After waiting a little over a year and a half I Just purchased my 2021 Ford Bronco! Going through Diers was the best decision I could have made rather than going with big dealers that just don’t give you that personal car buying experience. Called on a car that they just got in the night before- no pictures, no price. Bill Bader went out and took pictures with his phone and sent them to us. We made the trip from Columbus to check out and test drive the car. We were able to make a deal that was within our budget and was able to purchase a school car for our daughter. Positive Overall ExperiencePros- Got a great deal on a car I love. Negotiation process was simple and my salesman, Kirk, was awesome. They also drove my car down to where I live in Kansas at no extra cost. I purchased a 2019 Tesla Model 3, which requires some work after the sale to transfer the car through Teslas account system. Kirk stayed in consistent communication to ensure the car was properly transferred.Cons- I had requested the dealer decal badge be removed from my Tesla prior to them driving it down, which they agreed to do. However, the badge was left on. I think there may have been a bit of miscommunication with the sales manager on their end that caused this. Sales manager was overall friendly and easy to work with, and everything else was great, so Im keeping my review at 5 stars.Thanks Kirk and Diers Ford for my new Tesla!!!

Although there are very few used vehicles with low miles and in great shape to choose from in our area, we were really pleased with the car we found. It was certified, and Bill took the time to make sure everything was just right. It was our sons first car, so kind of a big deal. Not to mention, he has to drive it halfway across the country to his army base, so we needed to be assured that it was safe and in perfect mechanical condition.

Kirk Carpenter was extremely helpful in my search for a new vehicle. I was looking for a used vehicle and he was understanding of what I was looking for. He has a high relatability factor to his customers and potential customers. He is highly-knowledgeable about the vehicles he is selling. He has a great approach to people which makes him easy to work with. Diers Ford needs to look at keeping him around for as long as they can. My dad was able to find a vehicle that fit his needs while I was searching for mine.Diers Ford. You have a generational talent in Kirk Carpenter. I just want to thank Brandon for taking the time and answering all my questions and let me tell you I had a TON of questions he probably spoke to me over an hour but he was kind and patient and guided me through everything!!! Then he gave me Kirk personal cell phone number as Brandon was the GM, and Kirk was so super awesome and fun through the process and was super fast with assisting me, and no not because he wanted a sale but because he listened to exactly what I needed and wanted and he delivered 1,000 percent!!!! Diers Ford in Fremont NE staff is amazing. If only they were not held back by warranty issues/restrictions. I have a 2019 Ford Raptor and it has the appearance package with stickers on the hood and rear fenders. The hood stickers bubbled the 1st summer I bought it back in 2019 and I was able to massage the bubbles out. The problem continued to happen and this past winter it got worse and the edges of the sticker peeled back. The appearance package is at an extra cost included when you buy the vehicle. A few thousand extra I believe. I spoke with the dealership parts department and the replacement stickers are $700.00 a piece minus the cost of labor to replace them. That is shameful of Ford Motor Company. Pay extra when you buy the vehicle for the decals and the pay again less than 2 years later to have them replaced? I spoke to a woman in the warranty department and she promised me she would get back to me the next day. That was days ago and I haven’t received a call back. The Vehicle has 45k on it and the sway bar and other parts need replaced already at a cost of $466.00. I’m glad I never took the vehicle off road like it was intended for. It would probably need a few thousand dollars worth of replacement parts by now. Again this is nothing against my salesmen or the dealership.

Was having troubles with my vehicle after bringing it home. They promptly came out and towed it back to their facility for repair (no charge). Turned out I tripped a switch on the fuel breaker when I put a propane bottle in the cubby where the jack resides (my fault). They returned it to me working the next day. Great people to work with! Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly technician. I arrived approximately 30 minutes before my appointment. I was surprised when I got my car back in one hour.All work initially scheduled was completed plus my driver side airbag was replaced because the piece had come in. Ive never left a review before but felt like I owed it to any girls buying a car here that they 100% took advantage of me needing a car. I wish he had sold me my car bearing in mind whether he wouldve done that to his own daughter or would be okay with someone selling a car in that condition to his daughter- the answer wouldve been a HUGE no. The check engine light on my car appeared less than a week from when I got the car (after being advised NOT to get a warranty on it- the thing that wouldve saved me.) Thankfully, the service shop (after fighting for myself) made the first few fixes for free (which was honestly the bare minimum after everything), but the problems continued to appear and worsen. I just spent over 1,000 to make yet another fix and was told there is another issue I will have to being it back for. Ive had the car less than 4 months.These people knowingly sold me a very broken car and have lost my trust. It makes me really sad, I expected more from people who came off as caring.

