I came to get my engine oil changed for first time here today. I like the service and very satisfied the car came out less than an hour. I always went to east shore great neck it took over 3 or 4 hours to get my car maintenance, but I was so surprised it came out so quickly. It was very satisfied for a service, too
So I just realized they have been scamming me for about 2 years here. I went to get my car repaired at Mini of Manhattan where I actually purchased my vehicle but I always went to 100 Cleveland Ave because it was closer to where I live. Mini of Manhattan informed me that I had a 4yr/50k warranty and also purchased tire and rim protection at the time when I bought my vehicle.Do you think Tracey at 100 Cleveland Ave reminded me that I had these coverages every time I went to their location for repairs? Nope I paid out of pocket every time I needed work done. They even conned me to buy the extra tire and rim protection again that I already had. Which they only honored sporadically still forcing me to come out of pocket for portions of my repairs which I shouldnt have had to pay for. Thank you Maileen at Mini of Manhattan for helping me save money and not spend money.100 Cleveland Ave. Youre the worst!!!!
I came here with a friend to help them out in their time of need. They needed a fuel pump for their car and apparently BMWs has two fuel pumps instead of one, so that really sucks. Normally a fuel pump cost $200 to $470+ Very rarely its higher than 470. So we enter the place and speak to the guy at the counter and the price is nearly $700 plus tax. Keep in mind we only need one part of the fuel pump and it was near $700. Both parts would of been $900 plus tax.Since strangely enough BMW fuel pumps dont always come with gaskets, seals and other essential parts, seriously why is this so backwards!? He checked the fuel pump assembly box to see if they had it and it came with seals and parts. So that bumped the price down to around $651A parts shop could sell you the same exact part for half the price or a fraction of it. Oddly enough every customer I saw in the shop was stressed out and some people arguing with the representative looking for discounts and bargains. Oddly enough it seems all the parts stop working on my friend vehicle weeks after the warranty runs out. They give a 15% discount for customers who buy the parts at the shop and get the car fixed there. The total would of been 1,500 + tax and towing. (Car cant move due to bad fuel pump)This place isnt a great place to get parts or have it fixed. Also that 1,500 + tax and towing is a massive rip off, basically highway robbery. I highly recommend staying away from this place at all costs.
I have used this service center for all of the maintenance since I purchased my vehicle. Fortunately my first time going there as a walk in I did meet Kevin Cunningham who has been my service advisor the entire time. I have contacted him with everything from general questions to some complex issues & he always happily answers everything to my satisfaction. My last visit I unfortunately had a fractured ankle & Kevin was so compassionate & had my service expedited to save me from going home & having to return. He is always so friendly while being totally professional & if anyone is looking for a service advisor at BMW in Freeport be sure to request him. You will not be disappointed !
Terrible!!! service parts department was very rude...the guy stayed on the phone while I stood there for 20min, then when I asked for what I was needing his supervisor treated me the same way..i asked for a new key, for my BMW.they asked for all kind of credentials like I wasnt the owner. then when I showed my credentials they said my papers work didnt look up to date and to go somewhere else, thru made up all kinds of excuses why they wouldnt make me a key..they even up the price saying 700. 00 to program..they are the worst, I went to Great neck BMW and was taking care of rite away!!
It was so lucky that I had a chance to know Ivan. He was very kind to help me to trade in my old 2014 BMW X3, then I leased a new and same model. Meanwhile, he offered me a pretty good price. I feel awsome when I drive the new car daily. I would like to express my gratitude to Ivan for his patience and hard work.
Great place. Very fast service. Had me in and out quickly and treated me like a king! Staff from beginning to end are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!
I pass a couple of other BMW places to service at Freeport. I use their fast lane service which got me out in under 60 minutes. By time I sat down and got comfortable in their awesome waiting area my car was done and washed already lol. Love Matt.
