Just wasted $35 and my time for an quick uneven haircut. Can’t even share my picture. Go If you want to watch some “sports video clips” on tv but not for a haircut. Rude behavior and I didn’t argue with the person who gave me haircut coz he was elder and didn’t want to ruin my day. It might have looked better if I did it by myself.

So I have to say that the experience and professionalism here was fantastic! Came in on a whim not knowing exactly what I wanted done and showed a quick picture of kinda what I was looking for and Amber (Manager) took care of everything else! It was the most relaxed yet upbeat experience Ive ever had getting my haircut. I definitely recommend stopping in and trying this place out. Furthermore, she was detailed and was the best cut Ive had in a very. Very long time. Shes A+ in my book!

One of the stylist in the store was didn’t spend much time to complete the haircut and they will do the hair cut as per their wish even after explaining how it need to be and after showing the exact previous hairstyle picture what I’m looking for.. It’s completely unprofessional and disappointed, and I strongly suggest not to prefer this store.

It was ok. Definitely not worth 35 dollars. I’d say closer to 15/20 for the work/experience. I was recommended to this place, but I will not recommend this. She also trimmed my sideburns into my beard so that’s not appreciated.

Had Henry cut my hair even though the app and the board both said Amber. Dont know what company policy about that is but doesnt seem right. Haircut lacked attention to detail despite how long it took him to cut it. Random long hairs missed and didnt do a good job cleaning up around the ears. Overall poor experience and I left because the poor guy behind me was waiting forever. Henry was also doing something weird with the queue board because it wasnt updating correctly.

I showed up at 2 30 and waited for 3 pm because the staff was away for the lunch break. I finally came in and was informed that I cannot have my hair cut today because she works alone until 6 pm. Amber, was the only one working today where are the others? I asked Amber if I can wait since I see only 6 people on the board, and she said no. I was very disappointed and mad because this is the only time I can fi d to have my hair cut. Groan. In addition to that, saw two guys came in and was told they could not have their hairs cut. They grumbled and left. Very bad for business.

Arrived at 5:37 pm no one is in the salon. And they told me they are closed. Very bad business practices. I gave good tip. They just lost a good customer. Keep in mind they closes at 6 pm.

When we arrived the lady inside told us to return in 45min because she was busy. When we returned she forgot about us and told us to wait 3hrs and let someone else go ahead of us. Waste of time.

I went there after work and there was no line. The haircut I got was just okay but the stylist didn’t spend much time and the quality of the cut was not the best as well.I got the MVP but their massage chairs were the worst I ever experienced.. very old!

This place has been around for sometime and its like a fine wine. Gets better with age. This is my new favorite spot to relax, get a haircut, catch up on sports and escape from the world for a bit and up looking and feeling good too.

***update***27 Mar 2017My regular barber was off and decided to give this place another go. I asked for slightly above a medium and got a screaming high and tight. Will have to wear a hat until my hair grows back. On the positive side, their attitudes are better but cant cut hair.The absolute worst. I was waiting for Justin. I had entered sports clips as he was finishing up a client. He acknowledged my presence and left for Starbucks as I waited an hour. He returned and did not mention he would not be able to cut my hair, even though I have waited 1hr 10 min. The other lady stepped in to inform me he would not be able to cut my hair. She did so with a very snobby tone. They just lost a customer

I deducted one star because have to wait a lot otherwise, staff was courteous and hair cut was good . Next time, I will make sure, I am checking in online before I go there . My 7 year old loved his hair cut .

Ive used Sport Clips as a place to grab a haircut when Im in transition because of a move or busy schedule. I typically prefer to visit a regular barbershop but have been able to rely on consistently average cleanups from this franchise when needed. Additionally, the franchise started in Texas so I like to support fellow Texans. That all changed on Friday. I received a haircut that makes me question the license of the barber. The cut was uneven and the blending for the taper was non existent. I wasnt even comfortable asking her to fix the hair because it was obvious she would be incapable. Im officially done and I would encourage anyone contemplating a cut at this franchise to reconsider. Go find a local barber, build a relationship as a returning customer and let this franchise slowly die out. I wish I could have taken stars away from other reviews rather than giving this one.

