Lawson explained how the whole fertilizing and aeration process would work as well as informing us that we werent watering long enough which was also the cause of our lawn drying out. From the main office to the tech coming out the service was and has been excellent. I would highly recommend giving them a call for any lawn care services that you may need.

**Original review**** Overall they are a great company. Staff is great. Im still having problem areas and weeds but its only been 6 months so Ill see how it goes in about a year. Once again, staff is great and on top of things.Update *** 9 months with the weed man *** still having no luck seeing a change with weeds. Nut grass & crab grass were my primary issues. Since day 1. Long story short the office staff didnt care about my concerns however they did send out someone that day. With that said the man that came out to inspect my lawn was extremely honest & nice. He clearly seen my problem & said that there was nothing he could do to prevent my 2 primary issues & to just keep it mowed. I did tell him well if I had known that 9 months ago I would have never started the service. He said they may have been dormant at the time. I spent $450 in a 9 month period. I would also like to point out the company deleted their response about my first post. When I had previously gave them 4 stars... Dont upset the office staff because the tone changes tremendously...Good luck.

The company is very concerned about the satisfaction of the customer. They recently came out twice to resolve an issue relating to the winter seeding of my grass. I felt the technicians true passion for the job and making my yard beautiful. I referred the company to my mother as well and she has experienced the same passionate service.

This business does a terrific job. Well-run, reliable...friendly employees. The service is unobtrusive and if you have any questions the office answers them on the first call. I especially appreciate the emails that tell me every month how many minutes to water, and educate about common weeds and fungus that they’re currently fighting.

Ive done business with this company for 30 years and have always had excellent service from every employee. They are all friendly, neat in appearance and efficient. I receive a phone call telling me when they will come to my home. The office ladies are super also. Great company to hire and recommend. They recently sent me free tickets to the Home Show in town and in the past Ive received free tickets to other venues.

The staff and technicians are very friendly. Answered all my questions as well as gave me tips on how to get the most out of my watering days. My lawn was beyond dead due to my sprinkler system and once it was fixed I hired Weed Man and now my yard is even greener then the day I bought my house.

As I write this in mid February, my lawn is thick and green requiring weekly mowing. We have been in the home for 26 years now and this was not the case before beginning the Weed Man service. Winters were hard on the yards. They went dormant for growth in November, died in patches and were filled with weeds in early Spring. My service guy Mike is great and letting me know what he sees and answering questions.

Weed Man has been de-weeding my yard for 16 years now. They ALWAYS let us know when they are coming out. They are ALWAYS on time. Their service billing is efficient. Great company to do biz with if you want to have no weeds and not have to think too much about your service.

Jim is my service tech. He is just a genuinely nice person. He is the most knowledgeable person I have ever known when it comes to lawns, weeds, mushrooms, snails, ETC.. My yard had issues. They are also flexible, calling ahead and changing times.

Great product/application. The only complaint I would have is it took forever to apply the treatment and I wasnt told on the first phone call that I would have to wait a couple months before they came to spray. Otherwise after that they were in constant communication and the spray did the job in a couple days! Plus they followed up with another treatment a couple weeks later. :)

Weve never had a beautiful lawn until we met up with Weed Man. We LOVE Weed Man! They are absolutely the best there is; they definitely know how to keep lawns healthy and looking great.

Weedman does exactly what they promise. They take great care of my lawn. If something needs special attention or I want them to take a look at a problem area, they jump on it. Im very glad I use them.

My experience with Weedman has been positive. This is a professional outfit! They communicate very clearly, by phone, text, email, and on their paper bill. Many often yards in my neighborhood suffered during the drought. People evidently let their gardeners go. The landscape suffered, causing weeds to takeover everywhere. My lawn had become a hodgepodge of weeds. Weedman helped get my lawn back to the Bermuda I prefer.

Several years ago I was ready to rip out my front and back yards because my beautiful tall fescue lawn was infested with water weed, spurge, etc. Weedman happened to knock on my door the very day I was pricing out new sod and labor ($thousands$). He quoted me a very reasonable rate and asked to give him six months. It didnt take six months. My yard never looked better. Ive been a customer ever since. My experience has been very positive. When we first hired the Week Man, our lawn was infested with crabgrass, spurge, nut grass and bermuda. Over the past two years, the weeds are completely gone and the bermuda is in full retreat. Weed Man does an excellent job and we highly recommend them.

I was given a 10-12 window for a quote. After waiting an hour they call and say they will be out between 1 and 2. Unacceptable!

A great service, but somewhat hampered by the limitations placed by sales of glyphoshates (broadlead weed killer). As a result, it is nearly impossible to control established broad leaf weeds. Weedman charges nearly $100 ($90?) for aeration, but the entire process for an average front yard is typically completed in under 5 minutes, begging the question whether that service is appropriately priced. Weedman is very good at calling to add additional services as well, ;-) although they are always friendly.

Keeps our lawns looking great and weed-free. Even in nice neighborhoods lawns without this type of service do seem to be overrun by weeds.

Been using weed man for about 3 years now...extremely satisfied...whatever my lawn needs, they do...a neighbor referred me, then she quit thinking it was too expensive...but shes back...well worth the money...drought treatments are fantastic...I track my water use and as it keeps going down, my lawn stays green and healthy...