Nobody better in there then Mike k. The man knows his stuff.great customer service.I am always treated like a king
Excellent! I didnt have an appointment that Tuesday, but had one the next day.So they fixed my tire and completed a scheduled maintenance procedure as well. Nice!
Horrible experience, had to drop off my car for a recall. My service manager was extremely rude. Gave me a BMW X3 loaner car and while driving home realized it smelled like smoke and also the whole front end of the car was making noise, for a loaner car Im sure you guys can do better especially since you guys service cars also had to call myself to ask if my car was ready. No call or anything till 2 days after. Coming to pick up my car I saw my service manager on the phone and he sates are you waiting on me specifically in his rude sarcastic tone. Take your car to Rallye BMW for service, you feel respected and also feel that you did purchase your 50,60,70k BMW not feeling as if you bought a Honda. Also make the place look a little better. For being a BMW service center the place looks run down.
Had an Awesome Experience! Micheal and the rest of the Staff was Over the Top in the Professional area and made sure my car was in sparkling shape before I left. If I needed something, a quick call or text and I had my answer. Thank you Michal Krulewich for all your help......Your the best!
My service rep is Mike and he is always good to me! He makes sure Im in and out with everything taken care of. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a good quality and effective service.
Do yourself a favor, do not come here or buy from here. Scheduling for a loaner or waiting on shuttle will have you heavily disappointed.
My advisor Dave was awesome and answered all my questions and concerns.
Came in for a new tire and rear brakes, came to find out I needed a whole new set of tires. My advisor Matt V. did a great job of securing me a loaner vehicle which I used until my personal vehicle returned. Def. a regular customer at this point via this location.
The worst experience ever I would not recommend anyone bring they car to be fixed here they add on stuff that don’t need to be fixed their customer service is horrible the managers are disgusting. I don’t even understand why they still in business
My experience was remarkable my service advisor (Steve )was Able to get my car check out and adjusted the same day, return back to me . I was very impressed at the Professional manner in which he handel the situation due to the fact I need the car back as soon as possible . He understood my need and met it. I was more then just Satisfied.
The worst service center. Completely avoid it! Cannot believe A company like BMW has such low standards. Disorganized, make appointments and then cancel on you. Wasted my whole morning!
I was referred over to Steve Itkin from a business colleague and the service was beyond expectation. Steve is honest, accountable, in communication and most importantly empathetic to the situation. Trust is earned and Steve and the team have earned that from my wife and I. We will be lifetime customers.
Every time I visited this service center I have had the pleasure of working with Kevin Cunningham. Kevin is professional, friendly and a true pleasure to work with. Most recently he helped me in an almost impossible situation and found a way to help me with service that I was needing. He literally saved my day and to him he was just doing his job and trying to make his client happy. He is a true asset to your team and should be recognized for always going above and beyond.
My Service Advisor Fazika Jabbar was very professional and helped me with everything with my car. I came in with a flat tire and she had just finished helping a client mean while I had been waiting in front waiting for service for about 10 mins with the other about 4/5 advisors just relaxing and from start to finish she made sure my needs were met and I appreciate her. I wouldn’t want to bring my car to anyone else. -Trini
My service advisor Zane was very professional, helpful and responsive to my urgent situation on a very busy Saturday morning. They changed my car before returning it to me. I highly recommend the service department at BMW of Freeport.
This place is so cramped. theres no receptionist to guide me to my services advisor so I dont even know who to talk to. Took My X7 to here where I purchased the car, but I regretted didnt go to rallye BMW, Kevin and some other technician I guess, check on my both sides mirrors melted, they told me they will ask BMW engineer and call me back, and never did. so I go to Rallye, the service advisor Bret who helped me solve the problem in one day an order the parts got them replaced within a week, I got a loaner car every time, which is convenient. Huge differences between this two dealership!
The service manager there needs to get better customer service skills especially when its close to the time to close, because he intook my friends car and left us hanging to find out what was going on at the end of the day(orchid day). We had to inquire about the car all day due to he never updated us .We checked in at 10:15 and didnt leave until 3:20. Was thinking about leasing a BMW from Freeport but after seeing their customer service in their service department it turn me off. I had to give a one star to write my review. In my opinion they dont deserve a star and Im not even a client that purchased anything from them.
