I took my daughter there to get her nails done for her birthday. It was a nice salon and the staff there were friendly as well. I had my eyebrows waxed there. I think they did an excellent job on them!

It’s a beautiful Thursday morning. I’ve had my nails done here twice before. I come to fashion fair mall to get my nails done today and they’re open at 10. So I walk in with another lady and the ladies there tell us to come back in about 30 minutes. OK no biggie. I come back in about 30 minutes and I’m told to go ahead and sit down and wait and now there’s three ladies. Then the younger lady asked me to wait another 20 minutes for someone else to be on their way. Keep in mind there’s no customers and they are not doing anything. So I asked her again? I just waited 30 minutes and walked the mall a bit to wait. So she says well the other lady is on her way you can either wait or you can leave. So I said excuse me I can leave? I said I know I can leave but the point is I’ve already waited and you guys are open not doing anything. So I said I’m going to leave and I will not be returning. So she said well it’s up to you if you want to wait, which I understand but it’s the way she worded it and I had already been waiting 30 minutes and they’re sitting there doing nothing. And I’m on a time schedule for the next few weeks. So don’t be open if you’re not ready for business. So I told her maybe next time we’re at her words a little bit differently. I will not be returning here sadly. What a disappointment in customer service.

I’ve been going here for a couple of years now and it’s my favorite salon in Fresno! They are always so nice and welcoming. They also do their jobs very well and I’m always extremely satisfied when I leave

Called in the morning and they got both me and my mom in that same evening. Not sure why theres so many bad reviews of this place, tbh. The lady (I cant remember her name for the life of me) that did my nails was nice and did a really good job. Vince did my moms set, and they still look PERFECT almost 2 weeks later. Definitely going back. Our appointment was at 6 and we had to wait a little while but I think it was worth it.

I highly DONT recommend waxing here! Wax product they use are cheap and the ladies there don’t know how to wax nor fix your eyebrows. Lady messed up on my eyebrows badly and didn’t even wax my brows and upper lips clearly. Had to trim and pluck them myself when I got home cause they messed up so bad and didn’t even wax out a lot of my hair 😡 she left half my eyebrows super thick and dark while the other half was super light with barely any hair 🤬 told the lady to trim my eyebrows and fix them but she refused and just kept shaking her head no smfh will be my last time going there. They need to learn English to so they can communicate and understand what their customers are saying. Wanna post my pictures but can’t for some reason

First time here. Paid first, Got a pedicure at an affordable rate 28 regular polish pedicure. Very clean as well. Made sure I seen them put pedicure bags in the tub first before filling it with water. Really appreciated that. Gave an excellent foot massage and was very gentle with my toes. Will be coming back again! Thank you!

I like the promptness, I would had rated a 5 star if it wasnt for the fact that I had to go back and get a fingernail polish fix. My gel polish hadnt fully dried so my thumb got smuged. But they did fix if right away and Ive gone several times after and no issues.

My pedicures are always great. Kat is very professional and friendly. This place was recommended to me by a co-worker. I will continue to come here for my pedicures.

They have a lot of hidden fees. Thet try to act like they dont, but they do. They also are not friendly in the slightest. Very rude and they are not clear on the wait times. I was told nothing just to have a seat. Then I was told 30 minutes. Then I told was it would be a 1 hour wait 30 minutes later! Save your money! Go somewhere else.

I asked for a French tip and got the worst nails I have ever seen. When I came back to complain the lady was being rude about it and was mad. Only refunded be 15 and the set was 60.

The only way you will have an experience well worth the time and money is by seeing VINCE, he is the best. Actually, of 4+ years of going here, hes the only one that I can honestly say has done a job well done or has exceeded my expectations. There are a very few others that were ok at their job but none that are GOOD, only tolerable. Vince is always booked up so make sure to make an appointment with him. You wont be disappointed.

Do not go here! Seriously worst place! Been here twice it was horrible work! Got a manicure and gel. She gave me 1 acrylic nail as one nail had broken off... it was fast she filed and left the powder all over my hands and arms when she did the gel. The gel was all over my fingers it burned when I put it in the light she would grab my hand so rudely when instructed me to put in and out of the light. I asked her to fix the acrylic finger because the corner of the false nail was still exposed and digging into my finger even after she had put the acrylic it was still exposed! And she got mad and filled so hard! She was mad it’s ridiculous!

Got in quickly with no appointment, the lady spoke english very well, and despite how confusing i was being she did a great job. Only thing is when she was trimming my cuticles i got a small cut but she apologized immediately and it didn’t even hurt. 10/10 would recommend.

