This was only my second time visiting and I am in love with this place! The customer service is always great and the nail techs are very friendly. They always do an amazing job and dont disappoint. Would recommend this place to everyone!

Love how my nails came out. The lady was really nice and a fast and good worker.

1st time here and it had been over a year that Ive got a set of acrylics so I was a little indecisive, but the nail technician gave me exactly what I wanted (olive green/ coffin shaped) & helped me w the rhinestone placement! He was very patient w me & had a friendly environment. 10/10

The guy who did my nails was very good at this job and has been doing this for 27 or so years. Others came in and waited for him specifically and they mentioned how he was the best. Thankful I went there today.

Ive been going here for at least a year now. I went today and as always, The staff is friendly, I like the way they do acrylic nails and all 3 gentlemen do really good. The younger lady does really good Pedis too! She takes her time and is gentle plus gives great massages! Prices are decent and its clean!

I feel generous just by giving them a 2 star rating, more out of pity and due to the bit of decency in the service provided. For starters, the moment I walked in, I showed a picture of what I wanted my nails to look and if it was possible to have something similar done, I was told they could. After waiting for about 30min. A gentleman called me to his station. Once again I showed the picture on my phone, he proceeds to agree he can do this. He starts on my nails, pretty messy, as the acrylic overflows he cleans it with his nail which has a cluster of acrylic almost callus. As he starts trying to put polish I ask if hes going to shape my nails, he says he doesnt know how. Ok thats fine. I just ask he square the edges up a bit. Next is the polish, he starts painting all the nails the same color, I ask if he plans on doing the leopard print on top of the polish, he says oh no he doesnt know how to do that. -?!?&@@??!$&@? I ask that he stops, and if he can get someone who does know to help him. He raises his voice and asks everyone in that salon. They all nod their head and say no. Im furious at this point, so I ask if theres anything he can add so my nails arent so bland, he suggested black diamond looking gem, I agree (not knowing Id be charged extra). He finishes, Im completely dissatisfied. Then he charged me $40!! Im in shock, I ask for some sort of discount due to the poor work that was done. Nothing at all was able to be done. I pay the $40 and leave. Never again will I go here, nor would I recommend it, if the error would have somehow have been corrected somehow I would have been content. However there wasnt, and for this I give them such bitter review. Now that I relive this horrid experience I feel inclined to retract my generosity and give them 1 star.

Anyone was very rude and acted like doing you a favor. After asked what was there for said to sit and then a women point at me and waved back and then point at a chair not saying anything then a women comes out after 5 minutes and says you now. Did what I needed not saying anything and then you doneI will not be going back to this place.

Was quick and affordable but unfortunately the quality was not there. The older lady did my pedicure and was very rough, causing my toes to bleed. She also did not even out the nails and even left some with a crooked angle. There was even unpainted parts on my nails. extremely disappointed and in paim from the cuts.

I came in for the first time and randy exceeded all my expectations!! He took his sweet time and paid so much attention to detail, I just got simple nails too. He messed up on my ring finger and took it upon himself and redo it and honestly it doesn’t bug me at all, I would’ve been satisfied had he left it alone. Overall, highly recommend!!! This will be my spot from now on (:

I always get complimented on my eyebrows and I always refer them to here. Also, Ive never been to any other place where they take their time and detail on your nails. I always go to Andy for my nails and I always leave satisfied. Ive been coming here over 2 years now and refer all my friends. Love it here.

The lady that does the waxing there is amazing she takes her time and always shapes them perfectly.

Place is very popular so that means its quite a bit of a wait for anything. Best to call and make an appointment. Besides the wait time, I recieved the best eye brow wax ever. IVY was my waxer and she gave me the best brow shape no one has ever given me. If Im ever in town again, Im defintiely going to her .

When we got finished we noticed they cut our toe nails wrong so they come out looking crooked. I definitely recommend you try a different place..

This place is a joke. I made an appointment for a pedicure at 5:30 for my best friend and I. We get here and wait ten minutes. This is normal at most places. They instruct us on where to sit and start working on her feet right away. 45 minutes later my feet are still soaking and they have now almost finished with her nails. They started working on other people and left me sitting there!!! I left and went to another place down the street.

I received wax service and couldnt be any happier with the service... Technican name is Ivy and she is AMAZING at doing her job... I would have given a 5 star however the customer service from the front staff is horrible the guy controlling the list is very unprofessional

Been sitting here for 2hrs waiting on a pedicure, Im literally calling other places as I sit here then to make matters worse the guy in the first chair I believe his name is Bee or Vee Is disgustingly rude and so are most of the people here. I definitely wont be going back and would advise you to put your money somewhere else. where people actually greet and acknowledge you when you walk in the door. From now on my money will be spent down the street at #PrettyNails

Lets just saw Im am the most calm and patient person ever. But today I walked out practically crying. BAE. The store owner whos always Highly requested at pro nails and spa does do great work. But sadly every single time I walked into that place I DREAD it. Literally is a nightmare. BAE is constantly nagging me and yelling at me every single time I walk in. I request one thing and he convinces me that hes not able to do that. Today I walked in and he was complaining that my nails looked ugly and he wasnt able to give me the shape I wanted. I put my head down and told him that very time I come in here hes constantly putting me down and had very bad customer service. He looked at me and said then dont come here I walked out. I regret going back. And sadly besides the eyebrow lady that works their no one else is good. Please save your money people.

One of the older ladies was giving me my pedicure and I told her that I didnt want my nails cut too short and she start cutting them short she also cut them from the sides. So now its two days later and I have an infection in my toe Im highly disappointed I hope you have a better experience

Been coming for years!

Place came highly recommended by a friend and they saw us quick...but the customer service was terrible. The guy that did my nails was rough and caused 3 of my fingers to bleed and didnt seem to care. When I brought it up he proceeded to clean my finger roughly with alcohol which made it bleed more. One of my nails isnt centered and then he was very rude when I chose not to tip at the end. Like dude Im not gonna tip for you butchering my cuticles! You could see where he cut deep....I have issues with this place.