Mike K provided me with the ease of servicing my BMW. He made things simple and easy! Highly recommend you see Mike K in service
First off No one acknowledges you when you enter the office area after dropping off your car. Happened twice. Came from Queens and Had a 10:00 am appointment. After finally sitting down was told 2 hours maybe 3 were needed. Called at 2 left a message. Called back at 2:30 and someone took another message. Finally at 3:00 they called back and said car was done. Now I’m going to be sitting in rush hour traffic on MDW for probably 2 or more hours. Won’t be using this location again l.
Today everything worked out fine. Brought my car in for recall work. Very organized and friendly staff. Had my car to me before the time promised.
Steve is the best service advisor/service manager.
The worst service I have ever experienced especially given that they are supposed to be a luxury vehicle group. Lower tier cars like Honda and Mazda provide better service then this place. The condition inside is filthy and everyone with no sense of urgency and complete inefficiency. Dropped my husband off and was about to leave to be blocked in by one of their vans for 25 minutes. Even after waiting waiting 15 minutes patiently waiting was told I shouldn’t have parked there yet there is no actual parking for their customers. They rip you off for every service be sure to check your charges meticulously. I would not advise BMW vehicle to anyone. Better to invest in Mercedes with one of the best services I have ever experienced.
Professional and quick response. I strongly recommend it.
Clean facility and very pleasant staff. Highly recommended.
I bring my MINI and BMW there for service. Very good people and fair pricing. Will be back!
Horrible experience. My car was there for over a week. They could not figure out the problem. They service writer Robert told me that the part in the car that was not working was not supposed to be in the car... Makes absolutely no sense. Long story short they put a new battery in my car and told me there was nothing more that they can do. During this whole time they were unable to give me a loaner vehicle so I was without a car. I will be taking it to another dealer for a second opinion along with an oil change.DO NOT USE THIS DEALER!
David and Tracy G. are the best service directors/advisors in the biz. Being your BMW, Mini, or any off brand to them their servicing -- you wont be disappointed!!!
Very good place, so easy and simple to get in and out with no problems for anything 👍
Joe Pagan was great. Whole team at Freeport was very professional and had my car serviced & washed within 2 hours.
Took advantage of my Chinese dad, they realized he doesn’t speak English and violated him. Charged him for a bunch of things he didn’t ask for. He only needed to change the airbags.
Through no fault of the dealership or BMW, the Takata airbag has to be replaced yet a third time as part of a campaign,This time the dealer came to ME. They sent super tech to my house and he changed out the bag in just a few minutes. He was pleasant, efficient and professional. He was also ON TIME!I was most happy that this was handled at my home and it speaks volumes about how the dealership and its service department treats customers.Kudos to Hafed the tech and to Service Manager Steve Itkin.
The service was great..they did everything to acomadate my issues.
Very Nice and Helpful Staff...
Bought my SUV from BMW Freeport, was told by the sales representative John that the car I purchase has all the items I requested including Comfort Access 2.0 so that my car can lock and unlock. I called BMW genius and was told that it has it and to go back to my dealership to do a software update. Took it to the same dealership where I bought it and was told my car doesn’t support it. Somewhere along someone lied to me and made me do complete a purchase thinking that I had all the features I wanted and it’s not the case. For a 2021 bmw purchase and first time customer for BMW this sucks. I wish I had my American Made Chevy car that had a lot more features than this expensive car with less features.
Excellent service, I had a great experience. Very professional, helpful, and they move with urgency. Absolutely the top notch experience that you expect when at a BMW dealership
The auto parts staff was very helpful, patient and most of all very polite.Wait time was good.