Bought a new car from William at Diers today, he was more than helpful and I would recommend him to anyone! William had a good sense of humor and made the “stressful” car buying experience fun! He even set up keyless entry and the phone system as well! While at Diers I really felt the small shop feel, Charlie himself was in there and came up to me and introduced himself and visited for awhile. A few days later I left my light on which caused my car to not start. This was picked up the next day and fixed in such a timely manner. Not only is Diers great as a whole. I was going to be coming from several hours away so I had a lot of questions. He quickly got answers for me. It’s so nice to see ford explorers have the bucket seat option in the middle row. We bought a Ford Explorer from Diers Ford back in 2015. We thought it would suffice our growing family until we were surprised with twins for a total of three kids. So we traded in our explorer that we loved for a minivan. Living in the country and this winter have not boded well for the van. So we decided to start looking for a four wheel drive and routinely looked at Diers website. We had a great experience in 2015 that we knew we’d be taken care of again. Bill Bader was great to work with and we are now happily back in a four wheel drive. Certified vehicles are wonderful because they come with a great warranty. We are very happy with our new to us vehicle and would recommend anyone go to Diers for their vehicle needs.

When our F-150 Lariat was stolen in Kansas City, we needed to replace it. Top quality used trucks are hard to come by in todays market. We shopped online, but concluded we really wanted to work with a real person rather than the online approach. Knowing the reputation of Diers and having a connection there, we contacted them and were put in touch with Tony Allgood. Finding the right truck, getting it to the dealership, getting it in top condition, etc. took time. But, the whole team at Diers collaborated to get each step completed as efficiently as possible. For the last year I have taken my car to Diers for the works package which includes routine oil change, tire rotation, brake inspectiion, etc. I recently took my car for routine maintenance only to find out that my rear tires were not safe to drive on as they were showing belt. I did not understand why as we are faithful about rotating tires every 5,000 miles. He said this happen within the last 5,000 miles. I left without replacing them and took them to my tire shop that I purchase all my tires. These were 50,000 miles tires with only 45,000 on them. They informed me the car was significantly out of alignment and these type of wear could not happen in 5,000 miles. The tech at Diers did inform me that if the tire treads are in good shape they dont rotate tires so I would not be charge for rotating. If I request my tires to be rotated, then I expect them to be rotated or communicate with me that you did not rotate them. I look back at several invoices and there was no difference in price. They replaced my shocks that were leaking over a year ago as part of the warranty on my car, and I think that might have something to do with them being so bad out of alignment. I am not sure about that, I am not a mechanic. but somewhere along the line, someone should have seen the beginning of wear on my tires. Diers were not doing their job. I have since replaced my tires and will be using my tire shop for all my rotations moving forward. I will also be looking for a new Lincoln Dealership. Sorry Diers I had great hopes for a long time working relationship.

I get mediocre service.Last time I went in for an oil change and inspection I saw the tech and a office member going through my trunk for no reason.My trunk is locked from the indoor button for a reason and it was unlocked. I will be taking my vehicle somewhere else from now on.Theres a reason I only ever give them the key to the ignition but it seems theyre no better than gene steffy and I refuse to take anything to dillons or any place like jiffy lube.

We went to Diers knowing what we wanted, but unaware that it wasnt currently in stock (I had checked a few days prior but not when we actually went). Bill Bader was great, he found us the same vehicle in a different color to test drive to make sure we love it (we do), and found me the color I wanted (my husband didnt really care on color, but it was important to me), and had a remote start installed so that we got everything we wanted. It was a great experience, and I would highly recommend Diers and Bill to anyone looking for a new vehicle!
