Customer service was rude. When I called to address some concerns about my services and auto-payments, I was interrupted and told to wait until she was finished. She continued to tell me things about my services that I already knew, instead of addressing my actual issue (which she did not bother to listen to fully before interrupting me).My concern is that I am never home when the pest control person comes and yet am getting charged automatically with no proof of getting serviced. There are also more and more pests popping up around the house.I hope to resolve this matter with the manager directly and will update the post accordingly.EDIT: I spoke with the manager and he was very helpful and addressed my concerns quickly and professionally. He sent someone to the house first thing the next morning and also worked around what I wanted to ensure all areas got sprayed in the future. Since it took me 2 phone calls and ants showing up in the kitchen between the calls, changing to 3 stars from 1 star.

Extremely happy with their service always professional and follows guideline on covid-19 regulations. My husband and I like that clark will txt us to let is know they are on there way, we keep our gate looked and its nice to know in advance to unlock! Thanks clark for keeping my home bug free. I have a phobia about spiders and other crawling bugs! Lol. I highly recommend them for there professionalism and great and fair prices.

Hi I am the Consumer Services manager at Anlin Windows & Doors. We been having a minor roach problem in our breakroom areas. The previous pest control company was not getting the job done, so we contracted Clark Pest Control and we saw an immediate improvement. The roachs have, for the most part disappeared. Manuel Estrada is our service technician, he is very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and the reason for it. I couldn’t even get them to give me a service quote or make an appointment to come out for estimate, on 5/2/20 after listening to 10 minutes of recording I spoke with a Tina .. I informed her square footage of the home I rent, details of what I need, asked what is the process for their services, she asked if owner ok with it, I told her yes, and I will be responsible to pay bill.. it was just to much hassle to try and get their service.. Tina gave me impression they don’t want my business, I figured there are other companies who won’t give me a hard time just to get service

I just make 1 call and whenever i need a rep to come by there is no charge. They are always friendly and professional. I have relativesin the same business and they cannot beat the price.

Appointment from 2-5 No show. Called twice. I was told I’d get called back in 20 minutes. 1 hour late called to try an reschedule. 3 hour window. Didn’t get a call till 630. At least keep updates with customer

Very unhappy with their timing. They scheduled a time but showed an hour later. Had to push my own personal schedule back due to the lack of the unprofessionalism that they have shown. If there is a problem of any sort, a courtesy call would be most helpful because it is an inconvenience showing up late.

Unreliable, they dont even spray anything .

They had a no show and I drive by there for work 6 days a week, they just stand around in there parking lot doing nothing and they are really nosey too would not recommend them to anyone!!!Dont waste your time, im a big google reviewer and yelper so hope it helps!

Worst pest control service out there,Would NOT recommend. They are a joke in the industry. Technicians have no customer service what so ever and the technician who came out to spray for bugs smelt like he did not bathe and he was farting the entire time he was here I will never use this company ever again.

I was very impressed. They were recommended by a neighbor of mine and I was not disappointed. The inspector came out first and gave a very thorough inspection. The first company that came out did not even check the walls where my washer and dryer are and boy was I surprised by how much activity was going on inside the wall. Today the crew came out and drilled holes all around the house and inside where the bathrooms and wash room were. Very polite and showed me inside the walls where all the destruction was taking place. I am glad I made the choice to hire them to do the job.