A guy named William sold the auto mechanic that I was dealing with, a faulty key and it seems to be a scam he is running with the repair shop. My car will not start and he suggested that I buy an ignition switch but the key also does not open the car door. There are a couple of helpful people there but I got nothing but the run around.
Great service mike k. Fully recommended!!
Steve the manager was terrific. Only complaint is the woman who refused to check in the vehicle has an attitude
Michael Krulewich if you’re reading this, I want to thank you again and a million times for your service. Michael is a Rock Star and a true professional. He truly knows what it means to provide top notch service. During my service visit, Michael was professional, thoughtful of my circumstances, considerate of my time, polite and knowledgeable. Michael Krulewich put me, the customer first. He was thorough, he provided great communication and delivered great service and he was fast! Everything you expect should be delivered from BMW service – first class. Thank you, Michael. I will request you every time!!!
Came for a Tire was in @ 7:20 out by 9 world record for Me... Service Amazing as Alwayd.
Service advisor Joseph is great. Took care of me and was very friendly. My car was fixed in timely manner. Nice waiting lounge. Complimentary drop off to home if your wait is long. Keep up the great work BMW Freeport!
Guys r great at Freeport BMW service dep.
I dropped my car off because check engine light was on and called everyday for 3 days and they did not even look at my car so on day 3 I said please have my car ready I take it to another dealer. They say ok we will have it out front. I call again on my way to the service center to ensure my car is outside and ready. They say yes. I get there and my car is magically in the middle of a diagnostic process? ....wait 2 hours for them to return my car. This is not the 1st terrible encounter Ive had with them I was a fool for returning but I will never do it again.Kevin is a dishonest sales man - will say anything to get your car in but not give a realistic time frame for it to be diagnosedSteve or Stephen is the head guy there and he is a ruthless business man. Please do not waste your time or money here.
Michael Krulewich was amazing. He helped me last minute replace my tire before exchanging out my lease. I am forever grateful of his help! I dont go anywhere else for my BMW service.
It could take very long for a very basic service appt.
Great dealer and my service adviser Joseph Pagan very friendly and honest. Thank you
Believe the horrible reviews, avoid this place & definitely avoid their advisor Tracey Geraci who has THE worst customer service skills.Problem: 2017 2 dr hardtop mini, gear shifter spring wouldnt shift into park, w/o the car in park, the ignition wont turn off. Since my car is still under warranty & I wanted to do right by having the mini pros handle it. Freeport is the closest Mini Center & theyre closed already & Sun. I schedule an appt online for Mon, a tow truck through insurance & have my car savvy brother disconnect the battery. I work overnights in NYC, so I called the service center to let them know to contact my mother while I sleep, to go ahead to fix any problem & she has my card info for payment.Mon, no phone call. Tues morning, call from Tracey goes something like this: Oh, did I call the wrong number, I spoke to someone else yesterday. No, youve reached Kim, you have my car in your shop. Oh, I spoke to another woman yesterday. Yes, that was my mother, I work overnights, I wrote the details of contact in the appointment notes & called to let the shop know. Well who owns the car? Your mother? Should I call to speak to her? (See, Id imagine she got the contact information from the appointment with my name and number, as well as my name all over the car purchase and warranty.) This is my car, I own it. Well I talked to your mother & this wont be covered under the warranty, she told us not to go ahead & work on it. (I called my mother after the convo, Tracey was lying, my mother never said not to fix it. She lied to my mother saying the cars are fixed by appointment; I know, thats why I made an appointment for Mon at 10:40 am, so why is it Tues morning now.). Ok, well I dont know why shed say that when I spoke to 2 of your customer service people & explained the situation with explicit directions to fix it. Your mother is just trying to help, Im a mother, I know & Im trying to help. (What does this have to do with my mother, you being a mother has no effect on my life or FIXING MY CAR that I own at the age of 36. Its simple, fix the car, tell me the bill & let me be on my way). She then starts arguing with me about fixing my car & what I should have done was contact roadside assistance, would I like the number? I explain I had it towed on Monday bc they were closed that Sat, so no, I would not like roadside assistance to disconnect the battery & tow it to your closed shop for 2 days, she reverts back to the mother helping