* The tech did an excellent job. I declined the service, but I did appreciate the overall experience. It is really expensive to have an appliance diagnosed. The one thing I appreciate about Sears is if you choose to have the repair after the diagnostics the price of the diagnostic is subtracted from total cost.

In my case everything worked out well. My machine was fixed and works better than it did the day I got it.
Sears used to be the go to for repairs. Sadly, they are now operating off an unsustainable business model. All repair technicians are independent contractors. If one comes out and the fix doesn’t work, you get a whole new tech the next time. There is no way to get the same one back out to troubleshoot. There is no communication from one tech to the next, so one will offer a discount and the next won’t honor it. AWFUL experience. Over a month and three technicians later, and my 2-year-old refrigerator is still broken.
TOOK MY MONEY NEVER SHOWED UP FOR APP AND TOLD ME IT WILL BE A MONTH BEFORE THEY CAN COME BACK OUT WORST COUSTMER SERVICE EVER
Service technician very professional. Had to order 3 parts.2 parts arrived within a week, but third part was on back order.Never arrived. Was without refrigerator working 31days. Never never received follow up on back order. After numerous calls to Sears warranty going to have replaced.
Best service technician Ive ever had in my home,polite,on time and very,very,courteous. I will always recommend him to my family and friends.
