Hello Priceline, I feel uncomfortable in this Piccadilly motel. Unfortunately, this is not a hotel. There are no hotel specifications. The room is not clean, the furniture is old, the bathroom doors are broken, and the reception staff were not helpful.. Also, there are no services in it, no coffee makers, no coffee makers, no coffee, no tea in the room. Unfortunately, I do not know why you deceive your customers and pay very high prices. Unfortunately, if you keep deceiving your customers, you will lose them one after another. I ask you to compensate me and hold you responsible for any ailments I suffer.

Great place to stay, even better was the price. We were looking for somewhere to stay in Fresno Thursday and Friday night. everywhere was looking around $175 or more a night. Found this website Agoda and found Piccadilly for $99 a night. I know it doesnt sound like your standard hotel or inn, so dont let the name discourage you. It was MORE than we expected. Nice size Room with 2 queen beds was perfect for us. The pool area was fantastic. The pool was bigger than expected. Part of the pool was the perfect size and depth for toddlers to play and move around then drops down to 3 1/2 ft for smaller kids and other end is 6ft. The highlight for my kids especially when temp is pushing around 100+. It was open til 10pm which made perfect night swimming. Definitely my new go to place when Im in the area. There are a variety of places to eat in the area with in a 15 minute drive. something for everyone.

My 14-year old son and I missed our flight recently (due to a REALLY nasty TSA agent at FAT) and the staff at this hotel was so accommodating and friendly! I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the Fresno area! Yes, the place is a little dated, but if you ask me (and I’ve stayed in thousands of hotels), it’s definitely part of their charm - probably because it is still so clean!

Its old what can you say. It was not bad for a night of sleep then right on the plane. I have paid more for a Hyatt that was way worse. People nice, got in room early one night and late another both no problem.

Positive: It¿s easy to get to from the freeway. Negative: Was not happy about not having safety locks on the doors! I could not sleep thinking anyone can come in without safety lock or chain on door. I may not book a room there in the future. Not safety enough for me!

It was cool. Nice clean pool with a court yard.

It was good except I couldnt leave the room and had to keep it dark as I had just had another eye surgery. Would like to have been happy to have been there for pleasure. The breakfast was like a restaurant where they serve you, and the food was ad good as a restaurant.

Positive: The staff was very friendly. The mini frig was making a strange noise but one call to the front desk and it was quickly taken care of. The location is perfect for flying in and out of Fresno. Negative: It is very dated and not very clean. There were chunks of something staining the carpet, mold in the bathroom, just generally needed a good cleaning.

Came here as a group of 3 guys desperate for a real bed and hot shower after 3 days of camping in Yosemite. Overall decent experience - check in and checkout were efficient, beds were comfortable and shower pressure was good. I’d dock 2 stars for cleanliness and furnishings - carpet had mysterious red stains (maybe paint) and there was no overhead lighting so room was uncomfortably dim. For ~$100 per night I’ve had much better, but not a bad option in a pinch.

If you own a pair of old shoes, they are comfortable but need polishing. Staff are friendly & helpful. No elevator and no coffee for in room coffee maker; requested coffee but none delivered. Food was first rate & affordable, Bar Maid/service was outstanding. Worth a stay but needs polishing...

Front desk should be trained on customer service . Room is musty smelling, dusty, run-down room, fridge not cleaned out of left over from previous occupant, had to go down to get bathroom tissues. The whole place need to have thorough clean up considering that we are still not out of the pandemic! Not coming back here.

We had to travel from Sonoma county to Fresno on extremely short notice. We arrived there after a four hour drive after midnight. The person we were there to get rented us a room for the night so we could start the return trip rested. I wasnt very impressed by the place at first. The parking lot needs major improvements as well as cleaning. The outside of the hotel is beautiful. I got a glimpse of the pool and found out there was a spa also that made me regret this was a turnaround trip!The main entrance is locked after certain hours for security, which I liked, so we were buzzed in. The inside of the hotel is incredible! Talk about an elegant look without the boorish feeling! The spiral staircase is a nice touch and easy to climb. The room was just as beautiful and comfortable. The telephone in the bathroom was classic!😆 The bed was comfortable enough that we both fell asleep almost immediately. They supplied a one cup coffeemaker with the choice of coffee or two kinds of tea. I got a chance to look at the menu from the Steak & Anchor restaurant. Talk about wishful dining!!!The only problem we experienced was there was only one set of towels for the two of us. Other than that, the price is very reasonable and if we have to return to Fresno, we will definitely stay there again.

