Nice beach. You can park right on the beach next to the water

Horrible customer service! Im getting harassed now with bills after I canceled it. 5 months ago. They say not to worry but yet there are still billing me! Avoid if you can. They are quick to set up service to get billing started. But it ends there.

They Promise 15MBPS but rarely come close. I will actually be happy when Comcast is available to replace them.

Poor customer service. You rarely get anyone to answer the phone or emails in a timely manner and you have frequent outages of service for hours at a time.

Horrible tech support after new owners. My internet went down on a friday and i didnt hear back until monday at 4pm they have a so called after hours support which is the owners (ryos) personal number and still had no consideration towards helping one ofvhis customers get back online. Internet speed is speratic and is mostly slow.. Stay away

Poor customer service and the WiFi won’t even download a video game or an update.
