TERRIBLE Never again, I’ve never have been treated with such poor quality of service. I came for a pedicure and the lady that did my toes man-handled me while clipping my toe nails, she was very rough which made me flinch each time she went to clip my nails. They didnt even massage or moisturize my feet, they were left dry. My toenails were barely filed & mainly just clipped, when I came in my toes were nicely grown out. I left with oval shaped toes. My sister had nail polish ALL over her toes looks like it was done from home. This was a messy/quick job & I won’t be coming back.

It was fine up until the lady messed up nails. She cut my thumb down and she filed so now it points one way 😆 other fingers are not the same either. Then she charged me $12 for eyebrows, when two else earlier I was charged only $8. While getting my nails done I asked about pedicure, she quoted me $20, but when I went to go pay she charged $28....I did appreciate her making sure not to cut or break of my nails because they were thin so I getting a new set....I had asked to change the set to gel instead, but she didnt, she used the acrylic..I the lady and guy both a tip of $6 each bc I know with the way things have been with covid19, it must have been very hard for those with depend on clientele to make an income of some sort....I wont be going back. 2nd time the guy told me he would be there he wasnt there...which was annoyed bc I had to get a sitter just to get a minute for myself which is VEERRRRYYY rare. I wont be going back...unless Im relocating desperate and cant make it to this other place that I found to like.

Definitely not my first choice, I usually go to Vogue or Le Belle to get my nails done but it was later in the day and this was one of the only places still open. All I have to say is - GETTING YOUR NAIOS DONE SHOULD NOT BE PAINFUL. Yet here we are the next day and my fingers hurt so bad I can barely do anything with my hands! The woman who did my set was extremely rough, burned my nail beds with the drill and rushed through the whole thing. Not a happy experience.

I do nails at home has a job. I went here to get my toes done cause I have back pain and couldn’t do my own toes. I asked for acrylic toes and I want them square. The lady didn’t give me what I want. It’s not square and the shape are different size on my toes. They lady also use the nail drill so long on my toe nails that it burn my real toe nails ! I can feel the heat burning on my toes ! I have to tell her that she hurting me . The lady also use nail flies that as been used on other people on my toes. They charge me $75 ! I should of done it myself .....

Pedicure was not done right! Nails polish all over my toes and service was so quick as if they just didn’t care and wanted to just get done! They don’t ask exactly what you want they just do it and charge extra, Not worth the price NOT GOING AGAIN!!

Me and my friends came here and let me tell you.... THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! They are so rude to their customers and do not do a good job. My friend specifically asked for her nails to be a certain way and they didn’t do it like she asked... Like to get spa pedicure here I would recommend “Nancy” she is friendly and she knows how to trim nails specially ingrown nail without hurting you. I have gone to someone else their and they have cut me. So if your passing by go see Nancy for a spa pedicure

WORST NAIL SPOT IN FRESNO went here 5 days ago a guy did me he didn’t put the polish on my nails right 3 of my nails were broken of easy this never happens my nails have Bubbles and weren’t even shaped right he made a chip in one of my nails didn’t see till later I’ve been going to this place for 3 years I asked if I can get them all Done again she told me no Just the two that were broken but they look like there all going to fall of this is so ridiculous never going here again

They just want to give you quick service and have you pay them. I thought pedis were supposed to be relaxing, I dont understand the super hot water and the super hot towels. Didnt even get my feet patted down to dry. Walked out with wet feet. Never going here again. Nope, nope, nope.

They were super thin & uneven, when i asked nicely to get them fixed the owner insisted id have to pay again full price for their mistake. Person cut me 3 times & took 2 hours for a very poor full set. Super disappointed & very unprofessional environment! Went to LA nails across the st was a way better experience

I had a great experience with Star Nails. I took a picture in of what I wanted my nails to look like and Sam started and Yen finished my nails and they look AMAZING! They are very friendly and the salon was clean and maintained. I actually went back a week later to get a nail repaired ( I am rough on my nails) and Sam took the time to fix it properly. I am happy with their customer service and will continue to go to Star Nails. Thanks again to Sam and Yen!

Went to have my nail fixed after days of having them done. ( 1 nail )And mind you I was the only customer and they had 4 ppl working. She says Im sorry can you come back later. Ive been there before the women who do pedicure are great . Nails to be questioned .

My first and ONLY time there. I was charged twice, even though I told them it had gone through. They were adamant it hadn’t. Days letter reviewing my statement I see that I was charged TWICE. And they are refusing to refund me the money.

