Carwash is the best in fresno, gas however is too expensive

Go to red carpet instead of here because they wont admit to paint damage even though the attendants seen it happen. Steve is the manager here who loses paperwork and automatically denies any claims even though he knows nothing of the vehicle your in. They have no working cameras to prove their point according to Tom who is his manager . They will never call back until you bug the office and get their attention. This is a joke of a company.

Hands down the best experience I have had at a car wash, AGAIN! These guys give exceptional customer service and pay attention to detail. I have brought 2 cars for a detail and will now continue to come back for washes. All around Great place!

Walked up to the counter to pay for gas. The two attendants didnt bother to acknowledge me. Instead of extending a simple greeting I was met with prolonged stares. I decided to break the ice with a, Good afternoon. Suffice it to say I was left wondering; why did I have to greet them and not the other way around? Welcome to the Central Valley.(was required to post a star in order to post this)

Vacuums don’t work. I was late to work asked one of the guys working in car wash and he was roof about it.

Some vacuums are weak.
