Im writing this review because it is sad what this Hall has become. I had my Quinceanera here 12 years ago and we had a wonderful experience! Fast forward to today and I cant say the same. Just to be clear my family did not rent the hall, not because we did not want too, but because the people that run it are very unprofessional. Today was the second meeting that was scheduled and we waited 45 minutes for Mr.Moreno whom we spoke to at 11:00 a.m. to REMIND him per his request that we were meeting to go over the contract. With the deposit in hand we arrived at 4:08 p.m., waited until 4:30 p.m. to call him (our appointment was at 4:15 p.m.) because he was not there yet. Keep in mind he had dine this to us before, last week we scheduled a meeting on a Thursday and Mr. Moreno did not show up. We called him several times that day & he did not answer, we called him the following day & he finally answered. He did not apologize he just said that he forgot, that should have been a sign. But we went ahead and rescheduled (BIG MISTAKE). Anyways today the security guard gave us a paper with contact info for the hall & we called Bill, he was on his way to Santa Cruz, we told him Mr.Moreno was a no show and he laughed, but he gave us Mr.Morenos cell number. We called him numerous times as well as texted him with no response. It was until we were in the car driving home that we called one final time (to give him a piece of my mind) and he finally answered. He said he would rush over & asked if wed wait, I said no we waited 40 minutes & that was enough! I told him that it was very unprofessional of him to keep us waiting, not even call to say he was late or not going. He said well thats how you feel. I was so mad I hung up on him. I called the man that supposedly runs the place Bill again to let him know what happened, all he said was that there was nothing he could do. I started to say it was very unprofessional and not a way to run a business & he hung up on me. Ive never encountered such an unprofessional business! This is no way to treat people, we are now walking away (something we shouldve done the first time he didnt show up) due to their sheer unprofessionalism and rude behavior.

Can someone tell me how I can join the Masonic fraternity?
