 3 years. They never did inspections for the house but charged us for it. They charged us over $300 to mow the lawn before the tenants moved in, even though it wasnt even overgrown. We had the home cleaned when we moved out, painted and all. Now a little over 3 years later the tenants moved out and the place is FILTHY. They left piles of carpet and mattresses and piles of trash everywhere inside and outside, the grass is over a foot tall and they are not paying to have it cut. They gave us an estimate of almost $3,000 in repairs and have not paid us for any of the repairs and cleanup that we paid for out of pocket.

This is legit and very professional agency. All their employees from management to maintenance treat you with respect and are prompt with responses to any issue with rental properties. Ive rented from them for past 5 plus years at one property and now moved and downsized to another one. Great job to all employees and thank you all for your patience and time for me and my family. You are the BEST!!

I been Dealing with FMC for many years as they manage many properties for me and I went through other management before them and they are the best everyone is so profesional and so dedicated to their work .I like the fact that they are very organized and every Departement can take care of any issues very effeciently their repairs Dept is Phenomenal Kendra is great in getting the best quotes from vendors and always looks for the owner best interest I can not ask for better in a management company.

They just took over management of the place I rent. Oh boy, they are terrible!!!! I actually had to GO TO the office to get a response from them for setting up the payment application. Then they brought in some really terrible construction workers that knocked the stuff off our walls! They cancelled the yard maintenance company right before the summer! AND raised the rent that same month. So my nice place looks terrible AND is more expensive. Idiots.

The old company had someone call me within a couple of days to make necessary repairs. Its like that have only 1 person that does everything. Not to mention our laundry room has been down for MONTHS! I called, and the manager, Christina, had it fixed within the hour!!! She has always been so professional and quick to help with any needs. Ive heard many horror stories about management that does not take care of tenants needs, but this is never the case with this company. I would highly recommend using this company for any rental needs.

Fresno Property Management Company has managed 5 of my units over the past 5 years. I have been very pleased with the service I receive from FPMC. They are quick to handle any issues with my tenants and units. They have a great team that is available to answer all my questions. When property conditions or issues arise they handle it with their preferred team of handyman and contractors. I get detailed reports monthly on expenses and revenue. I prefer FPMC for my property management company!

THIS COMPANY BLATANTLY LIED TO US. Went on a tour at 3pm yesterday (was scheduled for 2:30 but agent was late. He also arrived on his phone, not even introducing himself. ) After viewing & loving the place we asked about applying & if anyone else had applied. The agent (a male, I think named Ron) had told us that we would be the first to apply, with that info we made sure to be the first people to go in this morning (around 9:10) only to be told that not only were we NOT the first to apply but THE APARTMENT HAD ALREADY BEEN RENTED AND THEY HAD BEEN APPROVED YESTERDAY. Im not sure if there was a SEVERE miscommunication but it seems to me that we were on a tour & being lied to while another person was being approved for this apartment. Now were out $70 for a money order that was supposed to be used for our application fee. Terrible business practices.

They didnt have the respect to call me and let me know why my schedule showing was cancelled. I had an appointment for Monday and they canceledvia text without an explanation and when I contacted them through email to see why there was no response. They at least could of had respect for me and at least gave me a reason for the showing to be cancelled. I feel its very unprofessional to treat your future clients like this without giving a reason. (found out through Trulia they took it off market instead of hearing from an employee of this establishment) I would hope this company learns some people skills and have respect to at least give a reason for a showing being cancelled and not just send a text without explanations. I had to make sure and schedule my lunch time for the time of the viewing and all I got was a text without an explanation. This company should really take in consideration of the changes or sacrifices future clients have to do so they can view the home.

This company cant even answer their phones. You have to continually call to get someone on the phone. Their communication skills need help as well. They do not contact you on a timely manner about your rental application. The staff is friendly once you get them on the phone though.

We have been renting a property for 4 years through FMC. The experience has been very positive. The whole FMC team have been extremely prompt, friendly, and helpful. The online system to file a maintenance request and pay rent is really convenient. We are very happy to be renting a property through them!

Fresno PMC gave our personal info to a PG&E subcontractor to get us to sign up for a program we dont qualify for in order to get free upgrades to the apartment building. The subcontractor harassed us for days, so I was sure it was a scam. However, upon calling up Fresno PMC, they confirmed it was legitimate and their staff also pressured us into joining this program. I explained MANY times that PG&E directly told me I didnt qualify for the program. Instead of accepting that, I basically got a threat that the owners would hear about me being difficult.

Ron never answers his cell, Jacob never shows up to the property viewing and doesnt contact you; just terrible agents. The women at the front are no better. Fresno PMC has a serious communication issues.

Pros: They never check on our apartment. When they do, its to perform a smoke detector check & they send a third party in (last dude wore flip flops & a T-shirt).Cons: You have to pull teeth to get items fixed. It took them a month to replace my stove after move in because it would not heat up at all. They wouldnt perform simple work orders like give me a screen for my second story window (violation of building code). You have to harass them if you want to get in contact with them. Half the time they wont answer their phones, will not return phone calls, etc.Overall, not a bad company just seem to be incredibly lazy & unprofessional.

This company double charge me and never refund when requested. Management is terrible. No common sense and extremely difficult to speak to. Also, I set up auto payment for almost one year now and all the sudden they charge a late fee for unknown reason. Ive been holding back with rating on this company, but they finally disgusted me.

Finally it came time to where I needed a place. It was an extremely urgent situation and they understood that & took care and held urgency in my matter. I now am in my new place & Im super thankful for this management company. These ladies truly care about your happiness and wellbeing and if there is something that is a feasible option then they will definitely accommodate. I refer all my friends and family here. Ive made 6 work order requests forst controll and they have ignored ever one of them. But send a maintenance man out on saturday to check the bateries on the smoke detectors...smh.i have been a tenant for over 8 years and havent been late on not even 1 months rent...but they fail to give me a notice when ever they do decide to come and do some bogus repairs..

They are great at sending out notices about what your yard should look like but horrible at protecting homeowners and their property from negligent renters. Research their HOA. They also never return calls.

Fresno Management Co. supervises Westwood HOA since 2017. I have to give credit to Sam, Property Supervisor, as she is always responsive to my complaints and concerns. She makes herself accessible. Both her and the owner are sure to attend our quarterly meetings. When I go to make a HOA payment they are always friendly and courteous. I give them a 4-star because I wish they had an online portal that I could pay my HOA fees to rather than having to come in or mail the payment. Other than that, they are good at what they do!
