None of the card readers work and you dont know that until you pull in to the bay. You should post a sign outside the bay so no one else eastes there time going from bay to bay...waste of time. Going elsewhwere.

Half of the machines were not working properly and the vacuum shut off only a few seconds after running. Scent spray from the machine left the car smelling like WD40. Was the 2nd time going. Wont go back again even if it was the only one in town.

It always gets my car spotless and you turn on the music and its like a club in there...

Great local carwash.

We went through the touchless and it was a nice clean. The only thing I didnt like was that the dryer time started before we started pulling out so we couldnt utilize the full 90 seconds.

Love the heated bays for washing all my trailers in the middle of the winter,And the automatic wash is awesome does a great job getting all salt and grime off

Get all kinds of cash change including paper dollars and change from a $20. Debit or credit cards used for washes as well as cash. No problems with washing or vacuuming

Older wash but very well kept up, when I was there they were redoing the self serve bays making like new again.. been coming here for 12+ years..

Great car wash when it works. I have had issues on my last 3 visits. First one, it skipped half of the wash and then it didnt go through the rinse cycle. Had to wash it again somewhere else to get the soap off. The last 2 trips, tried to use a credit card to pay and it keeps saying network error. Went somewhere else.

Exceptional customer service. I had to call for help, and someone came right away. & they upgraded my car wash for the inconvenience.

Tried using the air dryer at the bay and it blew the hose right off. 2nd time it has done that. Need better equipment.

Love this place, does a good machine wash. Recently stopped in and a $12 per wash machine was added. I am all for making profit. Just not all of it on me. Tried it anyway and was 95% pleased.

Franks car Wash is the number one car wash here in Freeport Illinois I am a regular customer and the car is always clean very well and if theres ever any problems Frank takes care of it right away I recommend this car wash to anybody that is washing their vehicle here in Freeport or even driving through Freeport I also recommend the $25 ultimate Wash club its a great deal so why dont everybody just come on in and try it out I know you like it and I know youll come back David Torres resident of Freeport Illinois

Actually one of the worst car washes in the area. Bill changer that supposed to break bills to smaller ones only gives back quarters and NOT ONE BAY THERE EXCEPTS QUARTERS. Then, the owner on spot refuses to give bills back in return or break any bills for you. Not to mention he really like to get all in your car to talk to you. When you go thru the automatics touchless wash it leaves nasty residue all over your car and DOES NOT CLEAN IT. I suggest washing it yourself. Used to be the best place to go for miles. Now, needs to be majorly cleaned up and maintained. Sadly another bad business of Freeport.

The rinse option kept spraying soap. This was my third attempt at washing my truck and all I wanted was regular water, not soapy water.

8.00 dollars to vacuum my truck out. Still not good. Pathetic....

Franks has several automated bays along with multi[ple do it yourself wash bays. Payment machines accept credt/debit cards and there is an area to get change for larger bills and carcare products.

Like the car wash, but at least 20 to 30 percent of the time, the machines steal my money :( They are good about refunding, butnit is annoying to have to go through the process as often as it happens.

New wash bay(12 or $13 for a car wash! Yuk!), not brushless, not cleaner car, dont need the disco lights. hopefully they will keep the older wash bays.
