Very responsive and friendly company. I had no issues moving from USA to India during the pandemic. My case was weird as I had to get my friends do the packing while I had to rush back due to emergency. It was understood and everyone chimed in during the hour of need and even the person in Bangalore was easy to work with during delivery. Very courteous service.

I used Unirelo to relocate from USA to India during pandemic.There were multiple teams within them co-ordinating for the transfer as a whole but the communication was seamless. Right from the person who booked the transfer until the person delivered the shipment, it was a seamless coordination and the communication was on time and their support team is very responsive.Dont expect update every week, but once the shipment starts and reaches the port, at every major point, the communication is clear and the people delivering the goods were also professional and things came in good shape.

Based on my friends recommendation, I have booked UniRelo for moving my 22 boxes from US to India. We have opted for self-packing the boxes as we had some delicate stuff and we want to be double sure that we pack it right. As recommended by UniRelo, we got the 24 x 18 x 18 boxes from Lowes which were double walled.After updating our initial requirements on the website, we received a quote and after some refinement of requirements (number of exact boxes and size), we got a final quote. We did all our packing and on the scheduled date, the boxes were picked up from my US home. We were in constant touch with the UniRelo team and none of our mails went unanswered for more than a day.Once the boxes were loaded, we were given a tracking number of shipment/Ocean carrier. The Texas port to Chennai port took us around 65 days which was on expected lines. Then the boxes were moved to Bangalore ICD Customs and once cleared, we received the boxes at my home. Once the boxes are about to reach Chennai port, the team at Bangalore will get in touch with you and send you all the detailed requirements with respect to documents as well as passport (for Transfer of Residence benefit). I have sent my passport by BlueDart and the best thing was that it was returned to me in double packed envelope via BlueDart. I liked the way my important travel document was taken care of.We are very happy with the whole experience as all boxes came intact and even after 4+ months of travel, their condition was pretty good. We would strongly suggest to keep asking all your doubts with the UniRelo team as regards what can be kept inside boxes and what cant be. This will help is avoiding unwanted issues at Customs as they go by rules.Overall, I would definitely recommend UniRelo for having a very tension free experience and especially their customer care. I know we must have asked a lot of questions but the team was always willing to guide us at US as well as India.

I used Unirelo to move from USA to India. The TV when it arrived in India was bend from the middle during transportation. I had obtained the Insurance and sent them the pictures of the damaged TV. But they have become unresponsive.They were very prompt in contacting until they got paid in full. And Unirelo admitted that they opened the TV in the middle to check the packing.This is unethical.

I used them for my relocation from USA to India. They offer very affordable pricing, in particular if you are shipping more than 10 boxes. From the beginning they have been very responsive and available to talk on phone or email. They provided very clear instructions on packing.They handled all the customs clearance and paperwork and delivered the boxes to my home in India.The only thing that I am not 100% satisfied was the overall time it took to receive the boxes from USA to India (around 3.5 months), but that is understandable due to the current covid situation around the world.I would use them again if needed.

We moved from Pittsburgh to Bangalore. After a lot of research, we decided to use Unirelo as it was the cheapest. Also, the weight per box was not a strictly 50 lbs like some of other companies. We had no communications issues. At every stage, the moving team was very responsive. Even the transit of the luggage through the ship could be tracked. Customs was a breeze and very transparent. We shipped out in December and received all the boxes without any hitch end of march. We highly recommend using Unirelo.(Full disclosure : We were told that we will receive an Amazon gift certificate for posting the review. That said, our experience was an independent assessment and would have been the same even without the aforementioned gift.)

TV was damaged in transport and needs to be scrapped now. However, since Covid times has the packing done by owner, there is no compensation. I have moved quite a few times in life but this was the smoothest move of all. Both David and Bai were extremely professional, organized and easy to work with. This was a quick move so I had several items that needed to be packed. They got the job done and quickly and moved me into my new home no problems. I will definitely recommend this moving company. I used UniRelo for relocating from Bethesda, United States to New Delhi, India. I was really impressed with their services, right from picking up the shipment, getting the customs cleared and delivery at the final location. The US team guided me on how to pack all my stuff, making detailed inventory, pasting shipping labels, insurance, etc. I was in touch with their teams through emails and phone and they were ready to answer even the simplest of queries. The transit time I was expecting was three months and due to the Covid situation, I was fine even if it took longer. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the shipment delivered a week before the three months deadline. Importantly, I could track the ship container as it travelled from the East Coast, through the Suez Canal and finally reached Mumbai. A week before the shipment arrived, the India team got in touch with me regarding documents for customs clearance, original passport, invoices for electronic items, etc. Most of us would be uncomfortable sending our original passport by courier but they handled it with utmost care. After customs clearance, my original passport was immediately returned to me. I would suggest using Blue Dart or DTDC for sending your passport to UniRelo office. The customs clearance was a breeze and I received my shipment within ten days following clearance. I mostly had books in my shipment, so that might have helped as well! I had also requested that the shipment be delivered to the top floor and also had a change in address (within the same city). They were very understanding and my stuff was delivered to the third floor. I am indeed very pleased with their services and would highly recommend UniRelo to anyone who is planning to relocate from the US to India. Initial quote I got was for 8 boxes but I was able to add 2 boxes later very easily by calling. Before shipping fedex labels and other documentation was sent.In transit: Pickup was on time, they held my shipment in their warehouse for about 30 days before loading to ship. After that I was give a tracking link and I was able to track until the shipment arrived at customs.Customs and final delivery: For me customs port was Bangalore and I got a call few days before about the appointment. I went for the customs and the boxes were randomly inspected by the officer. Original passport is required here so if you are not able to go theyll ask you to courier the passport. After the inspection they assess the customs duty and the same can be paid online. Unirelo rep was at the port to help with that. After duty is paid I got my shipment in 2 days. Items arrived in good condition.Shipment took a bit longer than expected, but overall happy with the experience.

