Dropped off our car on a Tuesday morning and put the keys into the drop box. Expected the repair to be done that day and could pick up the car at the end of the day. Did not hear from them so called them Wednesday afternoon. They hadnt done any of the repair! Claimed they could not match the car license with my name. Ive had the oil changed there before - sticker is in the window. No one in the shop thought to see if the keys they had matched the car in their lot - NO ONE! One click would have told them that was the car. Nor did they call to ask where the car was - they had the keys! Wouldnt you think someone could have figured it out? Was told they would do the alignment for free as a compensation but the final bill was more than the quote we were given. The man who checked us out basically threw his hands up and said he wasnt there at the time and knew nothing about it and couldnt help. We will never take any of our vehicles there again. There are much more reputable service stations in the area.

Nice people. Usually always have an opening when you need to get in. Work is always completed fast. Had to leave my car there over a holiday weekend once because they could complete the work and we didnt know if Id be able to get the car back on Tuesday if I drove it the few minutes home. It started storming and they gave me a ride instead of making me walk which was very kind.Only issue is no one wears masks. I just usually stand outside while waiting for my work to be completed.Otherwise, great work. Lived in town just going on a year and Ive been here three times already.

Had tires put on and they didn’t inspect the tie rod ends, lower control arms. New tires lasted 1 month. Cost us lots of money and new tires again. The shop we took it to couldn’t believe they didn’t see it. They said we have a guardian angel. Butitta brothers said they don’t inspect vehicles when they just put tires on. Would never go there again. Don’t trust them that could have killed us.

I had to get a cashiers check to pay. I told the front desk guy that I would have to run to the bank and get one. My bank is about 4 miles from the shop. He chased me out of the building threatening me and threw himself infront of my truck as I was trying to turn away from him. He is a big guy and I feared for my safety. He called the police on me and they escorted me back from my bank (when they got there I had a cashiers check made out to the store in hand). Worst customer service ever.

After having my car towed into Buttita, I called and spoke to Chad to let him know who’s vehicle this belonged to and what was happening with the vehicle. The next day Chad sent me pictures of everything that needed to be done . Decided the repairs were beyond the cost of vehicle. I will be bringing my vehicles to Buttita even though they are 45 minutes from my house as the way they treated me.

Just go somewhere else. It was from great and Im not one to bash 🤷🏽‍♂️

Absolutely the worst! I towed it there, bought my own part and they refused to put it in. Then when I went to get it towed out if there cause the dealership said I had a warranty issue on it they charged me $55 for an inconvenience fee!! I used to always go there now I would suggest NO ONE TO GO THERE. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND YOURE GETTING RIPPED OFF!! They are not like what they used to be!

I havent even got a service done from them bit went to take my car to get looked at. Asked them simple questions that he wouldnt answer all the way. Asked him if the + and - sign meant my battery needed to be replaced or looked at he said it was the percentage of what my oil was & that i only needed a oil change come to find out I need a whole new battery. I asked him a few times & he had a tone that of someone who just wants to be done talking to you. He wants to pass up on money for his business thats on him

Everyone is friendly and helpful. If you have a question about your vehicle, theyll answer in terms you understand. I have not ever been pushed to have unnecessary work done on my car. I dont know much about cars. I always feel respected.

Took my car in for an alignment and asked them to look at why my tire had camber after some repairs that were done elsewhere. Guy in the shop was nice to my face, but after reviewing my dash camera I heard the mechanics trash talking me and my car, making fun at my having an automatic. When they drove it around the block they were driving it like a pissed off teenager. Definitely wont be going back there.

I was in town for the weekend...five hours from home and my brake light was coming on at 25 mph. Two months earlier I had a 60,000 mile tune up which included a brake fluid change at a Nissan dealership (car is still under warranty). I was worried it was more than just low fluid and had a five hour drive the next day. They checked out the car and determined it was the brake fluid...no leaks. Added some fluid and sent me on my way. NO CHARGE!!! Living out of town, these guys could have take me for a ride but they didnt. I am military and move around a lot. Finding a good mechanic is always a challenge. Id drive an hour to bring my car back to Butitta Brothers and will have them service my car next time Im in town.

Our car had been having an issue with vibration in the dashboard. My husband made an appointment to have the front end aligned and the tires rotated. We took it in and the tech told us after looking at it that we needed a new tie rod. After discussing this (had to have it done since I drive on hwy 20 to work everyday), we had this done. My husband told them to ONLY do the tie rod. They replaced the tie rod, aligned the front end and rotated the tires. They charged us $200. Then the tech told us we needed new brakes. We told them we would talk it over and we left. After we discussed it, my husband called them back and they gave him a quote for the brakes which was $350. My husband said that was ridiculous. The woman on the phone said it was because we had to have rotors. She said they couldnt do the brakes without new rotors also. My husband told her that the rotors can be turned. She stated that they could not do the brakes without the rotors. We decided to stop by Farm and Fleet to have them give us a quote for the brakes. Not only was the quote lower ($165 for brakes and rotors), the tech there told us we didnt need brakes for at least 20,000 more miles. I will never go back to this shop, nor will I recommend them.