Customer service is terrible. The techs dont care and rush through your service and there work is shoty at best.

I was really nervous going there because I read so many bad reviews, but my experience there was really good. My nails are really cute and exactly how I wanted them.

Horrible experience. The workers are very rude. The lady who did mine watched my hair get caught in the fan and let it get stuck. Then she cut me and didn’t even stop to ask if I was okay. But instead all the workers were making fun of me for saying ouch. Then my gel nails are already coming off and it’s barley been a week. Sad. And very disappointed.

Im getting a pedi right now as I write this review, this lady rushed through my pedicure does not do a great job at all and wants me to pay $32 for a terrible job she didn’t clean my cuticles or my toes its just terrible i know why but i amnot gonna get mad about it 🤦🏾‍♀️

Pedicure was not at all good for $32 They look like a 10yr old did them . By the way make sure you know how much change you’re getting back because they like to keep most of it. It’s a shame. Especially coming from an old lady like the one that did my pedicure.

Went in with my boyfriend for a pedi, water was super hot didn’t ask us how the temperature was. Our toe nails are crooked, she applied the nail polish horrible as well. she didn’t finish the whole treatment right either. The ladies didn’t speak English either so there was no way to communicate, def not coming back.

They attended me and my sister( and everyone else who entered) right away. They were polite and took care of everyone. But nails weren’t 100%. A bit crooked and edges look bad as well. Looking very dry and crusty

Out of all the places Ive gone to have my nails done, this is the worst. The lady was talking in her language with the lady next to me. Neither were paying attention to what the were doing. She made me feel like I was bothering her big time. My daughter was also disappointed with her nails. I could have done a better job.

DO NOT GO HERE!! If i could give this no stars I would. I have never had this much of a horrible experience. I walked in without an apt to get my armpits waxed, I asked the lady if they were long enough to get waxed . her being money hungry said yes without even checking. So shes waxing my arm and when she pulls the wax off no hair rips out so she PUTS ANOTHER layer of wax where she has just waxed. She did that about 4 times because it wasnt pulling out my hair. From waxing the same area so much she broke/irrated my skin. I couldnt even put my arm down .There were blood like dots all over my Armpit !! All they said was to let it grow more and then to come back! No sorry or apology, nothing!!! Horrible employees as well with horrible service and prices!!! Over priced and under trained apparently. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND FOR WAXING.

I have given this place multiple tries and every time I have walked out regretting my decision.This time visiting I received a pedicure with no complaints from me. It was not the best pedicure Ive received but it was good enough.On my way out, I asked the nail tech if she would be able to pull off my old acrylic nails and she said that it would be $10. I agreed and we sat down. She then proceeded to file off the gel polish and then SOAK MY NAILS IN ACETONE FOR ALMOST AN HOUR. She kept soaking them and taking off layers of acrylic with the machine until she was practically filing down my actual nail down. I could feel the heat through my nail and told her the pain I was in. She then put oil onto my fingernails after leaving the acrylic on half of them! I voiced how unhappy I was and that she did not do what I had asked her to. All employees jumped in telling me I was wrong and that she had not finished yet (even though she had been taking off my acrylic for well over an hour). I told them I would pay for the pedicure but not the nail removal because she had not done it. They told me to SIT BACK DOWN so they could keep filing them down. I was so upset I paid them for both the pedicure and the nail removal just so I could leave. The girl at the front who charged me then told me that it was normal to soak my hand in acetone. I then told her I had been there multiple times and had NEVER had anyone remove nails in that way. My friend went in the very next day and her acrylic nails were popped off NOT SOAKED IN ACETONE FOR AN HOUR.They have no commitment to customer service and I will never be back to this location. I have come before only to leave with bumpy nails, nails that were not coffin shaped and once with nails where 3 broke the VERY NEXT DAY. Do not give them a chance.In the picture my thumb nail still has acrylic and the other nails are so thin I could barely grab anything for the following 3 days.

I am not the type of girl to take time out of my busy schedule to write reviews but for gods sake!!! FIRST OFF: THEY ARE NOT OPEN TIL 9. I saw them turn people away starting at 8:15. People were pissed!! The front desk lady looked like she was so unhappy to see me and my friend walk in, I swear not a single employee smiled the entire time I was there! my nail tech made me bleed, never said sorry even after saying ow 3 times...and my nails truly look like my 12 yr old cousin did them. She was like all done with a huge ass gash in the polish of one of my nails.. had to ask her to fix it and she looked so inconvenienced. Never going here again.