They did a pretty good job - 32 boxes from USA -> India! Prompt pickup & delivery - stuff came in good condition. Took a long time to load the stuff onto the ship in SF, USA. Took about 3.5 months to get to Bangalore, India. Clear communication during customs clearance process in India. I was a bit surprised about the port charges that were levied, but it is mentioned in the contract explicitly as an exclusion and I did not pay attention to it - removing 1 star since this could have been communicated better by the sales representative (Usha) - she apprised me very well about customs duties to expect, but should have been explicit about the port charges.

I had a very horrible experience with the company. I booked a consignment from USA to India and I was promised to get my carton carrying a precious items within 90 days but it never arrived to me. When I followed up through one of my friend in USA with one of their senior officials she was rude, disrespectful and showed no concern. After multiple follow ups I was told that my shipment is not traceable and finally they confirmed that they have LOST it. I wrote multiple times to the CEO asking about payment of lost belongings but he never replied.PLEASE DONT USE SERVICES OF THIS COMPANY.

You will get to know about their world class policies which will not make liable to what they are doing. They have authority to damage your items. You can not claim. If you moving to another country you might have false charge where they will provide official false receipts as well.In short they do not care about your items.

We had hired Unirelo/Sky2C movers to pack and move my household belongings from NJ to Delhi (Full container). It was a really a bad experience. First of all they dont have their own employees doing any packing or moving work, but work as brokers who hire small local moving companies to pack and load the container. These companies have no experience in international moves. Most of my stuff was packed in shrink wrap and old boxes, was kept outside and drenched in the rain for 3 hrs at loading. My calls to Unirelo in CA that morning were not answered due to the time difference and when they were I was told that these guys are professionals and will handle it properly. when it arrived in India most of the furniture and items were damaged due to water damage (mold) and scratches/dents/breakage on almost everything. I had bought full value protection insurance on my items worth 50k but their insurance company does not pay for all the damages and its a constant going back and forth to get even half of your claim submitted. Unirelo does not stand by their customers and says deal with the insurance. They should compensate for damages which was due to the fault of their loaders and packers. Be very careful in selecting your moving company for your international move. I would not recommend Unirelo/Sky2C. if one needs more info feel free to message me.

I shipped my items from US in March and got them all in hand by June in India. Our correspondent in Bangalore who helped us through customs was named Raghu and he was excellent. Our boxes came intact. The trick is to pack it without gaps inside as they stack them on top of each other. We saw a lot of boxes of other customers had collapsed but ours was 98% intact. Based off my experience, I would recommend these guys for shipping.

I dont recommend it. They are horrible and worst service. I got packing and moving service to India. I cant imagine for packing. I paid $250 to pack my stuffs. Only one guy showed up with poor packaging supply. I am so pissed but couldnt do much because had to fly next day. When I got my items in India? They charged me crazy and completely over budget and I wish I could slap them. Please guys dont get any service from these people. Waste of time and money.All other reviews are completely fake. The guy who contacted us was Lucky who is such a terrible person. There is no such thing as customer service in this thing. They have a link with globe travels in india who is another worthless people who could care less for your stuff.I lost my 55 inches one year old tv and lots and lots of dollars.Dont ever rely on uni relo. Such a worst service.

I am extremely happy and satisfied with the services provided by Unirelo. I moved my stuff from NY to Bangalore and the whole process was really smooth. The best part about this hassle free move is the door-to-door service. Fedex (Unirelos partner) picked up the boxes from my home, though there was delay of one day in the pickup because of the mistake of Fedex driver, it was pretty easy and quick.It took a little longer(exactly 4 months) than expected to get the goods in Bangalore, this is mainly because the good were shipped late from US (probably they want the container to be full). But once the goods were dispatched from US, we could track the shipment and it was satisfying.Once the good reached Bangalore, Sky2C company(UniRelo partner in India) took it over and they were in constant touch with me giving me the updates. They also helped us with the customs in Bangalore office. After the customs inspection, finally I received the boxes in the next few days.I was so surprised to see the boxes in very good condition, except for minor wear and tear. I would strongly recommend to use their services if you are shipping from USA to India. If you are shipping just few boxes go for LCL cube free shipping, there is absolutely zero hidden charges!

