Five stars are not enough of a rating that Paul and his auto shop truly deserve! I originally found Pauls shop from this very page, now that Ive been to him for literally years and my second car, I need to share what a great experience I have every time Im there! Not only is Paul friendly, but he treats all his customers as actual people and not just a business expense. Im the furthest from knowing anything other than the basics when it comes to cars but Paul has always taken the time to explain to me what is going on and will show me the issues he came across. I just left his shop not too long ago and he took the time to walk me to my car and show me the tires and explained to me that I will need two tires ASAP or else Im going to run into some trouble. To some this isnt a big deal BUT, I was just at the dealership a month ago to get my car an oil change (I know, should of went to Paul) but to also have a recall taken care of. The dealership claimed they checked out the car and everything was okay but if you looked at my tires today you would be AMAZED that they even let me get off the lot.I hope this little glimpse of my experience with Paul encourages someone else in the neighborhood looking for a car shop to give him a try. He is a true angel and someone who will not let you down!

Paul is a rare gem in the auto repair business. He is honest and competent. I have been going to him for 30 years and never once did I feel overcharged or that a repair wasnt done right. Ive used Paul for many years and he is the nicest and most honest auto mechanic Ive seen. When I make an appointment with Paul, I never have to wait. When I thought I needed a more expensive repair, he told me it was something else which was a lot less expensive. I live in Roslyn and take my car to Freeport because I dont want to go anywhere else. I highly recommend Paul.

My family and I have trusted our vehicles to Pauls Auto for over a decade, maintenance on new or old vehicles. Going to the dealers service center for maintenance can be a long drown out thing, and while youre there they almost always want to sell you something you dont need or where there for. I drop off my vehicle for maintenance at Pauls before every trip, and ask Paul, do I need a tune up or does it need an oil change, how are my tires etc. Instead of jumping to make money hell tell me everything is fine, he might rotate the tires at no cost and let me know that they are a little worn, or top off what ever fluids might be low.Before Pauls Ive known other shops that will tell you whether it needs it or not, YES and we also found these other problems, specially at dealership service centers.Were very satisfied customers and well continue to trust our vehicles to Pauls!