I went to the spa on Thursday August 2, 2018, had my nails done four days later the polish on them turned beige. My nails was painted to different shades of blue. Spoke with manager he advised me that he couldnt do anything for them. I know their policy is no refunds, the lease he could have done was offer me a free repaint of my nails. He also said i should have called the day it happened, I couldnt because i didnt have there number, besides I dont live in Fresno, CA.

Way overpriced & does not listen to what you ask for, ended up leaving with something I didnt even want. Asked if we could discuss the pricing since I didnt get what I wanted but they said they couldnt change the price. Definitely a learning experience not to go back again.

I remember at the end of last year (chirstmas) I was planning on wanting to get my nails done and was looking into where else i can do them...apparently me and my mom was shopping around the area and I decided to stop by and ask real quick if they were going to be open on the day i planned on wanting them done....and sooo.... i opened the door, walked in and felt an uncomfortable environment (because no one was at the front and i stood there for a good couple seconds while all eyes were on me). I walked in not knowing who the hell was speaking to me since the lady was just sitting down mixed in with all the other customers...so pretty much I had to spy who the hell she was and also, talked rudely... therefore, i decided to never go back there...

Do not come here, I called before I arrived if they had time which they said they did. When I did arrive they told me they could not do my nails. Manicurists were rude and not aware of peoples time. Its the first time coming here since its was late and my usual place is closed. Do not come. I will never come again. Rude and lame.

By far the worst nail salon ever! My pedicure was incomplete, customer service was horrible, communication was not understood, and the overall experience was a waste of my time and money. I will never be a returning customer to this establishment!

The only good nail tech is Dung and Kat ... Tracy on the other is a sneaky snake by over pricing, products are expired, the sanitation levels are poor my fingers were burning so bad throughout the service did I mention Tracy got upset because I normally get an overlay and if one breaks I tend to get a free form to allow nail growth. Tracy wasnt having it she doesnt do free form because its out dated and takes up too much time. It took less then 24 hours for my nail to break off. Back at 10 am to fix it Tracy wasnt in till the afternoon so her sister took care of it and tryed to charge me for the shop and her sister Tracy poor service then had a nerve to say I under paid Tracy remind you I only get a fill with my natural shape I never been so disappointed with La Belle this place wont stand too long oh btw check out for ther reusable tools throughout the shop filthy

If it was possible to give zero stars...I would. A few nails were crooked,she was on the phone the entire time and paying attention to her phone the entire time.a couple of my nails are in evenly shaped and its all around a bad experience.she didnt even push back my cuticles so they are already growing out significantly after only three days. I paid $36 dollars for a crappy manicure. So glad I decided not to get a pedicure as well. So disappointed. Would not recommend this place.

Went to get almond shape nails, the lady doing my nail was on her phone, she did one nail stiletto and ask me if those where okay when I had told her I wanted almond. So she still left some nail pointy and the other round. Plus she color pink over my white nail. And when I called to speak to manager and get my money back they said no refund when there no sign anywhere that says no refund!!! Plus they charge 5$ to removed the previous color!!! Horrible horrible place!!

I swear i will not forget this place, they are so over priced . I got regular black coffin nails barely even long and they charged me 40$ . The very next week 2 of my nails came off . Everytime i get my nails done i am the type of person to take care of them until i see that my actual nails are growing. Never coming back . I don’t recommend it.

Lady who did my feet was very rude, it felt like she didn’t want to do my feet. This upset me, it was my only day off and I really just wanted to relax in a nice environment but couldn’t . I work two jobs in costumer service so I know what to do and not to do. This is the job you chose to do. I wasted my money and I was very upset . I won’t be returning and I don’t recommend anyone coming here.

Customer service is really bad. The nail lady didn’t want to fix a customers toe nails; after getting them done by them. The work being done was so terrible, I was able to see it from a far it had so many bumps on it. The lady even made the poor lady cry. It was so upsetting to see that. She got helped by another employee there but the other nail lady got really aggressive and started taking inappropriate pictures of her without her permission. Never going back there and I hope that lady doesn’t either. Felt so bad, never seen anything like that.

Im giving these 2 stars for the only 2 employees that know what theyre doing and do it well. The rest of the workers are rough, cut corners and try to overcharge any chance they get. I used to be a regular but my past recent experiences has led to find a new nail salon. Ive had my fingers cut and bleeding multiple times due to carelessness of the workers who did or said nothing about it as just one example of their ethics.

Honestly I came here for my birthday and got a pedicure and the work was not all that. Havent gone back since. The polish was cheap quality and my nails were still looking dirty and not trimmed well.

