Came out to assess the issue with our washer. We felt they were Professional and competent. We were told what the issue was and that theyd go back to the office to research part needed. Our washer was 16 years old and shortly after we bought it, it was discontinued. So we were told the amount it would be in the range of to fix it. I would have no problem calling this company again for appliance issues.

Call this company if you youre just itching to get ripped off. You will pay $100 for an estimate with the promise of that going towards parts if they get the job. After that your calls will not be returned. Seems like a nice guy. Live and learn.

Going through my protection warranty with Lowe’s & figured it would be a good company going out to fix the washer I bought my mom but the guy who showed up was rude to my sister, was not there long enough to look at the washer, & he was upset the washer was not hooked up. I called to speak to the manager & the lady didn’t even acknowledge what happened with one of their workers being rude, she said the part was ordered & the part won’t be in for a month. I waited & no call back from them to service the washer, their phone kept ringing with no answer. I called Lowes’s to let them know the whole situation. I also told Lowe’s how bad the reviews were. Lowe’s was going to reconsider their contract with this company due to my experience with them & the company not following up within the timely manner they are supposed to. This company deserves not even a 1 star & need better customer service skills.

WORST EVER ~ DONT USE!! Randy came to my hours after waiting 2 weeks for appt. and getting reschuled! He looked at my ice maker and vacuumed the coils saying that is why the icemaker is not dumping the ice. I asked if he was sure and he said yes! That DID NOT fix the problem! I overpaid for this service then couldnt get them to come back out! I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I paid $140.00 for Randy to come out and vacuum the unit that fixed NOTHING! Now they wont call me back either!

This company is horrible and it doesn’t even seem like they care. The warranty company had them contact us for an oven not working. They showed up for the initial appointment on time but then never called us back never answered their phone & never actually fixed the oven. Horrible horrible service.

Horrible customer service. I had a technician come out to repair my brand new refrigerator that I spent a lot of money on. Only for him to break or bend my copper line. His excuse was my house was old. Funny the copper line was fine until he shoved refrigerator back and bent it. He turned cold water off under sink and left. Left me with no cold water in kitchen sink. And didn’t repair what he broke. Where I come from if you break something your responsibility is to fix it. He didn’t care at all. It wasn’t going to be profitable to him or them.

Agitator on my Maytag washer broke off. Called Warrantee department to file a claim. They told me my appointment time and date. The appointment date comes and goes with a no show. I then call the contractor to see what happened with my appointment the next day. They tell me that the warrantee company does not setup appointments. Sounds like miscommunication on their part where the customer suffers. Further more, I give the company all the details they need. I tell them my washers agitator is broken off and I give them the serial number and model number. They setup a new appointment date and time. They show up finally to my residence (it’s now been over a week since my agitator broke) they walk in and look at the washer and say “yea we need to order you a new agitator...we’ll order it, we don’t how long it’s going to take. Here’s a magnet with our phone number on it. Have a good day”. So now I’m waiting for a miraculous phone call from the company telling me they either ordered my part or they have my part so they can come and finally actually work on my washer. It’s been over a week since I’ve washed clothes and I have a family of 9 in my house. Oh and they have no idea how long this is going to take. Idk. I guess I just expected quality service. Shame on me. If I could give no stars I would because that’s what I got. No service. At all

They were supposed to be here between 8-5. I called twice and left messages. No call back and never showed up. Go ahead and use them if you got time to kill with no expectation of them showing up. Edit- it appears there is mixup when Best Buy schedules them to arrive without talking with them. Yet sends us an email with a 9-hour window to arrive. (Both Baumans and BestBuy should fix that since they are both aware of it) parts have to be ordered and it will be a couple weeks. I may change it again after the repair.

I have waited 10 weeks to get my stove repaired thus far. It too them about 4 weeks just to come and diagnose the problem and I am told the manufacturer of the stove wanted 6 week to make the replacement part. I have paid approximately $1,500 to date with nothing to show in return. At 10 weeks and counting, they are not replying to recent inquiries for status updates. Do yourself a favor and find someone else to do your work.

Boumans Appliance came out on 4-2018 to work on my Bosh dishwasher. This was a classic case of power supply failure re-call. The tech Randy stated. The office staff will not answer the phone when you call them. Bosh customer service could not get a hold of them, even using their privet number. They could careless how long it takes. They could care less if they have to come back two or three or four times. They have more business then they need! thats how they act when after two months of failing to fix it. They finally loaded it in the truck and took it back to the shop. I am quite sure the office staff is related.... How else could a person keep their job, while failing at customer relations .hanging up on customers, not following up with clients. Bosh told me they have access to personal tech team at bosh but failed to call them. Dave the other tech was not informed by Randy the first tech... What the problem was! The tech Dave came after two months later on a Saturday, when Bosh tech support is not in. So the only option for me was to let him take it back to the shop. I am not sure why they dont care !!!! I have read a lot of remarks from other reviewers. I hope nobody else has to deal with this type of service. They are in need of management. They could be good. If only they got organized !

Gave us an 8am to 5pm window for service. Never showed. Did not answer calls that day, nor the next. Called a third time. No answer. Did not answer any messages.Google won’t let me leave less than one star.

Run dont walk away from these crooks, the girls in the office will hang up on you. My fridge was was diagnosed with $1800 in repair, another company came in and did the repair for abotu $500. These guys are a fraud.

Called Bauman Appliance to make appointment. I told the lady I wanted my appointment early in the morning. We agreed on 0730. At 0730 Randy Bauman knocked on my docr. He resoled my oven problem within a few minutes and, what a nice guy! He and his company will be on my First to Call List.
