After making several phone calls to both locksmiths & road side services; Norma Jean Towing was the only Company who was able to help. Single mom five kids, they towed my car the day after Christmas. The owner was really nice and he said he would give me two weeksto come up with just the tow bill. I called right around the time my two weeks was up and the lady that answered the phone told me it was too late and my bill was over $2000. She was really rude to me. Where are my car was at when they towed it there’s 10 or 15 cars parked there every single day(I have pictures). Basically stole my car. I didn’t realize you could just go around and pick up peoples cars and if they didn’t pay you whatever you wanted to charge them but they could just have your car. Thank God I have a good family and another vehicle. Sad. I hope those couple thousand dollars that you got from my car was worth it. God bless your soul.

I would definitely recommend this company. They came to tow my van after an accident. They were there fast and both the tow truck driver and the woman calling from the office were so incredibly kind and helpful. They helped me make decisions about where to tow the van and what steps to take which was great because I was in shock and I was having a hard time making sense of what was going on. They really helped make a bad situation easier for me. Very professional and overall great people.

They came and towed me after I called AAA. I dont know the guys name but he arrived incredibly quickly and waited there with me until my ride came about 20-25 minutes later. He offered to let me and my dog sit in the truck with him to stay warm until my ride arrived. He took great care with my car and he was incredibly friendly and helpful.

I have used there service multiple times over the years and they have never disappointed me. I was recently in an accident on I95 and when I was asked who to call for a tow they were who I requested.

Assisted with coordinating my nieces deceased husbands vehicle getting transported from Stafford VA to Ridgeway VA. This place is FANTASTIC!! My first call they were very cooperative and gave a quote that was a little high but I know why now. Their service, professionalism and caring attitude is on point. We had contacted a auto transport company who was supposed to pick the car up on 03/27 and deliver it 03/28 who was eager to give us a quote and take our financial info and we are still awaiting info on when their driver can really pick the car up. The auto service had multiple excuses why it has not been picked up. So that led me to BBB. Received Norma Jeans Towing information and another phone call the car has been safely delivered. It was less than 24 hours from when all the info was agreed on. If there were 10 stars I would be marking that. THANK YOU SO MUCH. Another piece of stress is off of my niece in her time of grieving!!

Carl rescued my daughter and her vehicle at a minor fender bender on I95 in Virginia, as she was returning back to PA from Virginia Beach. Her vehicle was still operational but would have never made it back to PA without any issues. He towed my daughters car and my daughter all the way back to PA safe & sound. I was so pleased with the service, Carls professionalism, and just the simple fact that my daughter and her car were back at home - thanks to Carl. This review is for the management of Carl Jones. Last week Mr. Jones responded to my tow request. I really appreciate how he took it upon himself to help me find out what my issue was before AAA was able to research that matter and have the mistake corrected. He took the initiative immediately, which saved me a lot of time, money and problems in the long run. Great job!

Awesome folks! They assisted to me through AAA. I was in a not so normal situation stuck in the mud. The driver handled it with ease and even offered to help rake to repair the ground disturbance.

We encountered a driver for this company in a truck with plate numbers NJT5, on Saturday September 12th in Fredericksburg that was changing lanes erratically, clearly speeding, tailgating and all around being a complete jerk. The truck was empty, so Im glad he wasnt hauling someones vehicle, but their behavior made us feel extremely unsafe around such a large vehicle. I couldnt believe how this guy was driving with the company name plastered to the side of it.
