I used to work here stopped by to get some items and still hands down the best place for all your detail needs. Super upset they discontinued the 3M paste wax that was my favorite. Shout out to Daniel, Tania and Eloy. Cars on the side still looking the best.

Ive had unpleasant experiences at this place before dealing with a certain gentleman however this time around the woman that I talked to was very polite very informative and very helpful she had a good knowledge and gave great suggestions I would recommend any time you see her working in there to go in, cuz you know youre going to get quality service and Not somebody thats just going to try to sell you products

Have been using A&P Auto Detailing for several years now for both my car & my husbands car and they do an awesome job! When they get through detailing our cars, they look brand new again. Found A&P on the internet and after reading the reviews decided this was the place we needed to bring my husband’s old Chevy S10 1996 pick-up to get it cleaned up. They did an absolutely fabulous job! All of the positive reviews were right. The old pick-up looks like new, inside and out. They even cleaned the jockey box. He had them clean the engine as well and honestly it looks like it did the day we got it. We absolutely recommend them to anyone needing to get their car or truck looking like new. My car was filthy. I just thought there was no way they could get her clean. Took the car in at 830am, by 445 the same day, they were finished. I cannot believe the miracle they did on my vehicle. The smoke smell was gone, all of the inside was like new, and they did the outside, my baby looks brand new. I would definitely spend my money again with them. The ladies have superb customer service, and they know what they are doing. Well worth the price, you get what you pay for, remember that. Thanks guys!!

I had a water stain on the headliner of my new 2014 Honda...called a well-known local car wash chain; the detail people said no one can get that type of stain out. I went to A & P; they said they would use a gentle technique with limited moisture that might work, and would at least not make it worse. They did a fantastic job - you cant see where the stain was. This is a family-owned business; the lady I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. Theyve been in business over 30 years; I would certainly go there for any future work needed.

Best place ever!!! First time customer at this place and i honestly when i got there i felt the place was going to be sketchy simply because of its location but still decided to give it a try. Well i honestly got to be honest my car was in bad shape at least from the outside. But when i got my car back OMG i did not notice it at all it came out amazing i loved how it came out and the Interior detail came out amazing as well. I also did my headlights and engine compartment and they came out great!! Honestly for the price your paying i highly recommend this place. Plus customer service was amazing has well

The 5 stars are strictly for the service they did on my 2017 Honda Civic. A fire extinguisher was set off all over the inside of my car, it was horrible. They gave it back to me looking like when I first drove it off the car lot, BRAND NEW. The customer service wasn’t great, the girls I dealt with are pretty incompetent. They quoted me one price, went as far as saying “The most you’ll pay is X amount” specifically Yesenia, told me that. She told me 3 times she’d call me with an update, never did, I had to call every time. When my car was finally done, she gave me the price which was double what she said I’d pay, was totally unsympathetic and said I can bring in the online 15% coupon. I asked to speak to the manager because I was not going to pay double of what I was initially quoted without any heads up, mind you I had spoken to Yesenia 3 times and she never mentioned the price increase. Tonya the manager called me within 5 minutes and was AWESOME. She asked to hear my side of the story, patiently listened and decided to honor the original price I was quoted. I went back to pick up my car and Yesenia was so rude, she didn’t even make eye contact with me, even while I spoke directly to her and she rang me up. The other girl Alyssa was very apologetic, apologized for the mix up and all. But it wasn’t her that messed up, the one who did just stood there smacking her gum with her mouth open (disgusting). The only reason I’d still recommend people to the shop is Tonya’s prompt and great customer service and the awesome job they did on my car (my Dad is bringing in his truck after he saw the miracle that was done on my car) I strongly suggest you replace Yesenia ASAP, she’s the face of your company and is doing a terrible job representing you. She does not care at all if I was satisfied or not. I’ve worked in customer service for 10 years, if I had an employee like her I would have fired her already. I even told her this and she just kept smacking her gum, rolled her eyes and said “Yeah, Ok” without once looking at me. Didn’t even have the guts to look me in the face after her major mistake that lost money for the company. I do highly recommend this place, just be aware of the incompetence of the receptionists.

Highly recommended. It took them the entire day to get my car ready and its worth the wait. My 10 year old car came out like its just been a year old off of the dealership. Great customer service. Ill come back for sure.

Love this place we take all our work trucks there.

So let me start off by saying karma is a you-know-what.My fiancé and I brought our 1967 Cadillac Convertible (that we just got 100% mechanically sound -new everything) to get detailed. When we picked it up, they did terrible, sloppy work!! Dirt everywhere, a wasp nest left in the undercarriage, and more. If you have a nice classic car DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! To make matters even worse, they left the keys in the ignition in the on position so our battery was COMPLETELY fried & we were stuck at the stop sign right outside their shop. They tried jump starting it (which didnt work because the battery was again, completely fried) and when my fiancé asked the owner, DANIEL, why did they leave the key in the ignition in the on position, the owner replied with, You brought in a piece of sh**, youre leaving with a piece of sh**. And followed with more disgusting remarks then left. Didnt bother paying for the battery that they fried or even compensate- nothing. TERRIBLE experience. Dont bring your car here, Im just trying to help you guys out so you dont fall victim of their so called business.