Positive: Its an older hotel but has great features like wide hallways, amenities, nice swimming pool in the middle of the complex. Negative: Being an older hotel, it has dated features such as worn bright pattern hallway carpets

Probably the worst hotel Ive ever stayed in. I was shocked because it has decent reviews and looks really nice in the lobby/outside. The rooms are nasty. Dirty/stained carpets, beds, chairs, and the WALLS. The walls also have peeling wallpaper and broken lights covered up by clear tape. Hallways reeked of weed and you could hear everything through walls so I didn’t sleep a single second :( I thought it couldn’t get worse until I got up in the middle of the night to go pee and the bathroom had a few roaches crawling around it. Staff were nice though.

Positive: Front desk employee was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Dark hair women will be the reason Im not returning. Housekeeping was excellent and so was the women with red hair at the front desk.

Positive: Location was OK. Relatively clean given the age of the hotel. Negative: Its an older hotel and can use some refurbishing. The room was just adequate but there were not enough amenities, i.e. towel sets. First request was ignored. The 2nd request fulfilled the next AM. The desk attendants reluctantly complied to the request.

Positive: We have been going here for over ten years and won¿t be back. The staff was the worse I¿ve seen. No towels in pool area and only one in the room. Not to mention only have a roll of Toilet paper with no shampoo or conditioner. I understand everyone Negative: Is under staff but there is differ way to approach this. The hotel was really dirty and out dated. It¿s sad to see such a amazing place go down the drain like this.

Had dinner tonight and it was tremendous!Charlotte and Victoria did a great job!The bartender Lily went out of her way and made excellent drinks!!

Immediately upon opening the door to our room we were greeted by a rather large bug that may have been a cockroach. We chose not to take showers to avoid having to be barefoot in the bathroom. If we had been staying for more than one night we would have asked for a refund and stayed somewhere else but it was late and we had an early flight the next morning. The bed and bedding was white and looked very clean which is the only reason theyre getting a second star from me.

Positive: Was able to get first floor Negative: Had to wait a little longer for room would of like one facing the pool.

Very welcoming service! Well equipped rooms and the steak and anchor restaurant is very good and convenient. About 2 minutes from the rental return.

Positive: Restaurant availability. Negative: Blow dryer didnt work, coffee pot but no coffee in room, no ice bucket or cups in room, hair in bathtub and orange peels and debris on floor. Over $---- for a night and this is what we got. TERRIBLE!!! Hotel also needs to upgrade the filthy carpet

Positive: The front receptionist were attentive. Negative: This hotel should not be ranked at 3stars, needs upgrades. Room had musty smell, desk chair needed additional wipe down (as it was not cleaned.) Sofa chair was torn & I personally didn¿t find hygienic enough to sit in. The carpet has noticeable stains.

Positive: That I survived the night. This place is the worst. Negative: The question should be was there anything that I DID like? Answer would be nope.

Positive: Hotel room was clean and the front desk was friendly when I checked in and checked out Negative: I did not like the fact that this was my first time at this hotel and at 2:00 am in the morning the security guard was knocking on my door. Not once but twice. I don¿t understand why a employee at this hotel would do such a thing. I

If you just need to room for night you can stay it’s safe, but hotel floor and room floor really old and dirty. Have big rooms but all over hotel is old and room are really old.

Goof litttle spot very big rooms not the cleanliness as far as that goes under beds weren’t vacuumed kinda made me feel some type of way but place is not bad at all And they have free breakfast

Nice place for the price. No vending though. No soda machines anywhere. Ice was only available in one location. 2 story hotel but with no elevators. Definitely not cool to be on the 2nd floor if you have any type of large luggage. Hotel is very very dated. I believe the carpet could actually be the original carpet and the bathroom is definitely original. No remodeling has taken place. Maybe some updated curtains and bedspreads but wallpaper etc. is all very old.