Hands down the slowest hair salon that caters to men that I’ve ever been to. Arrived at 6:10 on Monday evening with a promised 10 minute wait. Two people cutting hair. It’s 7 PM and I’m still waiting. The guy in front of me even left as he had been there a while. Not sure why it takes an hour to cut one man’s hair. If you value your time, AVOID!!!

Great place I take my son there and they all do a fantastic job on hair . Price is expensive but worth it.

You have to wait a bit because only 2-4 stalls of the 6 are being used. Otherwise its good. Would recommend Desiree if shes there.

I read the reviews. All the nastiness here. I went anyway. Such an odd mix of great reviews and awful reviews. How? I cant tell. I went here and found a fantastic, well planned check-in process, a friendly stylist Lin, and ended up having a solid half hour or so dedicated to my styling. I ended up leaving refreshed, looking awesome, and feeling awesome as well.My only hmm... second thought is on the theme. They really turned the sports theming up to not just 11, but 20 here. haha. If thats your dig, bonus! If not, then just come here for the spectacular service and trim.

I went to sport clips in Fremont, although i had to wait about 25 min to get my haircut the end result was highly immpressive. I got the haircut i wanted with the company of a sports game as well. Overall very good.

I waited 45 mins on my lunch break to get a haircut, then they told me I had to sign in and that would be another 30 mins. While waiting I noticed the tapered hair lines on the males heads werent blended will let all. So I washed it. Waste of a break, wouldnt recommend.

Horrible place. I’ve been going to different Sports Clips all over the Bay Area for years for the simple fact that they will wash out the hair so you can go about your daylight out being itchy etc. After going to this location I may never go to a Sports Clips again. I’ll make this short and sweet:1) The stylist (if I can call her that) didn’t use a hairdryer/blower or brush or heck a towel to brush the hair away after trimming the back/ neckline. In my entire life I’ve never had so much trimming down the back of my shirt. Had to immediately make my way to a shower.2) Some how ended up getting the Harry Christmas. Not sure what that is? It’s the hairstyle Jim Carrey had in Dumb and Dumber. (only more crooked). SMDH. I’m pretty sure Ray Charles with a weed wacker would have come out better.3) Haircutter person didn’t show me the back...with the mirror..you know...like every other barber always does. Still not sure what happened back there, but if it’s anything like the front I’m in big trouble.4) Lastly she tried to overcharge me. I can’t believe I paid for this abomination in the first place.That’s my rant. I feel better now. Time to find that shower, a couple of mirrors, and a great clips to fix this mess.Oh BTW, her name was Desiree according to the receipt. Do me a favor Desiree, find a job that doesn’t involve you using your hands, or eyes.

Great haircut friendly lady, they do complimentary hair wash and head massage and use this electric neck massage machine, get to watch tv on a big screen, Def 5 star.

It really depends on which stylist you end up with. Like most franchises, there are always too many people and they rush through cuts without caring for what you really want. Once word of advice - even if you have a very generic cut thats hard to mess up, Sarena will find a way. She really needs a career change. Avoid! Remaining stylists - mostly meh, if youre very forceful with exactly what you want and keep repeating it over and over, they mess it up a little less.

Seems like some staff isnt really putting effort in their job. My haircut is the worst Ive had, I better go back to a real barber shop. Wont be coming back here.

First experience. Worst experience. They will waste your time. If you care about your personal time dont waste it here. She said 15 minutes i had no reason to doubt her, 30 minutes later still ended up it will be 20 minutes more sir. They got nothing to lose vut you will lose your worthy time.

Three separate visits, three separate stylists, three equally atrocious attempts at cutting hair. This location is being used for training nearsighted cosmetology students with 10 thumbs. No manager/adults on-site. Just avoid.

Really rude manager here, I m sorry for the staff and customers. Avoid this place at all costs!