So I went into the shop this past Saturday, 6/30 and the only reason why I came into this salon is because my mother in law referred me to this place and she told me that Yen and Linda are the 2 ladies she always goes to and they always do her nails good. So I get there with my mother in law. By the way she scheduled an appointment with Yen to do my acrylics and her acrylics as well. Although, when we get there Yen told my mother in law to sit down so she could do her nails and then Yen sent me over to some young guy who is seated next to Linda. Just a heads up Linda is very rude and talks badly about the customers. Anyways, I sit down to this young guy I show him a picture of what I want. All I wanted was short straight square nails with very simple design. I’m the end I ended up getting uneven nails, decals that came off my nails 2 days after. I was very i pleased and disappointed I expected a lot more because my mother in law has been going there for 16 years and she spoke so highly of them and I just was disappointed.

Good prices and friendly staff. Ive been there 4 times and havent had to wait long. My sister and I have gotten our eyebrows waxed here too and each time theyve done a good job.

I love it here, they are always on point... Love love love them. The guy with all the tattoos did a good job, but the youngest boy did them the best he knew exactly what I was saying & what I wanted.

First time having my nails and toes done here and I have to say I was impressed with the girl Nina. She was very meticulous and clean and paid 100% to what I was asking for. She never rolled her eyes or had conversations with anyone else. I paid $55 for Manu pedi with gel polish. I gave her a $10 tip. She made my hands and feet look like new. Will be seeing her again. The shop looks a little worn but taken care of. The owners smile and friendly. I am pleasantly surprised.

Im sad to say that I very deeply dislike this place. I went there twice and got bad results. The first time I got cut once and the shape of the nails looked nothing like coffin. It looked more like stilleto when I told her I wanted coffin. The first time it was late so I thought I give it another try, but I still got cut deep twice. Even after I had told him to please be more gentle he didnt seem to care. Then because he gave me cuts, he just decided that he was not going to file the nails to thin it and left it fat and wide. There were bumps on my nails and the edges at my cuticles were not even round! It didnt even look like coffin & I was still charged with full price too! I say this with a passion! I will NEVER go there EVER again! I dislike how unprofessional they were and how irresponsible they are.

Im a man and i go to Start Nails to have my toe nails done. Lana takes care of my ingrown nails really good and without pain. Im very happy with this place. Very friendly environment.

I liked it the first time I ever went here a few months ago, then I go today and the lady that sits by the door Is very rude and unprofessional staff. I dont recommend this place at all. I went right across the street and they do a great job. Oh and I seen a roach crawling on the floor, they dont clean there tools they use neither so if u go there be careful, but I highly dont reccomend!!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!! i went to go get my nails done,and they took 2 HOURS.I went in first,and this lady(looked like a sharon) comes in after,and they take her in first,along with her child,who’s probably named Brittany.They get her a full set along with a pedicure.i had to wait 30 minutes.and then when they got to my nails,she messed them up,so i’m big mad now.

Been going to Star Nails for years! Its in my neighborhood and pretty affordable. The staff is friendly and stays very busy which says a lot about their service. Im really digging the dipping powders lately. You gotta try it! 😊

I am not happy with this place. The pedicure experience alone is horrid. I like to get pedicures for a chance to get a foot massage. 1 min on each foot does not count and I paid for a deluxe pedicure. Also, when I went to get my nails taken off I was ignored. As if my service didnt matter. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

My girlfriend was there today and girl put whatever she wanted she told her more less what she wanted and the worker was very rud and arrogant put whatever she wanted and told her I can do that if you want something like that go where you got that picture from Ill put on whatever I want.... so I asked myself what kind of store is this???? I had bad service here the person doing my nails took 3 hours, she messed up so many times. The tech couldn’t do a basic design for me .They didn’t know how to work the credit/debit card machine . I had to do it for them. Also was told a different price from what I was told it would be.. I will Never be coming back.

Went there today & asked for a *good nail tech & the lady at the front looked at me like I was crazy & said Yeah all our tech good I came out with product all over the sides of my nails & some nails thicker &/or shorter than others. Not to mention acrylic under the nails & sides. Its a good thing I ask to have a new file used because i came out with my finger sliced but the bits on the machine werent changed. I wont be going back there EVER again & I still need to file what wasnt done right. Too bad I cant upload a pic for proof. Ugh I feel ripped off. Soo pissed at myself for not doing my research before going there..

I found this place only because I was in the area, I give 1 star only because I walked straight in and didnt have to wait for a pedi. This one woman did my feet, soaked for 2 mins, water was barely warm, she scrubbed my feet literally 2 min or less... When I asked her, why u dont clean longer she said, we only do once, and took my feet out the water, my feet look like I cleaned them outside in a water faucet... She got rude when I asked for paper flip flops, etc etc. Never again will I go here... I just didnt want to get ignorant so I kept my cool and left. NO TIP!!