convo & not covered under warranty. (Mind you, I havent complained or argued, I expected this to be simple, diagnose the problem, fix the problem, bill me, & give me my car.) She then asks if Im w/o a car and would I like a rental (obviously I am, you have my car that you didnt work on at all on Mon, I would not like to use your excuse to keep my car another day, they took a picture of the broken gear shift wires that my brother had left on the front seat & said the battery is dead...all of these details were disclosed to them in the appointment notes, yet the actual shifter problem hasnt been addressed or mentioned by them.)Ive used Mini of Ramsey before, theyre wonderful & trustworthy. As soon as they work on your car, you get texts & video updates every step of the way. I didnt receive any videos until Tuesday mid-day, so Im pretty sure my car sat there a full day. Tuesday mid-day, I received a video & text saying they have to order the part by noon to fix it tomorrow! Now I think this is all sketchy so I asked for an itemized invoice in email, she avoids at first saying you can pay through text. Okay, Ill pay through text, and Id like an itemized invoice emailed. So Wed 1 pm, no update, I reached out in text bc now everything will be in writing. Oh, now I get a voicemail saying my car is ready for pickup & a text saying it should be done by 3 pm. Appalling customer service, every step. I never received a diagnosis, still awaiting the emailed invoice requested of 2 employees.
Call the service department and a girl answered the phone. She had an attitude and was very nasty for absolutely no reason. Clearly she doesn’t care about her jobs customers nor does she know how to politely speak to people. Any questions I had she couldnt answer ?. I ended up going to another location for service due to her. Bad first impression... I would not recommend calling there speaking to an unexperienced rude person.
I am hear visiting Mini service and the person who handles the in take is amazing. All I can say is that her customer service skills takes Mini to the next level. Customer focus and a SME regarding the product.
It went well. The people there were polite and professional.
I have been dealing with Mike Krulewich for an issue on a new BMW I bought from Freeport. Regardless of my issues with the new car, I am writing this review as a testament to how wonderful Mike is as a service advisor. I have owned many different car brands in my life and have interacted with dozens of different service advisors. I can say without a doubt Mike stands head and shoulders above them all when it comes to professionalism, courtesy, hospitality, communication and just general personality all around. I dont know about any of the other SAs at this place, but if possible ask for Mike, he truly is wonderful.
Micheal is my adviser and he is the best. Friendly, knowledgeable, no nonsense and professional. He always lets me know whats going on with my car and makes the whole transaction easy, quick, and pain free. So far Ive had a great experience there.Thank you!
Just When I thought Steve Osario, my previous service representative who moved and left BMW,could NEVER be replaced, I was assigned to BRIAN by happenstance. What a blessing!!! He is Just Like Steve Osario if not better! I was just about to change service locations because the customer service was blah at best. But I got Brian!!Let me tell you why BRIAN is amazing. First let me start off by saying bed side manner to me is Everything. Brian not only remembers your name, your face, your vehicles situation (like doctors remember your medical condition) but he personally takes extra time to help get your situation resolved. He treats you as if you are his family and his only customer. He walked around the entire shop searching for any tech that could help me program my bmw credit card key and THAT wasnt even what my service appointment was for, that was extra. Side note, he linked me to Mike who is a tech geek and he not only programmed my credit card key but he hooked up Andriod Car play that changed the game for me regarding listening to music, navigation etc. THANKS MIKE! Oh, and he linked me to the loaner department and just because I was referred by Brian it seemed like I was VIP, even the loaner department was nicer! I csnt remember the gentlemens name or the female rep at the loaner counter but Thanks guys!! Yall know who yall are!!The final kicker that had me decide Im not going anywhere, Brian is the Man, was when my 9 year old daughter was in my car and I called Brian on his company phone and he answered Hey August (I had already let him know it was ok to call me that), my daughter was like Wow! You a big deal at BMW how did the guy know your name? and based on the conversation she asked, do you know him because he seems like he knew you and your car forever. He had both of us laughing and my daughter actually wanted to go to the shop to meet him!BRIAN thanks for helping me and I will forever be a customer as long as you are there!!!
