Even though he wasnt a fluent English speaker, I could understand what he was trying to say. I was a bit hesitated because of these bad reviews at first, but I had no where to go fix my TV anyway. I went there with huge concerns, but it actually turned out to be the best experience ever. My samsung UN32M4500A had an issue with its display. I explained the problem and he said okay. It took only about 4 days. It could be long for some people, but I was okay with that and also he explained why he had to take 4 days to get it fixed. He had to order the part for the display. Hes not that bad guy as the majority reviews described. It was very nice of him since he gave me $20 discount.

I am sure Mr. Yong is a professional technician. He fixed my TV problem perfectly on time. Well done!

After making an appointment with Yong I explained that my tv was under warranty and I needed a repair estimate and form to be completed. He ok come into my shop. So I loaded up my 60” tv and drive 39 miles to Fremont. After arriving, was looking for “Yongs tv repair” as advertised but did not see no label on the suite door. I walked in and introduced myself and asked him to look at my insurance repair cost estimate. He refused immediately and he pulled out his receipt book and said he would only complete his form not mine. I told him why I was there in the first place because we talked about this and he raised his voice and started saying I was late etc. When in fact he said he would be in office until 5:30pm. His body language and demeanor was very unprofessional. He deserves his messy office and little to no business. I tried to help local business but this time it was a big time mistake.

I had worse experience with Yongs. After I refused estimate, half of the parts in my TV were taken out. No other service can fix my TV after this. Yong refuses to give my parts back.

This is the worst experience that I have ever had: horrible communication, horrible service, very mean attitude. How could I ever ask this dude to repair?