Linda not only did an awful job she is so rude talks to you sarcastically and with attitude. It’s obvious that she doesn’t care to give you good service in any way shape or form.

I used to go there all the time, but since it got under new management every thing changed. When you first walk in the lady thats sitting in the first station on the left side has the WORST attitude, shes rude, doesnt talk to you if she wants you to move your hands r something she just pulls, pushes, yanks on your hands. She has some like rhinestones & nail accessories (dont know wat theyre called,sorry) but if you pick it up to see them she stands right beside you making faces & as soon as you put them down she grabs them n puts them behind her so you cant get to them anymore. She seems like she doesnt want to be there, so I dont understand why? she IS there cuz her work isnt even good its below average. Shes just a very sour person you cant & dont want to be around her. They have ONE person there that IS very nice & does a very good job. I dont remember her name, shes a short, really skinny lady with a short black bob, she sits on the 2nd chair on the right side. She is the only person there that has a great attitude & very good customer service skills & her work is really good too, but being the ONLY person there that is professional shes always real busy & has a long wait period, but the wait is worth it once you see her work. Ive gone to other places but honestly SHE is the only reason I go back to that place just for her. All the other people there are definitely in the wrong profession.

This place is awesome!!! I love how my nails came out. My friend recommended this place and also told me to ask for Yen and schedule an appointment. I almost decided not to go there because the 2 times i called for her they asked me to call back the next day. During the second call i said it seemed like they werent interested in my business. Thats when they explained that Yen had gone out to pick up her daughter and to try back in an hour. So i called back an hour later and got in touch with her thats when she told me to call back the day before i plan to have my nails done to schedule an appointment.This was a headache but i still decided to call the day before and got my appointment for 6:30pm. I actually ended up calling her to see if she would push the appointment back to 7pm since i was running a little late (eating at the olive garden) she agreed to wait for me even tho they close at 8pm.When i arrived they had 2 or 3 clients with other artists and Yen took me right away. I showed her an example of what i wanted done and picked out the shape and color of my nails. I wanted them done for a special occasion my daughters baptism and 2nd birthday i was celebrating on the same day. I was extremely satisfied with the finished result. I love my nails they look so elegant and classy and perfect for church. I plan to go back today to have Yen re-do them for Halloween...im thinking pretty much the same design in black and grey for that Halloween spin on it.Worth the hastle i went through and worth the wait. My rhinestones are all still intact even though i do a lot of work with my hands and none of my nails are lifting. I have never had nails last so long since i am a nail biter i tend to kinda lift my nails with my teeth and these nails are just stuck on there even after banging them around. Honestly think my own nail would go with it before any of them lift on their own.I will post a picture of my halloween nails as soon as they are doneUgghh i just got back from my visit and i love the way they filled my nails the guy did it kuz Yen was busy. Then thier artist did the design and i feel it came out crappy even after i had her re-do them a few times.Update: 12/04/17My nails are now extremely thin after taking off the acrylic tips and my right pinky nail was like 1/4 of the way gone after removing the tips. I think they just filed my nails down way too much before applying the tips. Im still hoping that my nails grow more layers and will be at least as thick as they used to be (which wasnt too thick to begin with). Anyways since then i am not ever planning to get acrylic nails again. As soon as my nails are srong enough i will probably do the glue on tips myself.

Every time i come to all star nails i get greated my nails are done perfectly and i am a happy customer but i can say is anywhere u go if theres alot of nail techs there you just have to go to them and know if that is going to be your person you go to all the time i only have one person do my nails and eyebrows everytime i go and i jave been going here for a few years now so just stop by and get your nails done and find out for yourself your experence my be diffrent fyi i go to the owner only....

I agree! The lady Linda insisted I had acrylic over my natural nail, which Ive never had. I use gel polish, but never acrylic. Took 3 of her employees to tell her she was wrong. Time for Lasik Linda! Never going back!

I will never go there again I went to get a pedicure and wax the messed up my eye brows and she didnt even do a good job on my pedi when I pay 40 for it was not worth it.. I would go there to get my eye brows done all the time but this is the second time they mess them up Ill take my money else were...!!

Honestly terrrrrible the girl was on the phone the whole time kept cutting my cuticles I wanted coffin nails and let me tell you they are NOT anywhere near that.. I even showed her a picture of what I want she wouldnt even look never going back waste of money
