Get to stay in your car for the oil change, they let me know when I need to do the regular fluid changes & treatments but arent pushy about them. Plus you get a free car wash at red carpet so thats always great👌

Meh. Their services were mediocre at best. Went in on an early Sunday. The inside was not vacuum as well as I had hoped. I can do a better job at the drive thru myself. For A LOT less.

They missed a couple of things the 1st. time. They made it right this time. I appreciate this location. Have tried other locations. This one is simply the best!!

Oil & filter change, check fluids, tire pressure, air filters, windshield wiper blades etc. Car wash. Great service & friendly staff.

They ripped me off. They did a $60 fuel clean service last year when my sister took it in and did another one just yesterday when I took it in. They should have had it in their system/record that my car didn’t need this service.

Always enjoy red carpet visits. Theyre friendly and efficient at what they do. The staff is quite good at details.

My number one place to get my oil changed. Theyre fast, educational, professional, organized, etc I can go on. Very affordable prices, on top of the oil services they give free car washes... After getting your oil changed. Nice place!!

The service is decent and the staff is always nice but theyre a little over priced. I get a much better deal going to my dealership. They rotate my tires and check all my lights and gauges, and check for recalls and rebates. I feel like the free car wash is included in the price of the oil change. I pay about 70 here and 48 at my dealership. Id rather save the money, get better service and wash the car myself.

Place rocks the oil change. I dont even have to get out of my truck. Then I get a car wash. I love my truck and thats why I take it to red carpet.

I have found the policies here fair and in line with what I expect. I come in to get my oil changed, sometimes I have a coupon. Everything here is fine, no drama.

That car washes aren’t free. That’s what they say. But unless you bring in a coupon your oil change and car wash can be from $53-$60 and if I go something where else my oil change is $45 and for a car wash $10...so are you really getting a free car wash...nope.

Ribs were a bit underwhelming, tasted boiled . The brisket was awsome though ! Would go back for the brisket.

A bad experience. Be careful if you’re using a coupon, they’re sneaky about their upsells and may charge you two to three times the amount like they did me. The assistant manager, Allen, was rude and disrespectful. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.

Waited 20 minutes in line to find out that they will probably charge me more than advertised for my oil change, but they have to have me pull in so they can take the skid plate off so they can decide what to charge. this was a stock 2015 4runner.
