Not impressed. Several unanswered calls to get instructions for delivery. No return calls. Arrived to find five or six guys standing talking at front office. Not one of them approached to ask if they could help us. Pulled through the gate, got out and had to go back to ask where they wanted us to deliver the vehicle we had for shipping. Young man pointed out toward the back of the yard and he said out there. Not one ounce of help, etc. Very poor customer service.

First time shipping a car into the country and I didnt know what to expect. Connie C. contacted me to let me know that I was missing import paperwork for the import and that CFRR could handle it if I wanted. I contacted two other import companies but gave her the go ahead based on Connies professionalism. Connie was in constant contact with me during the rather complex process, emailing forms and answers to my questions. She was amazingly available, helpful and courteous. If she hadnt reached out and contacted me i think i would have been up against some serious problems and fines. Thank you Connie. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend you or to work with you again.
