The staff was nice. Everything related to the cleaning of my car was very poor. I was in a hurry so I didnt pay much attention to what they cleaned and later noticed the exterior was the only area that was cleaned. They didnt clean the windows, vacuum the seats or the floor and only dusted a few areas. I wont be returning.

I visited this place twice during the pandemic. Service was good. Pricing was standard. Bonus points for the beautiful waiting area. It was calming with a small pond with fishes and birds chirping.

I am going this place from last few years and noticing they are not doing proper wash and left dirty from inside and outside. $35.95 is not worth. I wouldnt recommend this place for car wash. Owner need to inspect the car wash randomly to ensure employee doing proper work.

For the price, it is okay. I understand that all prices must go up but the price is almost $40 for the basic wash. The job is not worth $40 IMO.The little river needs more water for the amount of life in there.

Always happy with the results from the hand washes here. Been driving from the South Bay for it for years. Fun and chill environment with internet inside and many fishes, turtles, and a talking parrot.

If you want to take care of your car wash, properly I would highly recommend this place. They are very professional and very polite as well. I went for the steam car wash and they did on the reasonable price and and when there was small spot left underneath the car I asked them after 2 days they again cleaned up for me. I really appreciate the persona Silva and staffs they are very humble. I would highly recommend this place for car wash and cleaning as well.

Took my car today for a full car wash, price was $130. however they did a very poor job, when I pick up my car after 2 hours!! they didnt do anything to my car nothing!! the carpet was still unvacuumed stains all over the car. no detail was done, I was very upset after paying 130 i was expecting a lot more. very poor service and attention to details and very bad customer service.

Very cool waiting area with fish and turtles and birds, but the quality of the car wash itself was significantly lacking. I paid for the full service and tipped but they missed some basic spots like my cup holders that werent even touched.Later I discovered that they had removed one of my clean air decals completely and loosened the rest of them! Super disappointed as this is going to cost a bunch of money to get replaced.

Overpriced dump. No attention to detail. Go somewhere else.

Prompt and solid carwash! My Volkswagen looks great both inside and out. You pull in, they take your keys and the type of wash you want - we just had the most basic full service wash, but there are three other tiers available. The worker hands you a ticket, and you go inside to pay. They have a really cool koi pond with turtles, some birds, and a cat inhabiting the place. Waited around a few minutes, and the car was finished, looking great. Looks and feels so much better! Now, just to keep her clean!

The car wash is pretty good and not to expensive, but the real treat is the wait area with the pool full of fish and turtles. Recommended!

People are nice, the place is cozy jajaja animals and stuff, but the workers take care of your car and always there if they miss anything so for my 5 stars !

A decent place to get your car washed and detailed in Fremont. The workers do a fine job and are very conscientious. The waiting area is nothing special, though the koi and turtles are fun to look at. First time visitors will likely find it difficult to locate the entrance, as it is tucked away on a side street.

Careful cleaning. Sometimes careless with cleaning windows. Prices on the high side.

This is my favorite car wash. I dont mind waiting because its just so relaxing to be here. They have a pond with koi fish and turtles. Theres also a beautiful loving giant white Cockatoo that says hello and shakes hands. They also have a beautiful, sweet, friendly orange cat that loves to be petted. If you love animals this is the place to go. Not to mention they always do a great job on my car. Im always pleased with the results. I highly recommend this place.

Went in with a very dirty car. I had a tremendous amount of dog hair in the interior and they cleaned up every single one out of my car. They have a vacuum first before your wash, after which comes your wash. They also have detailing service. Super friendly atmosphere and the price is very reasonable for the service.

Has gone down hill. Been going there for years but since the new owner took over it is worse. Some of the stuff doesnt work. They have to drive the cars through and they dont get all the sudz off with the final Rin e and blowers are broken. Ugh!??

Very disappointed. $23.95 for their least expensive service. About $10 more expensive than my usual wash in Milpitas for the same wash. Results didnt meet the cost. Lint all over my car from the rags and they still use Windex to clean windows. Even though its diluted, I would not prefer to use it. Windex has ammonia which damages high quality tints. Lastly, when trying to communicate to the attendant cleaning the car, he did not understand me. Thats fine. But when I gave him a tip out of courtesy, it rubbed me wrong when he didnt say a word when taking it. Not even a smile or a look. What a shame.

