She cut & pastes a sellers remarks and lists the photos in exact order while offering sound advice on all aspects of the transaction. She really is good, a great value. Sarah Clark of Yager Realty was helpful and highly knowledgeable. In the past I have not had good luck with Realtors, in my opinion they were a necessary evil to get things done. They didnt do much and had a sense of entitlement just for showing up. Sarah is completely different proving not all Realtors are the that way, although I believe most are. Sarah is special, she has extensive knowledge, she is a hard worker, she has good communication skills, and she is responsive to her clients needs. I would HIGHLY recommend her for any of your real estate needs.

Friendly staff and a better way to sell your home. I also found out they can act as an agent and help everyone during the whole transaction, or one can choose to sell his/her own property using their marketing which covers all the major real estate websites and resources to put together your own seller contracts. You get the best of both worlds, a listing agent and if you feel that you cant handle the transaction on your own you can call them and they will help you close your sale. Its the best way to save thousands on agents commissions. I highly recommend them.

I was hesitant at first to deal with someone remote but this worked out perfectly. Soon after I submitted my interest in using their services, I was assigned an associate who helped me along the way. Although he was not local, he suggested a listing price after I staged the house. Be aware that you need to find someone who can do the open house for you. When offers got in, I was able to choose the best offer and we finalized the sale very fast.Overall I got a good experience with Yager and I was able not only to save money but also to close the sale very fast.I would recommend Yager if you want to find an expert eventhough they might not be local that can help sell your house quickly and will save you money.

Exactly the kind of service and support I was looking for. In a sellers market, many sellers dont need all the bells and whistles from a listing agent (although those services are available as well). Having bought and sold homes before, I only needed someone to get my listing on the MLS, post my professionally taken photos of my property on the listing, and provide the right documents. I saved $15,000 using Yager Realty, and I felt like I didnt sacrifice anything. Very smooth transaction (I sold in four days) and couldnt recommend their range of services enough.

SO happy with Yager Realty and Sarah Clark in particular. I carefully researched 3 highly recommended and credentialed realtor/brokers to sell my house before chosing Yager. Brandon was the only one to come extremely well prepared with detailed market pricing comparisons and well reasoned advice. Yager is a discount broker and I was somewhat concerned as to how much work from them I could expect; however, Sarah and the team worked as hard and harder than any team Ive ever worked with before. I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by Yager. I signed up for their Mls listing service only. After a few weeks they talked me into the full service option. They promised big things but never delivered. I had to constantly request feedback from showings, they wouldnt return phone calls and only wanted to me lower the price so they could make a quick commission.

The Yager Realty team offered me a wonderful customer service. They were always on top of all my needs, and all what I had to do was to pay the flat fee for listing the property in the MLS. It saved me a lot of money in commissions! I recommend their services to everybody. I a very happy customer!

Went the extra mile to get my listing on the regional MLS as well as my local MLS when we discovered that my local MLS does not share their feed with Zillow, which is a MUST! Yager Realty represented my husband and I when we sold our home. I am a licensed Real Estate agent in another state and because I am licensed, I hold other Real Estate agents to a different standard than a typical buyer or seller does. Yager did not disappoint. Our listing agent Brian Dombroski did an excellent job negotiating multiple offers on our home as well as navigating us through the final offer and associated disclosures and contingencies. The buyers agent fell short of her duties on several occasions and Brian promptly stepped in and took care of things, essentially doing her job much of the time. Sarah Clark, the MLS Coordinator, prepared the listing for MLS in record time and made sure it was on the local Realtor MLS as well as the national listing websites. Our broker, Brandon Yager, the owner of Yager Realty, was also available for assistance. I cant say enough good things about Yager Realty. Full service provided at a substantial discount - who does this? Give them a call. You wont be disappointed.

I purchased the flat fee MLS package from Yager and I must say I was very impressed with their service and professionalism. Both Brandon and Sarah were super nice and super responsive. Ive actually used a different realtor for the flat fee MLS before, so I had something to compare this experience to. Now with two transactions under my belt acting as my own agent, I have a much more informed opinion of what to look for in the future.When I first started researching realtors that offer this service, I was hesitant to go with Yager. First, they were certainly not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and considering that I saved 3% - 4% in broker fees, which in my deal equated to $20K - $26K, paying several hundred more is a no-brainer. You would be doing yourself a disservice shopping for this service based on price only - literally tripping over dollars to pick up pennies. Second, in my initial conversations with Brandon I felt a little skeptical because he was almost too responsive, which is why I held out for my review until the close of escrow.In summary, Im extremely happy with my choice and the service Yager provided. Again both Brandon and Sarah were on top of it. They set up the MLS, shipped the sign and lockbox and had the sign post installed almost instantly. Through out the deal, Sarah checked in periodically to stay on top of required MLS updates. All in all, A+ for these guys. Excellent service! Thanks to both of you.P.S. Yager realty saved me ~$33K in traditional 6% commission and only charged me 1/2% ($2700) when I sold the home. I happen to bring the buyer to the table so there were no buyer agents involved. If a buyer agent would be involved then it would have 3-1/2% ($19K in commissions)- still a a savings of 14K. I tried the FSBO route myself for a good month and almost listed with a traditional agent as I was hesistant to list my home to a realtor that was located in other county 130 miles away. When I researched that only a minor percentage of listing agents actually sell your home (most come from buyer agents), I gave Yager reatlty a shot. The home was vacant and I did received 2 offers within a 45 day period before I sold my home to a work friend of mine. It was a pleasure doing business.