A few times already I had to double back because something wasnt done. But this last time Im really upset cause my son spent $5,000 on 01/15/2021 and for him to had pay for something and not been changed is not right. I know its a busy so but all things should be checked before cleared to be given back. I know there is a shop matter who should be checking everything
Had an excellent experience with Steve. My X5 developed a belt problem and overhead so I had it towed to them. They diagnosed the problem as the harmonic balance and a belt, and within the day I was taken care of properly, got a loaner car, and was on my way. The next day I called back They said they needed to order a part. The next morning I was called promptly and told it was ready to pick up. I think their service was outstanding. deservice manager Steve is a complete gentleman and I highly recommend their service to anybody. Thanks again guys!
Worst experience, would not recommend anyone come here for service— especially if they need a loaner car. I called in a few days ago to confirm my appointment, to which the representative confirmed. Unfortunately, when I showed up for my appointment, Bmw Freeport told me they do not have my appointment on record...AND that a representative“canceled” it on their system. Even the manager showed no care for my concern. Highly unprofessional business. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else.
Steve and Robert are great 👍
Ive been calling about a recall on my car that I was told could have potentially caused a fire. They said someone would get back to me and they never did. My A/C (which is what the recall was pertaining to) finally stopped working and I had to have it replaced out of my own pocket. When the mechanic took my car apart, they said that i was lucky that my car didnt catch on fire. The part BMW was to replace had completely melted and exposed hazardous wires that are known to set cars ablaze
I have nothing but good things to say about the service I get at this facility. My service advisor Joe Pagan is polite, always greets me with professionalism and expertise. He goes above and beyond his duties to explain to me what is going on with my car. He’s always on point and neverLet’s me down. When he promises a due date to when my car is ready it Always is. He’s a real professional. Everyone should take lessons from him. It’s always a pleasure to deal with him and this service department. I would give Joe and the department 10 stars if I could. Thank you for your good service and attitude Mr. Pagan.
Takes several weeks to get an oil change
It’s always a pleasant experience at this location! My service advisor Mr. Joseph Pagan is always consistent, communicates very well and goes above and beyond to ensure that Bmw continues to raise the bar and keep it at a high standard when it comes down to customer experience. Thank you sir. Bmw needs 100 more like you💪🏾-wyllie
Great customer service 👏 👌 👍 👍nice people.
Excellent service!
Bunch of scam artists. I requested to only have my tires changed and when picking up my car I was charged for services I declined from my advisor Robert. Due to it being late and I did not see any advisors around I decided to deal with the matter the next day. I’ve been calling and leaving voicemails and no one return my call the one person I spoke to states that she does see that I denied all other services so she is not sure why I was charged, she will talk to the manager. But no follow up call or anything! This is very unprofessional I typically do not have a issue to bmw this is my first time using that advisor or experiencing such horrible customer service. So quick to charge someone but dodging calls when it’s time to refund my money. That is not fair! Like it takes a minute to check your voicemail I left my advisor a message and also Steve Itkin and no follow up to discuss this matter. So fine I will escalate it..
Very Good
Joseph Pagan at the service department of BMW in Freeport, NY went above and beyond to get the issue resolved on my vehicle. He was very informative and professional. He fixed the problem immediately, made sure I was satisfied and happy with the outcome (Happy is an understatement), I was extremely pleased and grateful! Joseph gave amazing customer service! From a 1 to 10 (10 being the best) I give Joseph Pagan a 10+!Thank youMaybelline G
Joseph Pagan handled me very professionally, he made sure my vehicle was done in a timely fashion with every issue addressed . Thank you Joe.