I ran out of toilet paper in the middle of the night & kleenex. I feel there should be more than 1 towel per person as well. Freezers in refrigerators need deforested as well.check. cornets for spider webs. Noticed freezer and spider webs when my friend stayed there a couple months ago. Otherwise the staff is very friendly and the hotel is overall a clean place. The things i mentioned are easy to overlook when your busy as im sure they are. I will stay here again.

Positive: I had a guest coming after his graveyard shift. When he arrived at the hotel... the front desk called to see if I was expecting him. I liked that. Negative: I am a 71 year old woman having to use a cane to walk. I asked the front desk for a rack to put my things on. He told me there were racks thruout the hotel and I would have to look. I needed help with my heavy bags and he wouldn¿t help me.

If I could give them a zero I would. ABSOLUTELY the worst stay in Fresno. My son and his team came from Ohio to play in a football tournament. After we went to dinner they go back to a empty room. All there personal items were gone. General manger never did no investigation tried to help us with anything never went up to the room. Absolutely nothing. Told us to forget calling the police that they are too busy and wouldnt get there till tomorrow. Told us to give her our information and that she would turn it over to the insurance company. Thankfully I listened to my attorney and stayed until the police arrived. Police arrived talked to my son myself and all the witnesses. They did there interviews and investigation and because there was no forced entry they felt it was an inside job. When the police asked the GM Stephanie to allow them to see the surveillance videos she said she couldnt show it to them without a warrant. The Sargent ended up convincing her that it was probably in her best interest to allow the police to view the footage. After a lil over an hour of police talking to us and interviewing witnesses they start walking around the hotel to look for the suspect only to find that staff had hid the suspect in there bar area. Unbelievable. Thank you to all the Fresno PD. I would never ever stay there the place is ran down and safety of there guest IS NOT THERE PRIORITY. I posted a picture of my sons door and you can clearly see that there was no forced entry. When the suspect was arrested he stated Come on Step tell them the truth claimed that Step was his aunt who was the manager of the hotel .

I really hesitate to give this place 2 stars. We stayed here twice in the last nine days. Once when we flew in, and once when we flew out. The first night was fine. No real complaints other than the room smelled of smoke at first, but just a tad. The second time… yikes. It’s July. I booked this room last March. When I checked in, he seemed as though he only had one room left with 2 queens as I had requested. Hmm ok. We walk in. Wreaks of cigarette smoke and BO. I had been waiting to use the restroom and this was my first chance, so I ran in and sat down. I quickly realize there’s no scrap of toilet paper anywhere to be found. Super. Get up to wash my hands, no soap. Red flag number 2. Let’s investigate a bit more…I see this bathroom has no towels either, there’s hair in the sink and shower. I come out to tell my husband and he informs me that one of the two queens beds has no sheets or comforter on it. No trash bags in the trash cans… it’s like they changed the sheets on one bed and then left. Needless to say, we called the front desk and they said just come to the front counter to get the stuff. Uh no. Room change please! We changed rooms and this new smells so much better and is much cleaner! The pool itself is clean, but the deck around it was awful. Wet dirty towels everywhere, people’s abandoned dirty clothes, garbage on the tables. It wouldn’t take long for an employee to clean up and restocked some towels. It’d be fine. But they just left it trashy. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Definitely needs alot of work on the rooms and hallways...the outside looks so beautiful but the rooms need to be upgraded...the pool was nice but the spa was closed

Positive: Cocktail lounge Negative: Arrived @ 9:03pm would not serve food; kitchen closed @ 9:00pm. At 09:00am killed a cockroach on the lamp of the nightstand between the 2 beds. When packing to leave: bag of snacks, vodka bottle, dirty sock & plastic tray under beds. Cafe food horrible

A once nice hotel is stuck in the 1980s. Literally NOTHING is upgraded.The parking lot is a deathtrap gravel pit for any woman in heels.Someone needs to sue the owners into selling or upgrading.Only reason for the second star is the nice front desk staff.

Lobby was nice but rooms need maintenance. The carpet was so worn it looked like it needed a hair cut... definitely in need of replacement. Bed pad was not secured on corners and bottom sheet was a flat to where the entire bed came undone while sleeping. The bed pad was thin and bunched up while sleeping which became uncomfortable. Will not stay here again.

