Honestly should file bankruptcy, I can explain how many times I have been 2nd place in fortnite because of them. I could have beat bhuda in the world chapionship if I didnt have their braindead wifi. I would rather move to africa and not even have wifi and water for the rest of my LIFE!

A year ago I signed on as a customer and was pleased with that process both sales and installer. But now after slightly more than a year I am fed up with how often the service goes down. It can be as little as a couple of minutes or an hour and even in good weather. Yes, they get it back up every time but were paying for 24 hour service and not getting it.

I live in the country and signal strength was always an issue. I had cellular data for a while but incurred overages and was expensive. When JCWIFI installed the antenna, I enjoy unlimited data at a fair price. I will continue to be a customer of JCWIFI as long as that does not change.

Unbelievable responsive and helpful customer service. Great speeds for a rural area. Best company for internet around.I just told the gentleman on the phone, “That was the most pleasant tech call I’ve ever experienced.”Highly Recommend !

Jcwifi went the extra mile to get internet provided to my house that was previously deemed as not serviceable by every major internet company. Called 2 weeks ago, they worked some magic and today they finished the install on my house. Kudos to Shane for professionalism on the install and walking me through how everything works. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 👍🏻

You could get better WiFi from a burnt potato. Seriously don’t get this WiFi because it will be down more than it is working. It’s alright when it works but that is once in a blue moon. If you have this WiFi it is gg and you should ff at 15.

I just finally got enough internet to leave this review! The internet works, sort of, albeit extremely slowly (0.20 Mbps max is all I can hope for). Sometimes it doesnt work at all. The techs are nice and as helpful as they can be, but they cant make something out of nothing. I called 3 times today; the first time we reset the connection hardware and it went from nothing to the usual 0.20 Mbps. The second time the tech sent a signal out and nothing happened. The third time I got the receptionist and left my name and number, and never got a call back. The hold message when you call talks about their 3 decades of experience delivering laser fast internet. Thats a pretty pathetic laser!

Wow... Their techs have been great, really trying to accommodate the issues Ive had for the last 6 months. HOWEVER... the service has been down, and wafting in and out of connectivity a LOT! I replaced 2 modems because they said it was that. Turned out it was their tower. Fixed that and had marginal service. I work a remote on-line job. I need consistent service for web based sites and voip. When they went down this morning, I called to ask if the tower was down. I was very polite and thanked her when she said yes, but it would be fixed in just a few minutes. Hung up, and it came back up shortly. Short lived! (Mind you, I dont get paid when I dont work.) Called back mid afternoon to see if it had been fixed or if there were still problems. She hung up on me without speaking. I waited a while and tried again because I figured they were busy. This time, I didnt even say anything and she said Yeah, im gonna keep hanging up on you. This is fu***ng ridiculous. Wow! Id bypass her and speak to a manager, but no contact info for him other than through the front desk or webmail. Bet that goes through her too! Not a happy girl today.

Internet service is fast. we always get someone to address issues quickly. internet is fast and between me and my son we are always using internet and we have zero complaints. once in awhile at nite I get knocked off internet but it doesnt happen all the time thats why I have 4 stars not 5

Slow internet and a waste of money. The internet speed spikes all the time then drops it’s never consistent at one speed, not the ideal internet company for gaming, you call them and it seems like they don’t know what they’re talking about and beat around the bush till you are “satisfied”. I’m paying a decent amount to them and I get 1000kb to 8mb and like I said it’s always spiking and dropping so most times out of not all I ever get is KB for download speed and 2MB of upload. JCWIFI IF YOUR READING THIS FIX MY INTERNET!!

Awesome company to deal with. I read reviews on all the satellite companies before choosing one and Im not disappointed at all.When you read reviews of other Satellite companies there are thousands of people saying that customer service is terrible or that their internet is down all the time. Well with JC Wifi the internet is very rarely down, and even if its acting slow theyre willing to help during and even after hours to make sure the issue is rectified immediately.Awesome company.