I am writing this review regarding the excellent service that I received for my 2013 BMW X5 4.4. Although my vehicle only has 30,000 miles on it, it was not operating up to par. When I explained the issues to Michael, he quickly diagnosed the problem with something inherent with the year and make. He examined the vehicle and almost instantaneously knew what the problem was, having to do with the engine. Not only did he solve the problem, but he arranged for BMW to pick up a rather large service bill. I have been a loyal BMW customer for more than 25 years and this is the first time I have received such assistance. Michael is a throwback to when the service advisors knew almost as much as the folks working in the shop! The entire service experience was exemplary and my vehicle was returned to me in showroom condition! I highly recommend BMW of Freeport. Anyone seeking service should simply seek out Michael Krulewich. Just terrific!
I dropped off my vehicle to Robert he charged me 11,000$ 1 month later he told me the car was good to go! Two days later the car was back. I picked up the car again from Robert this time costing me $1500. Again Robert said all was good ! 1 week later something goes wrong with the car Robert said bring it in he will check! Yet again I’m spending 4000$ I went to the service manager and he just pacified me and said my type of BMW is problematic this place is definitely a rip off!!!! Very shady!!!!! I seen them giving out gifts to clients I even overheard a whole conversation with a sales guy sweetening the deal. Told the client he would leave everything in the trunk! When I asked the manager about gifts he stated he never heard of such! from what I witnessed over the past several months is take your car to a trusted mechanic or a different dealer.
The wait is the biggest problem but often then that its all good.
BMW of Freeport is very customer friendly. They cared for my needs
BMW Freeport Service Department always does a great job but today they went above and beyond. We go there to service our BMW X1 and always are treated professionally and never scammed into anything additional. Our service agent-Michael Krulewich was aces. He went above and beyond and got to know me and my family. He took care of our vehicle no questions asked. He gave us great advice since my wife and I are expecting a baby girl soon.Michael was very professional and presented us with a beautiful present for our future addtion to our family. This was a very nice gesture and he really didn’t have to do it.Bmw customer for life!Thank you Mike and the whole Bmw Freeport Service team!
Quick and easy. Very accommodating
Steve I., my advisor/ service manager has been very helpful and honest. Im off warranty now for a couple of years and repairs on my 335i are expensive (it is, after all is said and done, a BMW), but he does his best to soften the blow and lets me know if something must be done or can wait. The work itself has been excellent.
Great customer service very greatful to Steve Itkin he really made it happen for. Me.
Work Was supposed take 1 to 1.5 hours, took 2 hrs and 40 minutes. They told me to see the valet to bring my car around in one minute, that took 17 minutes as I waited in 93% heat. Finally, when I got in the car, all the notifications for oil change, inspection, emissions etc, were not reset, at that point I was so frustrated, I figured out how to reset them myself and than drove off. Not a stellar performance by Freeport BMW. During my wait, after 2 hours I asked for an update, I felt like I was a bother to them and got a still working on it reply while barely giving me a look. This was my first time at this dealership, I was thinking of switching over when my lease comes up next year. Ill have to rethink that.
Fast and easy
Good service all year round.
Great service. Joe is tje customer service guru.
Charged me for things I didn’t ask for.
Hats off to Mr. MATT who helped and guided us in getting the tire issue resolved. The staff has been very helpful. Definitely coming back!!