We stayed here a couple of nights ago after traveling all day. The pics dont tell the real truth. I dont think I have ever stayed in a hotel with dirtier carpet. Im so glad my kids are all old enough to not touch stuff. I would highly recommend staying somewhere else! I hate leaving a bad review, and rarely do, but felt like I needed to warn people of the conditions. Especially those with small children that will be on the floor.

Worst experience ever. We had an appointment at 2:30 with Charlotte. We waited over 45 minutes only to be shown a dirty room. No details on packages. Very unprofessional. Definitely off our list.

Positive: Location and price Negative: The hotel room was spacious, but it was like being in the 1950s. The bathroom did not have a door (seriously) and only had a folding door outside the adjacent sink area. The thermostat was stuck on 66 degrees and could not be adjusted.

Gross, mildew smell as soon as you walk into the room. “AC” is set to 82 in the rooms. Stains on ceilings, walls, and carpets. Bedding had black specks of god knows what in it. Also be prepared to haul your luggage up a spiral staircase. My back feels itchy just writing this as we find another hotel 😫 Can’t believe they can call this a 3 starUpdate: I laid on the bed for less than an hour and got BIT! Please avoid this place at all costs

Old so out dated, check in nice guy gave 2 stars 1 for checking in and 1 for good size room- No breakfast blinking smoke alarm and no TP roll nearly out Lol you had to go up front for a roll bed ok not worth rate should be $55-75 at. Best

Best little hotel in Fresno with them reasonable price except bring your walking shoes cuz there is no elevator youll have to walk up the stairs to get to the second floor. Once there youll cool off cuz their air conditioners work really well for the summer heat. Service at the front desk is always very very friendly and very very fast and efficient. And quiet lot of places arent very quiet at night or during the day or whatever and this place is peaceful. Just across the street from the Fresno international airport or Yosemite international airport. So anyone whos traveling might want to try this place. Its not the Hilton but its the next best thing.

Positive: The only thing i liked about this hotel was the balcony in the room the cable tv had all the good channels.. & the front desk lady was pretty nice. I still wouldnt recommend this place the bad outweighs the good. Negative: hotel is outdated the carpets look gross needs to be changed there was a sign in the room that said make sure to not leave any valuables lock your door there was homeless one even using drugs outside says no smoking but smelt like cigarette every where.

Bed was comfortable, pool was great, female counter clerk was extremely rude. Bartender in the restaurant was amazing!

Customer service was bad. I had asked for more tp and towel twice before I had to go to service desk to get it myself. Area is scary. We had many attempts where someone tried to break into our room. Dont rent here.

Positive: I liked how easy the check in process was. The lady at the front desk was nice. Negative: You walk in the lobby and the place seems really nice.. But that quickly changed. The shower tub sink and toilet were not clean. Had to buy bleach. Was kept up all might by 2 people vomiting loudly. Gross.

Horrid service. Our property manager put us up the night of Aug 25 2021 because they were doing repairs on our house. Even though the room supposedly had been paid for the receptionist asked me for a debt card for the deposit. I asked are you charging anything to it she said yeah both rooms. She was going to charge me both rooms without even telling me and me assuming that the property manager had already paid and probably not enough money on the card to cover the expense.

The price was too high. The bed and the AC was good. 3 p.m. check in time is awful. I called the front desk for assistance but they did not pick up. When I went to the front desk, two people were sitting there. Not good for the price.

Positive: Nothing! Negative: This place was a dump! Dingy hotel rooms, stains on the carpets and on the upholstery, bathrooms with grime on the surfaces and dank smells permeate the rooms. No elevator, sprawling and confusing property layout.

Positive: The cleaning was ok but didn¿t get room service for either of the 2 days we were there. Negative: Customer service is very dry and unprofessional.

Took my husband here as a surprise after he took me shopping. All is well our get away was fun and really took the stress off our shoulders

The staff was friendly enough. But the hotel is rundown and out of date. No maid service the entire stay. We had to ask for toilet paper and towels every night. The room was not actively dirty but it was stained from hard use and being so old. The non-smoking hotel reeked of cigarettes.