Very poor service. The package was delivered broken. All fragile items were broken though the package was done with proper care. The box that i shipped was broken and moved to another box so I am not sure if things are lost. I would not suggest them as they dont care about the delivery and care about money. Very poor quality.

I shipped one box from Chicago to Bangalore, India on April 2018. They misplaced our box during the delivery in India. After doing the follow up for 2 months they said our box is stolen and compensation can not be given since its not under insurance.Strongly recommend not use their service .

Worst Service you can ever get... do not trust these rascals, they broke all the stuff and the insurance is a gimmick, they will not pay anything..never choose them again

The USA part of shipping was handled good, but the third party who handles the Indian operations is pathetic, very unprofessional had to wait at the container terminal for 7 hours coz their sub-contractors had some old dues with the shipping company . with the interference of Customs officer my container was cleared. The Indian Customs department was very professional.so in my opinion no matter who you go with the container companies it will be a cool sail until it reaches India. Never ever use their service. They canceled my move 20 mins later than the scheduled time and still took away my deposit.Ben and UniRelo,You guys sucks, the moving service is the worst I have ever seen.My move scheduled on July 22nd started on 1pm. And on July 22nd morning, the mover call me said I must start moving on 8am, and I must follow his schedule. What the hell!I was not at the location until 12pm that is why I need schedule to move at 1pm.I contacted Ben Smith, and the mover then said it would be fine to start on 12 pm. Then I wait until 12:20, there is no one shows up. I called mover (some guy name Steve), and he said he cannot find his helper.I called their supervisor (Lovelace) that guy was so rude and told me he will cancel the movement. You guys never honor your own business.I have attached the screen shot of the message communication.Also I still be charged for the $150 even you guys did not provide any service and run away in the last minute.Go to hell UniRelo.

I had bad experience and dont recommend. I had hard time to deal with these guys. I think I am agree with other reviews which had problem.They charged me a lot and took an advantage of my situation.Please dont work with these guys.

Pathetic service. Firstly they gave me a quote which was lesser then the other movers hence I decided to go with them. But post that my parcel was in US for 45 days in their warehouse. Once the parcel was sailed from US, they send me an inflated bill which was 250$ more then the intial quotation given. I get my delivery after 3 months and that also in an extremely pathetic state. All 13 boxes were torn and opened and many of my things were missing. The staff also behaved so rudely and badly. Would never ever recommend UniRelo to anyone. 😡😡😡

I visited this office for more information regarding how the shipping is done, what boxes are recommended and what does it mean by palletization. Rakesh was very helpful in providing the information. He answered all my questions though he was busy with his regular work. I could see the packed boxes in their warehouse and could get an idea that how the stuff would be loaded and what would be the estimated cost. Very positive about shipping internationally through unirelo.

Delivered 50 days late with Broken TV screen .,Worst experience with them . Booked a lcl consignment for shipping to INDIA . Consignment arrived 50 days late and all they did was just made me sign a doc that said i was ok with it and only when i asked what is the doc i was told what it was for which is totally fradulent as i was not ok with it most of the stuff that i shipped was to be used after i arrived here but due to delay had to buy them again here . I shipped a TV and was assured it would not be an issue but it arrived completely broken i have not heard form them since receiving it and complaining multiple times . It is very clear it is damaged due to handling by the shipper but i have not received any response from them . I will file a BBB case against them as this is blatant mismanagement . I would advise all to stay away from them for any kind of shipping to india as it is completely mismanaged and your stuff will arrive damaged .

I am going through an horrible experience with this company. My shipment was picked up from Minneapolis, MN to be delivered at Hyderabad. I was promised that it will be delivered with in 90 days but they failed to deliver my shipment even after 6 months. They are absolutely irresponsible and the worst part is that its very hard to get in touch with them and when I some how get hold of them they will simply lie and come up with excuses and make promises that my shipment will be delivered immediately. There is certainly something that they are hiding from me, in any case they are not being truthful and honest. They were very prompt in raising the invoice and collecting the money but when it comes to delivering the service they are most irresponsible. Kushali Dattani is the person who handled my case from the beginning and she did a terrible job. I wrote an email to Adarsh Dattani and looks like he doesnt seem to care either.I am writing this review in a hope that others will read this review before they give their business to this company.

I dont recommend them, pretty much reviews are fake and written by their employees.Bad packaging service, broke my stuffs, waste of money, unethical folks.Dont trust them. You guys are really bad. I dont understand how you guys are still in business. Shame on you.
