The lady that calls is very rude and doesnt seem like they care about your business. They want to charge money upfront and more than you should be paying if you have insurance coverage. After speaking to my insurance representative she advised me that I should only be paying a copay for plan allowance amounts only and not their cost. If you are referred to this place be careful and speak to your insurance first for your allowed coverages so you dont get overcharged or pay unnecessary money.
We brought my son here to be fitted for a brace. Unfortunately, my insurance was not accepted there. I figured maybe we could just pay for it out of pocket. The receptionist Susan said that they would be able to help us set up a payment plan because custom braces can be pricey. Great!!! Well instead of them trying make a sale, a gentleman came out from the back and suggested another place. I didn’t care for the place he suggested, so he suggested another place. Susan got on the phone with the other place while we were waiting to see if they took our insurance, which they did and she even helped scheduled my son’s appointment to be measured. Before we left they let us know that if things didn’t work out with the other place to come back and they’ll work payments with us. Although, we did not get my son’s brace here I would definitely recommend them because their customer service speaks volumes.
