Stranded on an off ramp with a busted wheel hub assembly, seemingly every tow dispatch I had spoken to last night could sense my vulnerability. A 16 mile tow of my awd Subaru was getting quoted at $350,$280, one guy even Said “$230 an hour from the moment I hang up this phone call until the min I get back to my yard.” I though, what if he gets a flat tire on the way back— that’s rubbish. Anyway, peace towing came thru—quality tow truck, quality driver, interesting conversation and I was home at a relative bargain. Thanks man!
