Advanced negative & wild manager, for a day storage and towed my car from just 1mile away not only she ( i forgot her name, about 60-70 years old fat women) charged me 300$, then when i asked her name & its meaning she said too many bad words and didnot gave my car, finally i called cop & thanks they helped and got the car. ( Reply: I was the one called police because she as manager said will not give my car. she was super rude and said many bad words to me as customer who was so polite with her) you people for a $ can destroy humanity)

Worst experience of my life!The guy attending to me (older white gentleman, a bit thick, a lady tattoo on left arm) was rude from the beginning when I got here. Then to make it worse, he ripped me off! Charged me for 4 instead of 3 nights!!How can a car that got towed Friday evening and picked Monday morning sum up to 4 days?! Two employees giving me two different bills is not a good look. Wouldnt you agree??!!I would not recommend this place to anyone.Ps:the Hispanic gentleman who took me to the backyard was decent though.Reply to owner- Not a lady. Its an older white guy with the tattoo on his arm! I was there 4 hours ago. Im sure it was your place. At 36849 San Pedro drive Fremont.

Accidentally locked my keys in the Van. Called Geico and they estimated 1 hour for Two to get there and unlock it. Next thing I know. Its 20 minutes and the guys there. Ryan, I believe his name was. Got me unlocked ASAP and was very friendly. Ive seen some bad reviews here from before. Maybe they made changes or something. All I can say is that it was a good experience for me over all.

On Saturday they towing my car I call Saturday. Night to got release my car they told me I need wait for the next day and also have to call at 7am so I did no one answer the phone so I call by 9am and girl told me He going to show up in 45 minutes until now is 12:17 and I still waiting Im very 😞