I wish I had taken pictures to provide physical evidence of the horror that was this hotel. Bathroom wasnt cleaned, carpeted floor wasnt vacuumed, room smelt dingy, walls were dirty, and lights/electrical outlets were falling apart. Not worth it at all. Invest in a better hotel.

Negative: The room was ragidy.The draps had large grease stain Cob webs on the ceiling The corner lamp had to be held up by the table the floor had not been vacuumed like never and Worst part every outlet was shot not one would hold a charger it just fell right out

I dont know about cleanliness but the rooms are nice. Lots of free space for parking. Conveniently near a Shell gas station and the airport. Cant beat that price though.

I normally do not leave reviews. But I really have to say that the staff here is outstanding. I cannot say how professional Brian carries himself for such a young person! He dresses professional and he represents the business he’s working for in a very well-established manner. I would be proud to have him as an asset to my business, as Picadilly should be! he is going places. then there’s “Hope” WOW is all I could say! an amazing young girl that can multitask like no other I have seen at her age. I cannot thank you both enough for your hospitality your kindness. I have medical issues and I travel to Fresno quite a bit for treatment! this has become my second home as a result of these individuals! and the way that they treat me..thank you so much. The rooms are really always clean. Everyone practice good Covid routine to stay safe and healthy. A I could go on and on. But “Brian” and “Hope” you guys are amazing thank you. Sincerely Sonia.

We had only 1 set of towels; asked for a 2nd set but never got them before to leaving. We stayed in 3 star hotels during our trip across the US. This hotel is only a 1 star place. Very disappointed.

The room was nice and clean and VERY quiet. WARNING!!! The lady, Laura, who works nights, is NOT NICE AND VERY CONDESENDING. SHE TREATS GUESTS LIKE CHILDREN.

Terrible in safe place to stay. People prop the doors open to entry to let non guests in. The entire place smelt like pot. All of the outside trash receptacles overflowing with trash. Horrible customer service from the front desk staff. Very rude.

Stayed at this hotel for a week in spite of reading all the bad reviews it had. I personally thought it was ok. My friend and I had adjoining rooms, they were big and comfortable and even had a sliding patio door with its own little patio. The staff was nice, the restaurant was fair. It is a little difficult to navigate all the different doors and hallways but it’s ok. There are some people that hang outside but they were very nice and didn’t make you feel uneasy. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. I didn’t see any bed bugs or roaches or anything else like some of the reviews say and believe me we looked. The pool was still closed due to covid which was a bummer. Don’t be intimidated by all the nasty reviews, i didn’t see half the stuff people were saying and we were here a full week.

Negative: Did not meet my expectations of the type of hotel I would be getting. Really worn down. Every floor is creaky. Smells like old people.

I stayed here twice last month, and both stays were terrific. Great shower pressure. Clean rooms. High ceilings. Good wifi. Adjoining restaurant offers breakfast and dinner. Staff is SUPER nice, too! Fresno airport is literally across the street and can be reached via a 10-minute flat walk. The hotel offers a ride to/from the airport as well as park-n-fly benefits.

Positive: The staff went beyond there call of duty. Especially Hotel employee whos duties are security, shuttle bus driver, and he deliver things that guests needed. He is very nice. Friendly and went beyond to make my stay comfortable. Negative: Room needed to get clean better. Stains on carpet and needed more towels, Coffee supplies for the coffee maker.

Not the worst. The place seems pretty old overall. The room I got had no outlets near the bed.

Negative: Beds are horrible! Whole place smelled like smoke even in the non smoking rooms! Looked filthy! I asked if I can get my money back and go somewhere else but they said they can only refund me one night because I already checked in!!

This was a very disgusting place to stay it stunk so bad I could not sleep, there was blood spots all over the floor, an my brother woke up with bites on his body. We had people in other rooms fighting, screaming what have you. Don’t waste your time or money!!!

It was the only place open after 8 within a 10 minute drive from where I was working so we went for dinner. They had a very small selection but the three items we ordered were quite good. Spicy cajun chicken pasta was quite good but the steaks were the stars!The patio dining was rather limited and we had to share a table but the food was with it.Only 3 beers to choose from: two cheap domestics and one craft beer, General Sherman thank God. It was good.The servers were frazzled but polite and going as fast as they can.
