The help was great helped me every way possible, but your policies on first rentals is outrageous. 5x5 fist month 100.10 dollars offered at 50.00 be honest over the phone. The lady who helped me I could feel she felt odd about it. Please change your tactics, youll get more contacts and repeat users. Thanks for listening.

Was very clean and helpful staff, didnt like the way they towed car because it was parked on the executive parking side and didnt have a sign explaining that and didnt offer to pay the towing fee.

I went to this PS to make my moms monthly payment for her storage while she was outta state and the person in the office that was helping me, I think her name is Brianna I can’t remember. Was super helpful and friendly, I didn’t have the account number with me but luckily she was able to pull the account up with my moms phone number and we verified it was the right location she was at. She was more than helpful and even gave me the office number for next time if I come since I was a little confused on how to get into the property and had just said to call ahead to ensure someone is in the office and remember to push the button on the call box in case we are busy and cannot hey to the phone that way was easier. Great customer service, glad to see genuine people still are working :)

Great service will recommend this storage facility to my friends

My unit is enormous! I like that there is a lot of room for all of my things. I wish that the hours were extended and open a little later because of the hours I work but they stay open til 9 pm.The manager is a doll. She is willing to help you out with whatever you need and lives on site. The security is great. You have to use a code to get in and out of the facility that is your very own personal pin. There is also cameras everywhere.They recently raised the price on me and I decided to stay because I liked the staff and security.
