My internet is down constantly...They lie to you on the phone about when a technician is coming out...told me the next day and it wasnt for 3 days...never give you your money back for not having internet either...if I could they would get no stars at all

Because this company fails to provide the service I pay for, my grandkids can’t do their remote learning and my husband can’t work at home. This is an awful situation, and with few alternatives in the country, we are screwed.

So after calling them and telling them that my service keeps going in and out and I have to keep refreshing my wifi box then put me on hold for more then a hour and keep sending me to another person they put me on hold again and they hang up and they dont call me back. Its been 3 months and it still does the same thing Im tired and frustrated with them. Everyday I wake up my wifi is not working and

Frontier has the worst internet in the region, EVERY time I need to connect I have to reset the router, losses connection 4 to 8 times a day, terrible customer service, it is always my fault for their equipment

I still don’t have internet after 2 weeks. Got a bill for almost $85 with a late fee, when the charges where supposed to be fixed after the work was done more than a week before I even moved in. Not happy at all.

Would have an easier time sending this review by running up to random people on the street and telling them that everything about this place sucks than posting it here while connected to their internet. Never buy it. You will be paying a monthly fee for a little box that doesnt even work. And that direct connect button on your router? That doesnt work either. It doesnt really mean anything, I just thought Id point out that weve gotten our router replaced several times and on every one, the button has never worked. The CEO should go enact jugular bleed.

If it would let me I would have rated this company with 0 stars. Absolute worst service I have ever experienced. Its a full on extortion scheme and when you call them out on it they call you stupid and claim you dont know what you are talking about

Will rip you off said that I was supposed to get 25 mbps and you get only 10 mbps and then went through 10 modems in a month worst company will never go back to frontier

Would have put no stars had that been an option. Our high speed service has been down more often than it has been on; if you have ANY other provider options go with them!!!!!

I dont even want to give this place stars. ive tried setting up with them several times for them to tell me i have no deposit and theyd have to send someone out. never had anyone come out. tried calling back several times to get multiple different people which my calls have mysteriously failed each time. This is by far the worst company ive ever dealt with.

Havent had too many issues with internet myself...BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SALES SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS. They will sign you up for things you didnt sign up for. They will say they will adjust bill but you have to MAKE SURE YOU GET THEIR NAME AND OPERATOR NUMBER because you will surely have to call again to follow up on the lack of adjustment.

Literally stunned at the response I got when I told them of my internet shutting off during evening hours, Well its just heavy traffic with so many other customers using it in your area, try using it in a couple of hours when traffic has lessened, its an ongoing issue we are still working on
