Awesome service,bought a washer N dryer set in Sept with 90 day warranty. 2 months later the dryer broke down, brought it back next day and he had the part replaced within 30 mins. Ill be referring to friends definitely

This man is a liar and scam artist. I dont understand how he can live with himself and sleep at night. The heartless person sold me a washer for $160 for it to just break in 2weeks.He said he would bring a new one out and now is not answering his calls. I am extremely upset and angry. I have 5children and 4 of the 5 have disabilities. I have massive amounts of laundry to do daily. Now I have to play catch up by washing my clothes by hand. Not to mention my husband just had surgery and is now out of work. To do this to someone is absolutely wrong and disturbing on so many levels.

Bought washer and dryer they do not work and when I ask them to honor the warranty they do not return calls.

That sold me dryer and it broke 3 weeks later and they said that would come look at and never came stop answering my calls. I call from another number and tnay answer bad business thay moved now the next time I see them I going to come at like enemy for burning me so better hope I never see you guys because its on boy ESF

Had a great experience with them. They were great and took care of my appliances needs. My washer is running great. I will go back to them for all my appliances needs. I recommend them to all my friends.

Washer leaked 2 days after install.Impossible to reach on the phone. Was hung up on several times.Went in person. I have been polite assuming this was a misunderstanding.The team said they would call me to come swap it out.Never received a call. When I reach one of their 3 personal cell phones, they hang up on me. They have not returned my call.They did not make good on the warranty.

Purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator and 2 weeks later the freezer started blowing warm air. Tried calling AG several times got tired of no calls back and went to their location only to be told that Chris would call me. No call. This business should be closed down!!

No problems dealing with this business. I bought a used stainless steel refrigerator and had it delivered. No problems. They were very careful bringing it into my home without damaging anything. Will deal with them in the future.

After several set appointments were missed took washer to their shop. Checked it out. It was leaking. They replaced without any problems. 3 stars because appointments not kept and several phone calls it took to resolve this

This is a scam and dont ever buy anything from these people. They never answer the phone and there items break right after and they never comback to fix them. Worst place ever dont spend your money here.

I bought my washer and dryer from this business from offer up. This is a fraudulent place beware to conduct any kind of business with these people the will only sale you broken appliances that work at that moment,,.i called from a different phone for them to pick up my call. They said they would come by but never did they have blocked my numbers. They only answer for new sales don’t buy into the warranty it’s a scam

This place is complete trash. I bought a washer on the second use it didnt work anymore, I called the guy he said he would come fix it or switch it out never came. He doesnt answer his phone, doesnt honor the 60 day warranty. I strongly recommend you dont buy from them, you will regret it and in the end you will pay more than you bargain for. Very dishonest person.

AVOID AT ALL COST SCAM ALERT! This place needs to be reported to the bbb. They dont honor warranty nor refund money all appliances DO NOT WORK. They stole money from my aunt an uncle who are military vets. They bought washer/dryer did not work returned very next day. The guy had the nerve to ask what kind of clothing are you washing? They refuse to refund money nothing works. I will be assisting my family in filing small claims against location. This place needs to be shut down!

The employees were really helpful to find the issue with my washer I had a another guy look at it and he couldnt figure it out these guys came out figured it out took care of it priced me at a very affordable price.

Great services and warranty is served of our time being were not hiding you know are location to solve issues to complains of our experience over 17 years of here main at ag appliances were i have my guys to handle repairs as best served thay can handle, with only two techs professional repairments handling over 62 satsfied jobs per week running two locations speaks for that apple in the ground you unpatient we have who handle well over t professional experience which we sell over 145 units with handle over 6 0 day period our business realistically handling the problem could of been patient of understanding you dug yourself! 😢😰😰 crybabys😩

I call them to repair my washer and they say they will come tomorrow at 10am but right now is 6:36pm and no one came. I call back and got no pick up. Will not deal with these people again. Waste of time.