It passes the time and its quite good.No complaints - _very_ thorough job for what I feel to be a reasonable price. Watch Valpack if you want, sometimes coupons come in through that, as well.

The waiting area is really good, relaxing and quite. You can even get some of your work done.The car wash is good as well. Small spots left here and there but they clean it up when you ask them.The only thing I see missing here is way to know when your car is ready. Only way now, you have to check at the front desk.

Ultra wash is best.. These people work hard and get a good car wash...will recommend going here if you live in Fremont Milpitas Hayward area.. They do leave some spots to clean but if u say its not clean they clean it happily... Good job amigos

Went there at 5.45pm only to see they are closed and the board says they are open 8 am to 6 pm.Liked the professionalism in handling the car wash. A bit costly though since it is hand wash. I have been taking my car here for the last 5 years and overall they do a good job. However, today something very UNUSUAL happened: when I took my car to drive back home my GPS was activated, which I found very weird. When I dropped the car it was on the radio setting. I understand that when cleaning, other buttons may get activated. BUT, to start the navigation, not only it takes a few additional steps, but you need to maneuver the panel to initiate the navigation. I am still scratching my head trying to figure out how this might have happened. I called the manager to let him know about the incident and he said that he was going to talk to them so it doesnt happen again. Will see ... I just hope that it has been a mere unintentional act!

I normally pay around $8 for a basic car wash with hand dry. I paid $16.95 here, figured they would do a better job. I figured wrong. The entire back side of my van was dirty, water streaks down the windows, and dirt left on a couple spots on the sides. Not military friendly. If I would have had more time, I would have made them run it through and clean it again or get my money back.

I spent $29 for the worst handwash I have ever gotten. It was supposed to be a full service detail with the interior cleaning. They did a fine job on the interior, but i could have gotten a better exterior wash at a gas station. I have a newish car that just came back from a road trip. There was still traces of bug splatter on the grill, dried water spots all around the car, missed spots on all sides. It looked like they hardly attempted bro put any elbow grease in, which is the only reason I brought it to get a hand wash.I had high hopes. 😔

Car came out clean. Service was fast.In and out in ten minutes. Thats why i am giving 4 out of 5 stars because those were my two main needs.However, venue was smelly due to a large number of wild animals including birds and turtles. Cute but smelly. As someone with extreme allergies the cat also made it difficult to breath and I ultimately chose to wait outside for my car.Additionally, car wash was about 25 dollars. I find that quite expensive, but that may be from my previous experience in other locations and I must admit this was my first car wash in NorCal.

I pay almost 40$ to get my car cleaned, which by the way was clean, I had some food drops on my back black leather seats which was just minor to clean, and 20mins later they hand my car to me, saying its all ready just for me to find out the seat wasnt even touched . I ask why and they say I paid for light cleaning, something that needed just light cleaning isnt cleaned you say I paid light cleaning. Leather seat just needed wiping not brushing.By the way if you figured my car needed deep cleaning why not inform me if I needed this removed, you just quietly hand it to me hoping I drive away without noticing, worse of all when I complained the accountant laughed at me .

Absolutely useless car wash. Have yet to find a place where they actually clean your car. This is a scam just like the many others I have tried to date. Even after telling them that I want all the nooks and crannies cleaned, they never did so. Its all about getting the car out the other end, as quickly as possible and waiting to get tipped for doing as little as possible. Coming from Europe, I still have to understand this american way of doing business. Its all about getting things done as quickly as possible, with little or no regard to the quality of work.

Its a ok carwash. They forgot to wash the mats that I paid for. And didnt clean the cupholder.

Theyre awsome go there almost every day after prayer to grab a snack wearing my religous clothes and not judged one bit and each visit the inside is very tropical with a huge pond filled with turtles and may different species of fish and lots of birds(all in cages)the parrots my favorite and as always the cars are shining and the employees are working with smiles ontheyre faces no matter what time of the day

They did the worst job. They didnt even clean the inside furniture like steering tape and dashboard. It was full of dust and dirt that is why i went for a cash wash and when i asked them to clean the guy said i have to pay extra for it. Wow. I was shocked. I dont mind them talking in spanish but since i knew they were talkig about me and said some really bad words for me as I understand a little bit. Also they kept staring at me like they are here to fight but not work. So not professional. Never going back there.