Actually surprised that I even have to write a review like this but I think its important that its known how this service department treats their customers. I have a 2017 430xi and when I first came for the first service I had such a great experience and was very satistfied with how the service was handled. The second time I came to the service center - it was for a NYS inspection. The estimated time to wait was between 20m-1hr and I figured it wasnt too long to wait. I waited for over 2 hours for something that should have been in-and-out. I talked to a co-worker about the wait and they told me that I should check my dashcam to see what was going on. I did exactly that and to my dismay it was shown that once my car was taken in- it was parked in a dark indoor lot with no machines around for over an hour and then moved to a different spot in the dark indoor parking lot for an extended period of time. It was then finally taken to the service portion of the center but just to be parked and left until someone changed the sticker. Keep in mind - this is a scheduled appointment. I wasnt a walk-in and they understood that I was waiting in the waiting room for this inspection to be completed.I then had made an appointment online to have my vehicle serviced for the 10k and engine oil change standard servicing. I requested a loaner vehicle and then also messaged the bmw support chat to make sure that a loaner would be made available. I was assured that a loaner would be available and that if it wasnt that a member of the service team would reach out to me that day to reschedule. I didnt recieve a call so I took time from my day to come bring the vehicle for the service to only be told that they do not have any loaners available. They told me that I could wait for the service to be completed but obviously given the way they handled waiting on my last visit - this wasnt a reasonable option. The service manager said there was nothing he could do but reschedule the appointment and that it was not his error because I went through BMWs site and not through them directly... pushing the blame on someone else.In my family we have 2 BMWs from the Freeport location and a Mercedes from the dealerships parent company. Be smarter and take your business elsewhere before its too late.
Came back 3 times to even been able to drive my car away from there. All 3 times I was told my car was all good to go. Service advisor Tracy called one of the times at 6.45am to let me know car was ready. Who calls a costumers that early??? Anyhow, car is good now but a lot of back and forth. Will not recommend.
Excellent service center!! Joseph Pagan was wonderful and helped me with all my tire issues. Would definitely recommend!!!
Quick service.. people are all respectful and professional.
Awesome service.
I came in without an appointment to have my tire pressure checked. I stopped the first person I saw since no one really paid attention to me when I walked in. I was so lucky because that person was Michael Krulewich. That was my lucky day because he took care of me immediately. It turns out my tires had nails in two tires. He came to get me in the waiting room to take me to see my car and showed me the problem. He then took me back to his desk to help me call BMW Westbury to find out if I had tire warranties and I did. He helped me through the entire process even though BMW Westbury wanted me to bring the car to them. Michael explained to me the warranty is with a company not with BMW. He started the work on this immediately. Afterwards I asked him about Car play because my car does not have it. he ended up helping me install and purchase it, and he came to my house 2 hours later when he was done with work to help me pair it to my phone. I can not believe the ends he had gone to when I did not even purchase my car at BMW Freeport. I am flawed by his service. While I was waiting at his desk for help, I noticed he was the only service advisor with a trophy for customer service. A person like him makes me want to come back for my future service. I used to deal with BMW Bayside for service on my original BMW, he reminds me of the service advisor I had there. They both make me feel like I am part of their family and they are giving me personal attention. He needs to be continually recognized for his outstanding service. Please let him know that. Thank you.
BMW Freeport Service Center is the best!!! I have been to the Service center a few times and have not been disappointed. It is always a pleasure dealing with my My Service Advisor Kevin Cunningham. Kevin is great, he is always willing to help and has the patience to answer all of my questions which is appreciated. You dont find that that often at Service Centers, he is very knowledgeable, professional, patient, polite, & has great customer service. If you are looking for a Service Center that will take great care of your BMW you should definitely go to BMW Freeport Service Center. Everyone in the Service Center is very courteous, helpful, professional, and accommodating. You wont be disappointed!!!
Awesome service department, exceptional customer service and quality technicians.
Please don’t go here they are a total rip off! The minute your car comes off warranty, take it to Motorcept. The dealer aka “stealer” wanted to charge me almost 2000 dollars for a fuel pump and fuel filter! I was able to to get a new radiator, expansions tank, expansions thermometer, fuel filter, and fuel pump all oem for less. I put off months on this maintenance another bmw stealer wanted to charge me 2500 for the radiator and expansion tank alone. This place wanted to charge me 1000 for the expansion tank and thermostat. Literally highway robbery. They overcharge you for labor hours. We should all get together and sue them for over billing! Lawyers aren’t allowed to over bill. Why are these “stealer”dealers allowed shouldn’t they know how to do the jobs the cheapest and best way since they made the cars. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
