Tried to arrange for a towing through Kia roadside assistance. They contacted 1st class towing in Fredericksburg, VA. They strung me along for 3 hours before they finally called Kia to let them know that they would not be able to pick up my car. I was incensed!! Fortunately they were able to arrange for one of their competitors, Beach’s towing and recovery, who came promptly and did everything right. A more appropriate name for first class would be either “no class” or “3rd class” towing. Stay away from them!!!

My insurance dispatched this company (USAA) to minor accident that my wife got into, thankfully they were there within 20 mins to save the day! Can’t thank them enough. Very professional and highly recommend them if you’re looking for a tow.

This company was dispatched through my car insurance road side assistance when a tire on my van blew on the side of a very busy highway with my 6 month old, 1st grader, and mom. We were headed out on a vacation and had a van load of stuff. The gentleman came exactly when I needed him and was amazingly kind, professional, and helpful. He waited a short time with us for my husband to come pick us up, where another company had said they would take the van before he got there, leaving us on the side of 95 at 11pm! He towed the car to a place to buy a tire in the morning and even followed up with the store first thing the following morning so they would know what was going on! I hope I never need this service again, but if you do, know you can trust them completely, 200%! (I will add, I accidentally left my debit card right on top of the center console. It sure was in the same spot in the morning :) ) This company is phenomenal!

Absolutely unprofessional. Calls sent straight to voicemail. Waited over 4 hours when the office was 17 minutes away. If your insurance offers this company ask for another IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT WASTE TOUR TIME.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Called through my insurance, would not pick up phone and mailbox was full so I couldn’t leave a message. Did not show up, after 2 hours of waiting the insurance called them and they said 15 minutes... no show, another 2 hours later called a different company. (they are 15 minutes from my location)

Wasted my time. Do not let your roadside assistance company use these people. They don’t answer the phone nor provide updates on their location when a customer calls. Only answers roadside assistance companies to get jobs. I waited over two hours. They kept giving USAA bogus time frames to relay to me.

Came a little late but honestly its the holidays and everything so not really complaining about that. Once here was friendly and professional; no issues whatsoever. I read some of the not-so-good reviews after my roadside assistance dispatched this company and was a little worried, but based on my experience would have zero issues using them again. Appreciate the assist 1st class!

I had a great experience. Uness was very professional and helpful in the towing process. He offered to pick me up and drop me off so that I didn’t have to pay an uber.

Very Professional. They Are the Main Contact For Fredericksburg/Stafford Area. Call them if you’re ever stuck in those areas.

Do not use this company: My insurance dispatched this company out to come pick up my truck at 6 pm they arrived in good time around 7 pm asked the driver if he knew where the drop off point was he said he did. I arrived at the drop off point at 8pm, I waited there from 8pm-1am. All the while I had been in contact with my insurance where they said 1st class towing said they never picked my vehicle up (blatant lie) then they stopped responding to my insurance all together. At this point I had to get in contact with the Police Department to find my vehicle. The next day the deputy informed me that he spoke to the driver and his dispatch told him to drop it off in a completely different location which is totally random. So I had to personally go and track down my truck at this location which I did find it. So I contacted my insurance and they sent a new tow truck to come pick up my truck. So thanks for nothing WORST class towing. You absolutely failed at delivering my vehicle and I had to go as far as contacting the police department, ridiculous.

DO NOT use this company.I contacted them on 9/21 to set up a tow for 9/22 at 8am. He told me to text all details (pick up and drop off location, time, and type of car) to that number. He said it would be $85 for 5 miles. Well this morning (9/22) I was waiting with my car to hand over the key and nobody ever showed up. I waited until about 8:30am then called the same number I talked to yesterday but no answer and the voicemail box was full. I ended up waiting outside until 9:00am (not to mention it’s freezing outside) and attempted to call 3 more times with no answer and the mailbox full. Ended up calling a different company but what an inconvenience, especially when I contacted them one day prior to make an appointment and he said they would have someone ready and available.

ZERO stars if possible, and after reading other reviews, this seems to be the case more often than not. Company vehicle, Fleet Management dispatched 1st Class Towing (a joke of a company) to pick the vehicle up, text said 80 min. After 3 hours of waiting, attempting to call them (no answer, voice mailbox full) and having Fleet Management call them (also no answer), they have decided to dispatch a different towing company. No call, no response, no show. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. And 1st Class, you should be ashamed of your service. You comment to try to make things right after 2 months? Too little too late.

Horrible business. Do not use. Just like all the real reviews that used them for insurance. Was suppose to show up in 90 mins and never did. They never picked up their phone and when you could leave a message their mail box was full.

Im not sure if theyre lying about these reviews or paying people to leave them but I can tell you that this company is by far the worst towing Ive ever dealt with in history. You can never get ahold of this company. My insurance has dispatched them to me twice an both occasions they never showed up. The owner I believe his name is Mac is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. DONT USE THEM!!!

Insurance dispatched 1st Class Towing with estimated arrival of 70 minutes. Checked status when late, and stated arriving in 30-45 minutes. Waited 3+ hours and was a no-show, forcing insurance to re-dispatch another company.

It was raining like crazy and my car needed to be towed from Stafford to Alexandria Va...let me tell you 1st class showed up in less than 30mins and towed my lowered car on their flat bet safely to its destination! The driver was very friendly and even offered to stop by somewhere so I can get some food on our way back. Thank you first class towing for the wonderful experience!

Great experience with their Professional Towing Services. They arrived at my aid so fast and able to move my car safely to the nearest repair shop.

Today my husbands motorcycle broke down on 95N. Our ins company dispatched 1st class. They were a no show. After waiting the designated time my husband followed up with ins company. The attempts to reach this company failed. In the end a motorcycle shop came and got him. Pay out of pocket. 3.5 hours on the side of 95 in high 90’s. No show and no answer no response to contact calls. Unacceptable. They would be zero stars if the post would allow.

Ok so yall its past 2am and these are the only guys able to come get my car at this time(I can only use a flat bed because my car is lowered) they were super nice and polite over the phone. Worked with me on price and worked with my insurance too. So thank you tons to 1st Class towing and if yall ever need a tow just call them!

Tonight, my car had a flat and wasnt driveable. I dont have a spare in my trunk. I have a Lincoln so I used my concierge service and they called this company, 1st class towing, to tow my car. Lincoln gave me the name of the company, a phone #, and an ETA of an hour. My 3 kids (all under age 10) and I sat there for an hour and a half, nothing. So I call the number they gave, straight to voicemail. Lincoln calls and asks are they there, I say no, and they try to reach them too... straight to voicemail. They dispatch another company, Sullivans, they arrive 30 mins later and someone called to update me. Sullivans was 1st class, this was not. Id give 0 stars, but thats not an option.

They took 2.5 hours to show.
