This place is so affordable. Their price surely beats security public storage. The place is really clean. Their fighters of operation are good too. They seem to go quick, probably because of their reasonable price. I strongly encourage you to check this place out.

Ok, Im giving this place 2 stars because the lady that works in this facility is absolutely the worst. If you are late, which we have been to be fair... she makes us come in with cash or a money order NO debit card. Who does that?? A debit card is a good a cash- it pulls immediately! She also shuts down your online account as well as threatens to auction your stuff like its nothing. Weve been there 2 1/2 years and theyve made a killing off of us raising the rent and charging fees galore, all with a hateful horrible attitude. Stay far away from this place!

Ive been renting with them for about 3 going on 4 years now. I pay my rent within the grace period and Ive never had a problem. I started at 40 dollars a month and now it is 46. Which is not a big jump Considering the amount of years Ive been with them. I never have a problem going in or out and if I do they help me over the intercom keypad thing. The only thing I will say is the keypad ink has deteriorated a bit. But I can still get in and out. The place is always clean and there is never any trash.

Have nit had one issue with the staff, the grounds are clean and keep up well. Love the fact that they are open on holidays.

This storage seems brand new because its so clean. The 2 ladies in there office were great, they were so great at reviewing all the paperwork and explaining everything to me. It only took maybe 15 minutes at the very longest. Plus my first 2 months are 50% off. I got a 10×20 for $62.50 for my first & 2nd month then its $135 per month.

Bad customer service just called them and told them I’ll be there in a bit to check out the storage unit and they were like your gonna have to come soon we don’t wait for people after I told them I’ll be there like in 10 mins when they close at 6pm 🤦🏽‍♂️

Units are clean, the facility easy to navigate. Affordable n work with you. I needed to downsize, they gave me a couple days to transfer my stuff over seeing that I had to move everything on my own n in a Mazda.

Your normal quiet storage in a good neighborhood very clean.

The staff at PACIFIC STORAGE IS ABSOLUTELY 100 PERCENT GREAT. I HAVE BEEN IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FIELD FOR OVER 40 YEARS, AND LET ME TELL YOU THESE PEOPLE ARE PROFESSIONAL, ORGANIZED, AND ABOVE ALL FRIENDLY. I recommend that whoever needs storage space, look no further, its PACIFIC STORAGE.

It’s bad business to publicly complain about somebody giving a poor yelp review. I don’t know the person, but as a millennial I’m just saying it’s better to apologize on the review and leave it at that. It looks a lot better than you telling an entire story to get someone to see your side of things. That’s not why we go on yelp to read the reviews. I’m sure you have a really great business and you do a great job. But all young people like myself see when we look at that Is a business that is not being professional.

Was a tenant here for a year. Great customer service each time. I never touched my stuff in my year there but when I finally got in there and moved my stuff out it was in the same conditon as when i first moved in. Convenient text reminders to let me know when my bill is due and no problems with bugs or pests whatsoever. Great place to store stuff.

I love this place. The new management is great!! They are so friendly and they make me feel like they truly care. We are set up for the automatic withdrawal program and it is so convenient. They always send a confirmation email when payment is made. It is very clean and well taken care of, not to mention the prices are very reasonable. We have 1 storage unit but are planning to rent a space for our boat soon. Very trust worthy people.

The owner and his wife are friendly. No issues, unless you dont follow the rules. Imparticualy tailgaters who follow someone else into the facility without entering there gate code.

I feel very safe, I am impressed with the communication skills displayed by each person on the management team. Pacific Storage is the best! Ive moved three times in the past three years including a move to southern California, but throughout that entire time Ive kept my belongings in Fresno at Pacific Storage. Im still using Pacific storage now even though I live in Fresno again! Theyre rates are fantastic, their staff is very friendly and professional, and the grounds are secure. You can definitely trust Pacific Storage for all your storage needs.

I had a storage unit with them for over a year. I had a good experience with this establishment I do like the fact that they had locks and keys available for sale along with a few other items to help with the transition into the unit. I would definitely use them again.

I have been with Pacific Storage for over 3 years and so far my experience has been positive. They are very clean and work with you on special deals and discounts. Office hours are convenient and storage item accessibility is easy. So far, I have received good customer service and plan to renew again next year.

I would give zero stars if I could. First is they have no emergency number to call when the office is closed just in case something were to happen to your unit. Second of all they will place their lock on your unit and not notify you if the unit is empty. Apparently even though you’re paying rent for the unit it’s only considered occupied is there is stuff being stored in. Also I think they may live above the office, but don’t even bother knocking on the office door they won’t answer if the office is closed. I came in on a Thursday with my vehicle registration and told them I would be dropping my car off Sunday and no one in the office that day told me they placed a lock on my unit. No number to call to fix the situation, so I had to park my car in long term parking at the airport. When they called me, there was no sympathy, not even fake sympathy, It was basically along the lines of tuff luck they aren’t doing anything to fix the situation or refund me any of what I paid. They have the worst customer service I’ve seen in awhile. I will not do business with them again, and I will tell all of my traveling coworkers not to do business with them.

I have been with Pacific Storage since 2008. Ive never had a storage unit before, but I hope this is the standard and level of service throughout the industry. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Ive never had a single issue with my unit. Its clean, roomy even though I have the smallest space available, stays dry, and the campus overall is very well maintained and big. Its why Ive stayed and will continue to stay for as long as I need to store my things.

Rates are great! Service is excellent! One time I didnt lock my unit correctly and they called me to let me know so I could secure my stuff!

We have had our storage unit at Pacific Storage for quite a while now and we are very satisfied with the quality of service that we have received from the current staff. I also like that you can save money on your rental fees by referring friends. All you have to do is give your friends your name and unit number. Your friends will receive one month of free rent and you receive a credit on our rental fees for that month too.

I have been with Pacific Storage since 2012 in a 10x30. I have appreciated all their help. As long as you keep in contact with them and are aware of their time of business, everything will go smoothly.

The worse experience of my LIFE! the storage units are completely filthy. I would know, I had rat feces and a dead rat in my unit. The onsite manager gave me a new unit and advised to leave all the stuff that had rat feces and piss on it in the old unit. Which obviously we did. I get a call from the owner stating I need to move the stuff out or they will put a lien on the unit. I do not LIVE in Fresno, I cannot drop everything and run there to move the stuff. Second, their employee, agent of pacific storage, told me they would dispose of it. I will not be held responsible for the actions of their employee. Their customer service is the worst. they could care less about the person renting the unit. I will be contacting Fresno local news stations to report their conduct. This is despicable. NEVER would I recommend this facility to anyone. Disgusting. I dont know how people have had a great experience with them. Unless they are discrimating against me solely.

We have entrusted our property to Pacific Storage for over 2 years and we appreciate the professionalism that the managers carry out their responsibilities.