Bad service false pricing and the Asian cut into my nail making me bleed. Not only after she cut me she charged me over what was quoted. My nails started to lift before two weeks. I didn’t go back instead I took off my nails only to find on of them to have some type of fungi. Don’t come here!!!

I went here for the first time today. These are possibly the worst set of nails I have ever gotten. They are thick, lumpy and do not look like a coffin shape. On top of that, the gel polish began to chip already I have been getting gel for many years and this has never happened before. I plan to go in tomorrow and have them re-polish them. Waste of time and money!

This place is quite horrible. I spent 2 hours here not even a week ago only to have a nail break on me ( I NEVER break nails). Not to mention they are quite pricey. When I came back to get it fixed its like they could care less. They are making me wait 45 minutes to get 1 nail fixed!!!! I came here originally because of their extended hours, but I definitely dont see myself patronizing this place in the future. I absolutely wouldnt recommend that anyone come here.

$36 for a short squared gel full set (really short). Nails were not straight there were still chunks of acrylics in my nails still. Didn’t even bother to remove the glue in between my nails. Just save your money!

To remove the acrylics, she didnt use acetone but cuts into my nail making me bleed and it was really painful. My nails are in a bad shape now

This place is horrible I went last min because I’m going out of town and needed a pedi and I came out very disappointed, they left it bumpy and I pressed in one of the bumps all the nail polish came out not only that but they did not paint all the nail! On every singe nail! This was only yesterday so today before leaving I’m going to go complain and see if they can fix it. NOT WORTH $32 dollars and the lady was done in 10 min .

I wont be going back my nails chipped color after 2 days, I got sugar coat glitter on 2 nails and most of it already fell off and the lady cut 3 of my fingers

Terrible terrible!! Dont come here. I paid 35 dollars for a deluxe manicure and got nothing more than disappointment throughout the entire experience. My nails look extremely tacky, theres red nail polish over my fingers, theres parts of my nail showing. Please dont come here unless you want to over pay for terrible nails.

Ive been here a couple times for pedicures. Its always been nice. I an not typically high maintenance and I appreciate all if the hard work nail techs put in, in a trade that seems ungratifying because of high maintenance customers (no offense but we have 1st world problems here). I had an old acrylic set that was ragged and just wanted them off and just polish. I made the mistakebof saying manicure and the older lady told me it would be 30 dollars for gel which is a lot to get someone to paint your nails. I wish I could afford it right now but I cant. She took off my acrylic in the typical rip it off with a tip manner. I noticed none if her clippers or equipment was in the sanitizer. She ripped my last thumb nail by jacking/twisting the damn acrylic around making me bleed. I told her my nail was bleeding before she turned the drill on. I just wanted out so bad and she kept saying it was my fault my nail was bleeding. Then she clipped my nails with unsanitary dusty clippers. Im sorry I had to write this review because you charged me 10 dollars after that..... when you told me it was 5 dollars to remove acrylics. I was in there for no more than 10 minutes. Thank you. I love Palm Nails (California Oasis on Palm and Nees) with Nancy who is wonderful nail tech and sanitary. I wish I couldve waited to go there instead.

But no where is a sign posted stating that, nor did they inform me before the services. Rip off trying to make me have an additional charge from there ATM. TOTAL SCAM!

Did my nails, next day it was stained, apparently from my lotion is what they said. I went back to get it fixed and they made me wait. They told me they were too busy and for me to come back another time. Went back but I was furious! I dont think they believed that I would actually be back but I havent gone back since. Ill take my business elsewhere.

I went in there to get a four Diamond Harley Quinn nail design and the lady told me that I had to wait so I waited for a little bit then I got called back and she started doing my nails and when I showed her the design that I want she said oh no I cant do diamonds she made up it all the excuses on why she couldnt do my nails so I left with scratches on my nails from the drill Im never going back there again

Place sucks. They dont do a good job i had to tell the lady how to do my pedicure and do half it myself. She didnt even put clear coat over my polis. They are over priced for the crappy work they do they dont take their time. I should have learn my lesson from a previous experience here but I thought I would give them a 2nd try #BIGMISTAKE. I love my usual place Pro Nails right across the street but unfortunately they are closed Sunday and I had an emergency. I will never come here again its horrible. I called and they said they will go get it redone for me and hopfully they do it right this time

This place is so awful. I got my nails done by this older lady and when she was filing my nails she cuts my skin with the filer and my skin started bleeding, she was also very rough on me. Very rude! Bad service! I do not recommend this place, it will be my last time going there.

My wife got her mails done with diamonds on the ring finger. By the second day 4 of the eight had fallen off and by the fifth day they had all fallen off. She would go back but Fresno its our of the way
